Airtimes First Drop Sanftheit Zu kurz Kapazität Zuverlässigkeit
Hyperia is a wonderful new addition to Thorpe Park's fabulous roster. It has the best first drop in the UK by some distance and has unmatched smoothness and pacing throughout with not a single rattle or dead spot. The restraints are perfection and allow for all the airtime to be fully experienced. However, its poor reliability and capacity really let it down on the day with queues not dropping below two and a half hours. Additionally, it just feels like a missed opportunity to really build an undisputed best roller coaster in the UK. With all that height and space something world-class could have been built. Furthermore Hyperia just feels short, in stark contrast to The Smiler, the best in the UK in my opinion, and makes me feel like maybe a B and M hypercoaster would've been a better fit as something with good floater airtime is really needed in the UK. Nonetheless it is still a brilliant ride

A smooth flying coaster that sits behind Nemesis. Often overshadowed by it's neighbour Galactica is massively underrated and it hugely let down by a lack of theming. The smooth transitions and lengthy fly-to-lie section make for a great all round ride. Overall Galactica is a hugely underappreciated coaster which always provides a great time!

FLY is a truly magical ride with some of the best theming. It's innovative design and wonderfully crafted layout set out a magical ride experience. The timeless steampunk theme reverberates around Rookborough like a saintly voice and seeing the modern trains fly around the track is a magical experience. Overall it has earned it's place amongst the world's best and is the perfect example of how theming can turn a great ride into a world-class ride!

Headbanging Reißt es ab! Irrelevant
Pain. Condor is a painful ride, one of the worst in the world. It's old SLC restraints and incessant rattle are a breeding ground for headbanging. If you are ever nearby do not ride!

Headbanging Unangenehm Zuverlässigkeit
SAW The Ride sets your expectations high as you walk into the well themed queue past creepy mannequins and up into a rusted metal structure. However, the queue is often long due to the rides poor capacity and bad reliability faced throughout the day. As you enter the station they poorly lit building hides the cramped trains and the many others who have also waited eons in line. When you eventually board the train you have to sit in the station for an eternity before seeing a poorly executed preshow which is just hiding the horrific capacity issues. Once let free of the stalling you go through an incredibly uncomfortable pre drop and into the one and only smooth inversion on the ride. Once you've stepped into the daylight you have to wait, again, for the chainlift which adds an interesting element of being vertical. The drop is enjoyable as you whizz past the theming. Nonetheless the headbanging begins almost instantly and discomfort is all to be felt. After a remarkably short time you slam into the brakes, thankful it is over at last. Overall SAW is an incredibly disappointing ride and I would personally recommend heading to Samurai or Colossus instead for a more enjoyable ride.

A fun ride brilliantly themed and perfect for a wide range of ages! Providing a thrill with incredibly detailed theming. However, the long queues are unhelpful. The ride itself is very smooth and provides some lovely little airtime moments. The trains are a personal favourite and it is a fun all around ride.

Enttäuschend! Unangenehm Reißt es ab!
A huge eyesore upon the Blackpool skyline The Big One is certainly one big ride! Its huge drop and lengthy drop wasting space across the park cause disappointment to thousands every year. Its uncomfortable layout shakes more than an earthquake and slow throughout and capacity lead to great disappointment to many as queues regularly top 60 minutes! The speed provides thrill but the need to brace yourself takes all the fun away, at least the view over Blackpool is nice.

First Drop Headbanging Unangenehm
A short, small, but sweet ride in a tiny Dutch park the expectations are low for this one. Its short layout is packed full of heavy inversions and light headbanging. It is definitely let down by those Gerstlauer over-the-shoulder restraints and Duinrell's limited space available. It's setting in the woods is pleasant however and short queues make it a fun one to re-ride over and over. It is definitely a fun little ride!

Taron is a brilliant ride with some of the best pacing and theming in the world. It is paced to utter perfection and the airtime moments scattered throughout the ride lead to one of the most enjoyable experiences available in Europe! The theming at Phantasialand, and especially Taron is immaculate and utterly beautiful, a true modern masterpiece. The capacity and reliability of the ride is amazing and from the moment you enter the queue line until the moment you step out the exit the experience is unmatched. The launches and lap bars are vicious yet comfortable with the sheer speed of the LSM motors creating a magnificent start fit for this magnificent ride!

Airtimes Meisterwerk Sanftheit
Absolutely brilliant ride filled with great airtime moments and fun inversions! A fun ride from the moment you leave the station until you hit the break run and one of the best coasters in Western Europe. Nice theming and great reliability add on to the near perfect experience.
