This was my most aniticipsted ride of all time for a while since I view it everyday from my work and when I commute there, and everyone I know had ridden it except me. After 6 years of not going to sea world, it was fun to be back. Honestly, this ride I expected to pack way more of a punch. I’ve heard it’s the snappiest dive out there, and if it’s true that sets a low bar. Drop has good floater but the rest of the ride is comically graceful, with no forces to be seen. It’s still very marathonable and fun though, rode it 6 times, in 2 sets of 3. Shoutout to the ops who let me ride 3 times even though park policy is 2 without leaving your seat. Amazing view from up top too of Americas finest city. Not the punch I was expecting, but graceful rides are never a bad time.

The perfect coaster for the whole family and beyond, for me it was impossible to come out without a smile on my face. It has decent airtime throughout which I was not expecting, and the loop is decently intense. And probably one of the best views out there for a rollercoaster, especially when World of Color is going on at night. I wish this ride never ended

Excellent forceful airtime filled drop which delivers an excellent gut punch, the next few inversions are smooth and graceful, translating to a forceless ride, albiet in an excellent setting. The small dip providing a break from inversions, unless you have miraculously managed to remain unstapled, will feel like nothing... however, in select conditions, and only in the back row based on my experience, the rest of the ride manages to be forceful, both whipping you pining you to the seat with force, not long but excellent nonetheless. I have warmed up to this coaster just as it has seemed to have warmed up during its cycles, the ride experience this time around was surprising, and cements Hangtime in the spot I thought it should've been in all along

Was expecting for this to rip my face off with extreme positive g's, so of course my expectations would never be fulfilled. Nevertheless, I am BEYOND glad and grateful I got to ride this historic coaster. It is a blast from beginning to end, partly due to the under abundance of intensity and whip, which I would have liked to see more of but can be satisfied without... I guess. The twists and turns are maneuvered with gracefully with no jank and manage to provide enough g force to leave one unable to move, same with the bottom of the loops. There are dead spots in between, though they are always followed by moments guaranteed to put a smile on one's face. I feel like even though I rode this on the hottest day of the year on a full train in the back row, decently late at 6, the ride has not run at its full potential... someday I will be back for the real deal. Until then, thank you for the pure joy Olympia Looping!

Rerode this recently, and I got WHIPPED over the first drop sitting in the first row of the back car. Did not expect that moment, and due to the car traversing the course twice one can experience that drop again! Rest of the ride is boring, short, forceless, but that drop is excellent. Also shout out the operators for livening up the mood and providing a great atmosphere :D

I appreciate the theming though. As a family coaster though, this is definitely perfect. However, if you want thrills, just go ride Electric Eel in the same park

I am not bothered by the shin guards, but if I were, then I could totally call this by far the worst ride I've ever ridden. You will not feel airtime or laterals on this Wild Mouse... strange since these are the hallmarks of a common installation of this model. The hard hitting trims present neuter the forces to an extent where there are no forces felt. Thus providing a forceless experience. Timberline Twister is an all around stronger ride than this.

Even though this ride suffers thanks to its forceless overbooks and slow pacing at the end, the launch alone makes this ride amazing.

This ride packs one hell of a punch with the out of control spinning and intense helixes. You will come off with a great gut punched aftershock, and you'll definitely want to ride again... this ride is fun for the whole family.
Be aware though that at the ending helix there's a moment where your neck could potentially get banged hard.

Up until recently I was one of this invert's strongest defenders. I had what was probably the most positive review of it in this platform, defending and finding the good in almost every aspect of this ride... however, after lots of thought and consideration, my love for it went down a TON... not really love anymore. While I think this ride is fun, smooth, and marathonable, I can't say it's the most forceful... the inversions this ride features aren't very intense. Some of them, like the zero g roll, provide a feeling of weightlessness, but most of them don't even provide a hint of gut punch or positive g force. This is due to the rides nonexistent whip... thanks to it's shallow drop, it doesn't have the momentum to speed thru the course providing amazing G force. So for almost all of the layout, the ride feels like a graceful flight... I will give props to B&M for including the amazing ending helix in the ride... you feel positives crushing you down, leaving you absolutely unable to move or think. If it weren't for this powerful ending, this coaster would honestly be completely forgettable ride experience wise. Shame it has a height requirement of 54 inches, because it would be a great ride for the little ones who enjoyed Jaguar... similar ride forces wise, just in inverted position, goes upside down, and with an intense ending.
Also since this is Knott's, the ride will suffer from atrocious operations... I'd suggest waiting up until night when the rides a station wait because if it's lower than that then you're in for a 30 min or more wait

