Capacity Smoothness Theming

It's super smooth and still a great layout for a family coaster, which has even been improved by the refurbishment. Though the new theming feels underwhelming and the music is lame and uninspired compared to the old techno music, which made the coaster feel like a rave.

Cancan is a top tier family coaster. It has one of the nicest queues I’ve seen on any coaster. The theming throughout the ride and the great soundtrack add to the experience, while the ride itself has a good duration and the layout in the dark is a lot of fun.

it is not always realy dark, but if it is, then its a fun family coaster.

Didn't expect much but was positively surprised. The soundtrack on the lifthill as you ascend to the top of the Eiffel Tower gets you pumped up for the ride and the ride itself is pretty good as well. You can't really see where you're going which makes some of the turns and hills feel a little more intense. The onboard audio didn't work when I rode CanCan Coaster, so I kinda want to try it with the soundtrack as well to see if it makes the ride better or worse.

After all these negative reviews on the internet, the actual experience was better than I expected: Theming in the queue area and the station is really nice while the one during the ride is merely okay. A cool gimmick is the orchestral version of the former theme "In a second orbit" during the lift - and the French countdown as well as the Cancan playing during the ride is also quite fancy. I also can't understand people considering the new ride as "too tame" - it is definetely not as intense as the old Eurosat, but still good fun (it has even some small airtime moments) and now it runs absolutely smooth with comfortable trains. The Cancan coaster is different than its predecessor, but nevertheless a great family-friendly indoor ride.

As a fan of the original Eurosat, I think this change is very good. Coaster is less rattle than original and delivers more comfort. Theming is really good, especially lift hill with that old music and Eiffel Tower because it feels classic. Station and queue line are beautifull. (I love these easter eggs there also, like the old robot).

Nothing to complain about with this ride. I've never been on the original so I don't know how it compares to that, but I thought this was a fantastic family coaster. Great pacing, intensity, comfort and I liked the effects in the dark.

Theming Pointless

This redo is my opinion Europaparks worst decision. I was personally a big fan of the old Eurosat (especially at the Punpkin coaster event) but they literally removed everything that was good about it. The queue theming is well done but as soon as the ride starts the theming quality turns from 100% to 1% The ride is forceless and the music does not really fit. The only good thing I can say about this is the train design, which to me looks absolutely fantastic. My first ride on CanCan Coaster almost made me cry. It still feels like a bad april fools joke to me. R.I.P Eurosat, I miss you. This ride does not deserve the Eurosat name on its logo. What they should have done in my opinion (Or still could do) is theme it to Jules Verne journey to the moon. That way it would fit the French theme while still keeping the space vibes.

Without having ridden the original Eurosat I think it's one of the best indoor coasters. The theming, especially in the queue, is solid and the ride itself is too! The layout is intense with some airtime and positive's, but still family-friendly. Sadly, the ride has developed a slight vibration/rattle but nothing bad and the onboard sound makes up for that.

Nothing marvelous, but nobody can say that riding a coaster while clapping along Offenbach cancan music isn't fun.

Duration Theming Disappointing!

I've been in the old Eurosat a hundred times and I loved the space theme. I found the waiting line really nicely done but the coaster itself is really disappointing now. The props look cheap and it just doesn't work. The space theme was so much suitable for the big metallic globe around it as well. Europapark stays my favourite theme park and I know they do magic so I have my hopes up high that they will make it just as good or even better than before. I hope they will listen to their guests.

Theming Disappointing!

I rode the original before the renos and it was so much better. The que on this ride is well done and it has a lot of attention to detail but the ride itself is more than disappointing. There is about 5 props you drive past which are very cheaply done and the rest of the time you drive around in the dark to some music which I cant tell if it was meant to somewhat match the track with beat. I would not ride this again.

Theming Smoothness Airtimes Layout

Worth to be noted - I never rode the original Eurosat. Can Can Coaster, from a theming point of view, is a brilliant realisation that perfectly completes the now fully refurbished French zone of the park. The queue as well as the exterior aspect is spotless, full of details and references to other parks. Plus the theming of 'Le Moulin Rouge' in itself is very original. Onride, even though the coaster is smooth as butter, theming is bit cheaper - probably to suit Eurosat's original atmosphere, which is understandable but debatable. Overall, certainly a great family ride with an outstanding theming, but if it is as memorable an experience for guests as Eurosat used to be remains to be seen...
