Absolutely awesome ride! Flying Turns was basically my childhood coaster, and it is definitely the best in the park in my opinion, and not just for sentimental reasons. Flying Turns is very smooth and whippy, and even pulls some good positive gs on some of the turns.

Candymonium's drop is very good and the first and third hills have some good floater, but the trim breaks kill most airtime on the second and fourth hills. This ride is best in the winter when they turn the trims off.

It's a fun spinning coaster, and the theming definitely adds to the experience. I just wish that Hershey had a more creative family coaster instead of just plopping down a clone of a ride that already exists in the same state.

I haven't ridden Twisted Timbers in a while, and I'm itching to get back to it. This was my first RMC and I was blown away by the incredible airtime, pacing and inversions. Truly a complete package.

It took me a couple of years to "get" Phantom's Revenge. However, after my visit to Kennywood in July of 2024, I can happily say that I get why people love this ride. The first third of Phantom's Revenge is very underrated in my opinion. The first drop is actually has a great gut punch, the straightaway has a great sense of speed, and the rise into the first hill has good floater airtime in the front row. The second third of the ride takes things up a notch. The 228 foot drop off the cliff is a very fun moment, you fly over the top of the hill and you plummet past the ride's station, through the structure of Thunderbolt, before rising out of the wilderness into a sweeping, lateral filled turn. You twist the opposite direction and as you pass through Thunderbolt for a second time, the train thunders over a powerful speed hill, within Thunderbolt's structure. A fast-paced turnaround past the Turtle sends you into the ride's best and final third. Four back-to-back airtime hills launch you into your minimal restraint with an intensity rarely found outside of an RMC. After a very fun low-to-the-ground turn through the woods, you unbank into an insane double-up before slamming into the break run. The elements and forces speak for themselves, Phantom's Revenge is insane. The track is glass smooth and the trains are some of the best trains on any coaster.

Steel Vengeance should be perfect. It has unreal height, speed and length for an RMC Ibox coaster. And honestly, I would say that it IS perfect. However, the one thing that holds Steel Vengeance from ascending my top 5 is the layout. Hear me out. I slightly prefer Wildcat's Revenge to Steel Vengeance. Wildcat has not the speed, height or length of Steel Vengeance, but it has the superior pacing and layout in my opinion. Steel Vengeance has breaks in the pacing and the layout tends to be repetitive, whereas Wildcat's Revenge features a layout full of unique elements and a variety of forces. That being said, this is a minor complaint that is only relevant because the coasters in my top 10 are so close in quality. Steel Vengeance still has some of the best elements ever built. The tophat and the outerbank especially stand out for me. Every single bunny hill from start to finish is spectacular. I love the inversions, I love the headchoppers, I love the drop, there's nothing I don't love about Steel Vengeance. Besides the wait time.

Project 305 is a barrage of intensity, ejector airtime, and snappy laterals. My absolute favorite part of this ride and one of my favorite elements of all time is the snappy speed hill after the camelback. I love this ride SO MUCH! It ranks within my top 5 easily. Every hill has amazing airtime, every s-bend is a joy, and every turn tries to knock you out cold! You'll never feel faster than when you are darting around near the ground at 90 miles per hour. My only complaint is the harsh trim 2/3rds of the way through the layout.

Massive intense inversions with the world's most comfortable trains? Yes, please. S&S nailed this prototype hyper coaster, and ever since I rode opening week in 2019, it has been my favorite coaster. No RMC or Intamin can dethrone this towering, multi-looping monstrosity for me. Every single trait that can make a coaster great is featured on Steel Curtain. The sense of height and speed is greater than any other coaster I've experienced. The trains are, in my opinion, the best trains on any coaster. Steel Curtain has multiple moments of fantastic airtime, including one of the greatest camelbacks I've ever experienced. The inversions are either positive G heavy or extremely whippy. Steel Curtain is a long ride, but the pacing never lets up. Steel Curtain is flawless in my eyes. Joe Draves is a goddamn genius and I'm so happy that he is now the man in charge of designing layouts for RMC. Hopefully S&S can fix Steel Curtain's atrocious reliable issues. I honestly don't know how it's possible to design a ride this flawed in the age of computer aided design.

Maverick is my favorite coaster at Cedar Point. All the elements are fantastic, but it's the non-stop pacing of the entire ride that really makes it so incredible. This is about as perfect as a coaster gets.

