Standort Spaß Rütteln
I don't even know if this ride qualifies as a coaster or not but it was pretty okay. It's pretty unique as there is no lift hill, you need to push it up the incline by yourself which was pretty charming. The ride itself was pretty fine. It had a bit of laterals near the end but there was a noticable rattle and some uncomfortable moments but nothing to really complain about. It's also not listed on RCDB so while I do have it in my rankings and tops, I do not count this as a credit.

This ride had no wait when I was there. In fact, most trains I got were nearly empty. It's a good kiddie coaster. Nothing much to say about it. It looked great at night too.

First Drop Thematisierung Spaß Kapazität
This is a great dark ride coaster. I think I might be overrating it a little bit but it's a fun experience. The theming is great but the amount of pre-shows is infuriating. Capacity was also pretty bad. The first drop is nice and the turn after it carries some good speed. Other than that, it's a well made dark ride.

It's a wacky worm. And the worst looking one I've been on so technically the worst one I've been on.

Thematisierung Spaß Sanftheit Zu kurz Kapazität
This is a well-themed Vekoma junior coaster. It's quite smooth from what I remember and I like its setting. Wait times and capacity were awful though, but it has the edge over K3 Roller Skater for me.

Standort Spaß Zu kurz Kapazität Unangenehm
This ride was neither good or bad. The definition of average. It is fun for the whole family, had one decent drop and some aggressive brakes. Seriously it was like Vol d'Icare. At least it had better transitions and didn't try to kill me like Roller Coaster Rowdy did so that's worth half a star more than those I guess. It also had some potholes but nothing too bothersome. I got a ride in the front part of the seat. Capacity was atrocious too and the ride was a little too short. At least it was nice being next to trees while riding. Update Dec 2023: After some reflection, I have to lower the rating from 2.5 to 2 stars.

Airtimes Thematisierung Unangenehm Dead spots
I rode this coaster last year and it was my last ride on this thing. It was okay, at least it was fun when I was young and I have many memories of going on it but besides the nostalgic aspect of this coaster, there isn't much to it: most of the elements are forceless (it's a kid coaster so it makes sense) besides the last elements: the largest drop of the ride (which isn't saying much) had some nice airtime in the back and the last turn had some brutal lateral forces (which wasn't really that pleasent to be honest, but it always put a smile on my face). At least it was better than the Big Apple model. Going forward, I hope this coaster's replacement will be worth the wait and not just an SBF spinner. Just a quirk update: As of November 19th 2023, Dragon Chinois is still at the park, untouched with the train parked in the station (see photos section).

Thematisierung Komfort Dauer
This ride is probably the icon of its park. It's long, the shared lapbar never touches you and there are multiple airtime moments throughout the course. The theme is perfect, and it's probably the best version of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and it's definatly the best coaster in the park. Don't miss out on this coaster when you go to Disneyland Paris. Update Feb 2023: No change besides an amazing night ride on this masterpiece. Update July 2023: I rode this ride in rows 4 and 13, my best ride being in row 13. This ride, with these restraints has some great pops of airtime, even in the front of the train. To experience the full force of the airtime, you do need to be in the back rows though. That iconic drop is amazing back there. The enclosed sections under the water have a great sense of speed as well. Combine the wind with the loud noises made by the train and it feels as tough you're going really fast. This is a great twilight/night ride. Go on this early or late in the day as the line moves quite slowly and gets quite long during busy hours. Update: While I absolutely love this ride, I can't in good conscience keep it at 4.5 stars, especially when comparing it to OzIris. I'm settling on 4 stars.

Airtimes First Drop Spaß
This is honestly more forceful than Pégase Express. The drop is way better, the hills actually offer floater airtime and the pacing is really good, that second lift hill is a little awkward but it builds up to a fun ending. The steampunk theme also fits it quite well.

Nette Überraschung! Spaß Sanftheit
I don't have much to say about this spinning wild mouse. It's fun, it's smooth and the trains look great. The drops have a pinch of airtime too. It's a on the short side but that ending is pretty fun.

Airtimes Nette Überraschung! Sanftheit Unangenehm Dead spots
This was unexpected. This ride has stronger airtime than Toutatis. I'm being serious, the track levels off so abruptly after the tunnel that you get flung out of you seat. The rest of the ride is quite tame but it's smooth and has decent speed for a family coaster. The trains are a little too cramped though.

