Despite the hype for TT2, it actually exceeded my expectations! While I do miss the overall intensity of the first launch on the original design, I believe that this reimagined version is actually a superior design. The first launch is nothing too intense but serves as a good appetizer that makes the second and third launches really hit you hard as you feel the difference in intensity with each successive launch! Riding backseat gives you an incredible view with awesome airtime as you get launched up the back spike! I also was not expecting to get a little bit of ejector air time as we crested the top hat leading to a noticeably strong whip on the corkscrew.

I walked into this expecting a top 5 coaster in the park and that this would likely be the top of the second tier of supporting coasters. I was right that it definitely is top 5 in the park, but I honestly believe that this ride firmly belongs in the top tier. I was absolutely blown away! They don’t let you pick your seat, so I was bummed to get a middle row, but it was still awesome!! There’s not a bad seat on this thing, but we got another ride in the back and it was even better! I was shocked at how the tilted drop jerks you back into your seat giving a launch sensation. The layout just flows seamlessly from one awesome maneuver into the next! The airtime is incredible and the ride is among the smoothest I’ve been on!

I’ve ridden Raging Bull for over 20 years and this year they seem to have cut back on the trim brakes which have taken this coaster firmly into the elite tier for me (back row especially)!

You can't go into this ride with the expectation of the typical smoothness associated with steel hypers and gigas. Magnum feels more like a traditional wooden coaster in disguise as a steel hyper. There is a noticeable rattle and roughness associated with your typical old-school wooden coaster. However, Magnum gives you some of the best ejector air time, especially if ridden in the "magic seat" car 1 row 3! The back seat still gives you great ejectors and gives you the best experience on the first drop, however, the magic seat gives you a smoother overall ride and then possibly the most intense ejector airtime you will ever experience on a coaster!

Maverick and Steel Vengeance are the only 2 coasters I've ridden that consistently make me laugh like a kid. The first drop gives you a solid hit of ejector air time in the back seat. This is honestly one of my favorite first drops, which takes you by surprise because it's not that high at all. The overall design and layout of this coaster is unorthodox and very different from your typical conventional roller coaster. This adds to the excitement because it does things that you're not used to if you've ridden plenty of your run-of-the-mill stereotypical roller coasters.

This is a janky, short ride with very uncomfortable restraints. However, it was not as rough as everyone makes it out to be. My wife and I had zero headbanging and we rode in the very back car. In the back car we got a decent hit of airtime on the first drop and the corkscrew was fun with zero headbanging for us. That is enough for me to bump this up to 1.5 stars.

This was one of the better wild mouse style family coasters I’ve been on! The lateral G’s were just right and there are some decent pops of airtime on the back half of the ride. However, the line moved at a snail’s pace because they would only run one car at a time and many of the cars would only have 2 riders. Ride ops needs to do a better job of filling each car with 3-4 riders.

The back half of this ride is rough and lacks any airtime. However, the first half of this ride was a pleasant surprise for how smooth it was and for the decent pops of airtime! Overall, the fun experienced on the first half of this ride is enough to push the needle to slightly above average for me. This is actually significant because it elevates the ride to number 2 status in the park (there is not really much here outside of Shivering Timbers).

The first half is absolutely incredible, especially in the back of the train. You get massive airtime on the first drop and first couple hills. The back half has some pretty rough patches on the last couple camel backs that caught me by surprise for how rough they were! This problem is alleviated by riding either in the front row for the smoothest ride or the second to last row for the best airtime with manageable roughness.

I think of this ride as more of a drop-tower coaster hybrid. This is the scariest first drop I've ridden, especially in the front row. It is a super stomach drop and makes me scream out louder than any other first drop I've been on. The rest of the ride hits you with some decent positive g's on the inversions, but overall feels a bit more meh to me when compared to others. This is definitely a one-trick-pony, but it does a damn good job at that one trick.

Steel Vengeance has become my overall number 1 coaster. Initially, I rated Maverick higher. I wasn't expecting the overall intensity of SV. It caught me off guard and I kind of felt beat up after my first couple rides. Since then, I've learned that by relaxing my legs and sitting back against the seat, I have a much more enjoyable experience. Riding back seat is my favorite! Steel Vengeance and Maverick are the only 2 coasters that make me laugh and giggle like a kid! That factor has become my personal barometer of what makes a truly S-Class 10 out of 10 coaster!