I was a big fan of the original GCI. I want to start by saying that although this ride was very rough, I never had an issue with how comfortable it was. The millenium flyers that ran on Wildcat were padded very well, and that padding absorbed most of the roughness. Moving on to the ride experience, the prelift was fun. The hill had a tiny bit of weightlessness, and this section was pretty smooth. Wildcat's first drop had a very good gut punch, much like other twisting GCI drops. Unfortunately, this surprisingly good drop was preceded by a violently rough valley. After this, there was a pop of airtime into the first turnaround, which also, despite being pretty slow, jackhammered you pretty good. The drop off of the turnaround had some slight floater, as did the following hill. The transition into the second turnaround gave some good ejector, but the iconic following hill was just a dead spot. The turn afterwards (the one that passed right by the queue and under the break run) was actually very smooth. My favorite moment on Wildcat was by far the sideways ejector speedhill under the lift. This moment was extremely jarring in 2019-2021, but for Wildcat's final year, it was actually fun. It gave some very strong airtime and laterals for a traditional wooden roller coaster. This moment was followed by another shaky turn into an airtimeless airtime hill, which was followed by yet another shaky turn. The transition out of this turn actually gave some good floater airtime, and the twist into the final helix gave ejector. However this helix was unbearably rough. Sitting in the back row, you could see the train violently shake back and forth at the lowest portion of the helix. This turn is followed up by two airtimeless hills into the brake run. Overall, Wildcat was a very solid wooden roller coaster. The padding absorbed most of the roughness, and I'll always remember my winter night rides in the dark as we raced by the beautiful chaser lights. I miss this ride, I really do, but Wildcat's Revenge is an undoubtedly better attraction.

This ride is AWESOME! Not only is the ride very smooth for a Vekoma Boomerang, it's CRAZY intense, and the theming and soundtrack add this extra layer of excitement that just gets you hyped to ride. Sidewinder was fun, but I am so glad they rethemed it and updated the chassis, it's just so much better now.

Six months ago, I left this exact review on this page: "Three words; big mine train." and gave the ride two stars. I thought the ride was boring and I got no airtime or forces at all. I thought the drop sucked, and the only good part of this ride was the setting. That was based on my two rides in August of 2019. In June of 2021, I got back to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and while waiting to drive into the parking lot, I saw this thing running and noticed that the train was flying over the hills. I figured I'd give this ride another chance. My brother and I got into the park and went straight for this ride because it usually never has a line. We ran through the queue and went straight for the back row. We dispatched and I still had low expectations but was excited to be getting back on a B&M hyper. Also, you get a great view of Pantheon from this lift, it looks gorgeous! We reached the top of the chain lift, we dipped off of the chain into the pre-drop, gained a surprising amount of speed for a tiny dip, and I remember my life flashing before my eyes as we were thrown over that first drop. I have a clear memory of my head tilted to the left, looking at the massive hills in front of me, getting insane ejector, screaming my lungs out, all the while fearing for my phone in my cargo pocket. It was then I knew that the ride I was riding now, was not the ride that I remembered. Every valley brought intense, spine-crushing g force, and every hill gave borderline ejector airtime. And I thought after slamming into that mid-course that the second half wouldn't be as good as the phenomenal first half. NOPE! You fly off of that brake run, getting absolutely TORN out of your seat! Every valley is a borderline grey-out moment and every bit of airtime is ejector. That final drop and valley are one of the most insane series of elements I've ever felt! We hit the final brakes and I just went 'WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK?!" I thought it felt like an upgrade of Superman; Ride of Steel that I rode the day before, with better elements and infinitely better trains. It starts with a fantastic drop, followed by lots of flojector, followed by a twister section (Superman's helices are a complete joke compared to this ride's awesome s-turns ) and ending it out with a series of nuts airtime hills! I got 9 rides on this thing that day, and made some of my favorite memories with my brother! Heckling Pantheon on the lift hill for not being open, betting for the back row left edge seat (Which, by the way, is this ride's magic seat), and stapling each other on the brake run! The day ended perfectly when we got the last ride of the night, in the pitch black, with Apollo absolutely HAULING! We even broke down on the brake run because they couldn't get the train in front of us out of the station. I was praying for my first evac cred, but they fixed it. I think I like it more than Candymonium, which is the only other B&M hyper I've ridden. (Don't get me wrong, I love that ride, this ride model is incredible!) Overall this ride is a 10/10 for me. I love the restraints and layout! Best ride in the park (Until Pantheon opens lol)