I've been riding this ride ever since I reached 42 inches. The drop gives great ejector, the rest of the ride after the elevator drop off is fun but not thrilling. Still pretty fun though. Also take note of the rides soundtrack and the aquarium at the exit

You will probably wait 2 or more hours in line to ride this coaster thanks to Knott's absolutely awful operations, but it's worth it: this ride features an absolutely amazing layout, combining a first half full of large drops, then a second half full of airtime mixed in with awesome laterals. Don't forget the length... this ride never ends! Nowadays, it's pretty hard to get great rides on Ghostrider because the Millennium Flyers, which can't handle negative G's, make the airtime really inconsistent... however, I have gotten absolutely magical night rides in which the train flies through the midcourse drop off giving insane ejector, delivers strong floater during the 2nd half, has laterals during the 2nd half, first turn, and helix that leave you pinned to the side... one of the best experiences you can possibly get. I don't doubt that Ghostrider is one of the worlds best woodies.

I could talk about the decent layout, the good view of the ocean, the good ops... BUT THIS RIDE IS SO DAMN ROUGH. Of course it's a classic and all, but man is it ROUGH. The only time I've felt terrible on a roller coaster. Just retrack it, and the ride will be splendid! And lower the cost of riding, although with the costs of rent and land in California, I understand why it's expensive... at least retrack it to make the payment worthwhile.

Seaworld San Diego is obviously the least roller coaster oriented park in the Seaworld chain. This park has always focused more on conservation efforts and animal shows. it was the birthplace of the original Shamu, it was the first park to remove their orca shows, heck, it was the first park in the Seaworld chain. The park's future looked to stay that way for a while, maybe Seaworld would've added one or two rides every 5 years, but the park was always gonna be more of a marine park. Then, enter Blackfish, and with all the protesters that surrounded the park every day, Seaworld was forced to change their image from a zoo to a thrill park. This is when they added Electric Eel, a Skyrocket II clone, a huge step up from the family rides they had been adding the last 10 years. 150 foot tall ride with huge inversions and launches. In my opinion, this ride is one of the best coasters ever created. Maybe it's not the greatest ride ever, but the thrills it managed to fit in such a small layout are pretty unbelievable to me. To ride this ride, riders enter an unthemed queue with generally short lines, but long wait times because of the slow operations. Once the wait is over, you proceed to sit down on the train, put on the comfy lap bars, and the maligned comfort collars, which in my opinion, aren't that big of a deal. Once the ops check the restraints, you are launched forwards and go up a bit, then come down again. You go up the track facing forwards, go down backwards, and then the ride gets intense, as you go high up the track facing forwards, drop down, experiencing floater airtime, and gather enough momentum to go to the top of the coaster. By then, the ride crawls through a small straight section before going through an inline twist, which in my opinion, is the best moment of hangtime I've ever experienced. Your body separates from the seat, and it seems like the only thing stopping you from falling is the comfort collars. After that twist, the train goes through a small section of straight track once again, then drops to a non inverting loop, but the loop isn't what impressed me, it was the drop into the loop that did. You just get ejected out of your seat in the back row, and I've heard that moment delivers -2 g's, and it definitely feels like the airtime is that strong. I am torn on which part of the ride is better, that drop or the inline twist. Well, after the non inverting loop, the train heads back to the station, goes backwards and forwards once again, and then the brakes stop the ride. This ride is obviously the best at SWSD, and luckily, the lines are always short since the park's most frequent visitors are elementary schoolers going on school field trips, and most of them can't ride because of the height requirement, so they head over to Manta or Atlantis. That makes the ride really easy to marathon. In conclusion, this ride is short and sweet, with two amazing stand out moments, one with amazing hangtime and one with amazing airtime. And of course, the launches, backward and forward. I'm a big fan of this ride, and even if it isn't loved all that much because of its consant cloning, its comfort collars, and its length, I'm a big fan. Once Emperor opens up, SWSD will have a great top 2, and this ride, the other rides, and the zoo exhibits make me happy this is my home park

This is a fun ride. Located in the Fiesta Village section of the park, this Schwarzkopf Shuttle Loop, last of it's kind in the US, is surrounded by well themed rides, and the Zierer family coaster Jaguar even passes through the loop! Now, about the ride experience, the launch isn't the strongest, but it's sustained and just throws you into that vertical loop, which delivers some sweet hangtime. You head into a spike where riders experience mild floater in the back of the train, and then you repeat the loop, and enter another spike, where this time you reach the top most of the time. Overall, it's perfect for what it is, short and sweet, and an iconic coaster, which I hope stays in the long term. And of course, the lap bar is a plus.