First Drop Unangenehm Irrelevant
This coaster is what I like to call a gap filler. This was put in because they closed Dragon Chinois. End of the story. The theming isn't as good but the layout is a little more interesting by kiddie coaster standards. It's quite smooth but the turns are a little lateral heavy. The first drop is okay though.

What is supposedly a chrismas special is just a wacky worm with christmas theme slapped on top of it. It's just a way to use the space occupied by the pool in colder weathers.

Thematisierung
This is a cute little kiddie "coaster". I say "coaster" because it is powered all the way though. I guess this counts as a coaster because of the track design? The original wasn't one so... It is a neat little ride. The theming is quite good and the layout is quite unique. The trains are weird. I was in the front row of car 4 which didn't have any music. It is apparently only in the enclosed cars. Still, an above average kids coaster.

Airtimes First Drop Dauer
This is yet another great coaster at Fuji-Q Highland and my #3 overall coaster. Better than OzIris. Fight me. It is a behemoth and an airtime machine. My first ride in row 8 was good but only worth 4.5 stars at best. The airtime was there but my seatbelt was way too tight to really lift our of my seat. My second ride in row 10 was a different story. The airtime was fantastic. Even in the infamous janky ending, including the brake run. That first drop was incredible too. A masterpiece from none other than Togo. A manufacturer known for delivering lackluster rides in the US. Update August 2023: I can't leave this at 5 stars. I got some rides on OzIris that were better than those that I got on Fujiyama and I left OzIris at 4.5 stars . I'm lowering this to 4.5 stars.

Thematisierung Abschuss Tempo
This was such a nice surprise! I came in expecting something like Pégase Express but I was positively surprised by the speed and snappiness of this coaster. The airtime isn't strong, it is mostly of the mild floater kind but the launches have some good kicks to them and riding in this position was a first for me. It is also well themed and long. I got two rides, both in the front row and the sense of speed is amazing there, especially on my second ride at night. This is also the only launch coaster I got to ride since Takabisha was down for maintenance (and reopens on the 16th which is the day I'm back home) and Do-Dodonpa... well we don't talk about Do-Dodonpa. Well, Panic Coaster at Tokyo Dome City has two launches so I guess two launch coasters.

Airtimes Standort Spaß Rütteln
The oldest operating roller coaster in Japan is a pretty fine ride. It does have airtime (even in row 2), some good speed, a good and unique location and is a fun experience but those pullups and transitions really aren't smooth... The ride has a rattle reminiscent of a wooden coaster. Kind of like Elf at Hirakata park where the first part of the pull ups is rather smooth but the part that transitions into the next element is brutally rough and hits your back against the seat. I prefered it to Roller Coaster Rowdy though. Mainly because of its historical value.

First Drop Standort Komfort Kapazität
This is a good coaster considering the location it's in. That drop was amazing even in row 5 and a night ride on this (which was my only ride of the day) is incredible. The view at the top of the lift hill at night is surreal and there are two pops of decent floater airtime. The lack of airtime is the main complaint for most people. However I can overlook it and the short length because of the ride's location. The transitions are snappy and smooth. The new trains look great at night and are really comfortable. The drops' pullouts do have a small rattle but nothing that really bothers me. The capacity wasn't the best but the ride ops really drummed up the excitement for the ride and we're super friendly. A great coaster for its location and a good coaster overall. Not in my top 5 though.

Thematisierung Standort Spaß
This gets 3.5 stars because of the location and theming. Without it it would be a 3 star coaster at best. You're in pitch black forward and there are tons of lights when you do it again backwards. The launches have a bit of power and there is a hill where you get a tiny bit of airtime and a snappy transition after the boost. Wait times weren't long and the trains are good. The fact that this is underground is mind boggling so yeah, this is a unique and weird coaster.

First Drop Inversionen Meisterwerk
This is no doubt my new #1 coaster. It is out of this world! It's so uniquely insane and intense! I was seated in row 1 and the view over there was really freaky. I love coasters that have lots of airtime and snappy transitions like Toutatis but this was something else. An absolute masterpiece!

