Was worried that the launch wouldn’t hit since I grew up on TTD, but it still SLAPPED. Unbelievable sensation. I understand the reliability of LSMs, but these launches are just so much more insane that it saddens me they’re slowly being taken away from us.
Crazy positive Gs on some of the pull-ups. Flying snake dive is my favorite inversion on any coaster I’ve been on hands down. That single element is better than the entirety of most coasters.
Even though it’s short, it offers so much more than the most of the other hydraulic launch coasters, that it feels really special. Preferred this over Fahrenheit, and closer than you’d think to Skyrush.

First ride of the day in the back was underwhelming (to be somewhat expected). However, I got a second row ride midday, and WOW did this thing warm up. Completely different ride.
I will say, sitting in the back (even later in the day), the few big airtime moments didn’t hit nearly as hard as I expected. For whatever reason, in the front they delivered WAY more. Rare front-row preference for me on an RMC. I also felt like the back of the train was slamming into us during the portions of the ride that weave through the structure, which was an insane sensation.
As everyone says, the pacing is insane. You never slow down. Every element has insane whip. The speed you hit the brake run at is so intense that the train slamming to a stop is basically a ride element.
I think I prefer the RMCs with more airtime moments, but really appreciated the variety of elements this layout offered. Truly a world-class coaster.

Completely blown away. Cedar Point was my home park all my life so I had been riding SteVe since its debut, and had NO clue this thing would manage to outclass it. I was in Poland recently and rode Zadra, and not even Zadra compares to the sheer power that Wildcat’s Revenge yields.
The airtime on this thing is the strongest I’ve experienced without question. I could understand it being too much for some. The whip through all the inversions is incredible. The laterals on the double down are mind-blowing. The last airtime kicks before the brake run were so strong it almost pulled my shirt entirely off my torso.
I’ll have to reride SteVe to know for certain since it’s been a few years, but as of now I rank this demented thing above both SteVe AND Zadra. VERY curious to get on Iron Gwazi to see if any of the hyper-hybrids stand a chance against this thing. Wow