Airtimes Standort Sanftheit Unangenehm
I rode this coaster in rows 1, 11 and 3 and thought it was qute a good ride. Let me explain. It has a great setting that uses the terrain to its advantage, and it offers some great views. While the trains are quite similar to old Vekoma/Arrow trains that you find on Goudurix, Corkscrew (all of them), Viper or Avengers Assemble: Flight Force/ Rock'n'Roller Coaster, they are more like the older horse-collar restraints that were replaced, but still existed on stuff such as Flying Tiger (RIP). These sit way lower than the newer Vekoma restrants that can be uncomfortable. I'm 1m75 and I cleared the restraint. Now onto the layout. First of all, I live the multiple track styles and whonky looking turns where the spine doesn't move and the cross-ties just extend/lower. The pullouts are intense and most of the hills offer some good floater airtime up front, with the last one delivering a more powerful pop. Most of the transitions are smooth and the ride is quite smooth. Now onto the elephant in the room. The comical turn. It was alright. If you brace for it, you won't hit your head. This is a front row ride for me, though. I'm giving Red Falcon 3.5 stars.

Airtimes Nette Überraschung! Spaß Rütteln Zuverlässigkeit
You might think 3.5 stars is too much for a "family wooden coaster", but trust me, I've had awful rides on Tonnerre 2 Zeus recently that were devoid of airtime that I have to give it 3.5 stars. There are a couple of reasons: As I stated earlier, the ride has some powerful airtime up front (I rode in rows 7 and 2), especially with the great Intamin T-bars That are freeing and (in my opinion) better than their new over the head lapbars. The drops are also quite good in the back, but it is a front car ride for me. There are a few reasons why the back rows can be a little better though. The ride has a noticable rattle on all turns but the pullouts are smooth in the back (expect the one before the 4th turnaround, which as a jarring jolt in all rows). It is a different story up front though. The start of the pullout is smooth but the pull up into the turnarounds is pretty rough everywhere on the ride. Ironically, the turn out of the station is one of the roughest moments on the ride. The brakes are violent too. As for the layout, if I had to compare it to another old Intamin, it would be Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril. If there was a 3.75 stars option, I would give it that, it was better than Tonnerre 2 Zeus (please retrack the turns though, then I would give it 4 stars). It is also unreliable. It wasn't open before 11AM and closed (possibly for the day) at 4PM.

Spaß Rütteln Unangenehm
This coaster is not fantastic! Kinda like Vol d'Icare. I rode in row 4 which was uh... not great. The brakes engage when you leave the station (???) and the first drops are fine but the rest is not fine. The turns are extremely jerky and have an awful rattle, not on the turns themselves but on the transitions in and out of them. I get that this is the oldest coaster at the park but it isn't good and is made mostly out of rust. It least the trains are cute and the restrains and leg room are fine. At least Korottruck won't try to kill you

Spaß Kapazität Unangenehm
Well, it's a spinning wild mouse that doesn't spin. Which isn't a huge loss, in fact I prefer the lateral Gs that normal hairpin turns offer over the dizzying spins that this should offer. There were a couple pops of airtime and the drops were decent. Capacity is pretty awful though. Even in the last couple of stairs, the wait times were atrocious (10 minutes for 6 groups to get on). I don't get why it gets so much hate. It is flawed, but decently fun.

Spaß Unangenehm
The main perk of this kiddie coaster is not being a wacky worm/big apple coaster. It has a pop of mild airtime, some lateral Gs, but the train is cramped. The restraints were manually unlocked, which is charming.

Unangenehm Irrelevant
This is once again a unique coaster at Parc de la Vallée but man is it uncomfortable, boring and pointless. This is I believe the only family coaster that Togo have ever made. Once again I respect Parc de la Vallée's choice to keep a unique coaster running, but this was by far the most uncomfortable and cramped seating in a coaster ever. I could barely move. And the coaster, while smooth, offers nothing but discomfort. If you go to this park with kids, just ride the Wacky Worm, your back and your kids will thank you. NOTE: The reason I'm giving this 1 star instead of .5 stars is because it's a unique model. If it was a common model, I would give it .5 stars.

First Drop Schoßbügel Intensität Rütteln Zu kurz
This coaster is a tough one to rate. On one hand, it has a great drop for its size, some intense turns and a loose lapbar but on th other hand, it's stupidly rough and too short. Let me explain. The lift hill is a gimmick but it's nice. The first drop offers great airtime in the back of the train thanks to the loose lapbar but there is no airtime anywhere else on the ride. The turns are pretty intense but they jackhammer to hell and the brake run... it's as brutal as Vol d'Icare's brake run is. I understand how rare this coaster model has become but aside from that it could have been a good experience but it was ruined by the roughness and the discomfort.

It's a wacky worm, may I need to say more. Good for children, boring for everyone else. At least it's better than Grand Canyon.
