Inversions Rattle Headbanging
Demon’s a pretty generic Arrow looper with some light theming to make it a little nicer. It’s very rattly through most of the course though, save for the corkscrews.

Theming Inversions Intensity
Absolute classic coaster, one of the OGs and symbols here at CGA. I can't say enough about the pros, because pretty much every factor is going in its favor. First, the layout is absolutely superb, and those 2 vertical loops are extremely forceful and can cause anyone to gray out. The tunnel before the ride and in the loops is fantastic theming. Awesome first drop, and those corkscrews are equally as intense. It's not rough at all, it's more forceful and intense which may be a bit too much for the more faint of heart, which is why some don't like it. The corkscrews are perfectly smooth. The pacing is superb, because it does not slow down during the inversions, and the elements keep flying at the rider. Headbanging is never really an issue on roller coasters, because if you know how to properly ride a roller coaster you will have no issues. Advice for people who have experienced headbanging on this: make sure to keep your head back at all times, and only tilt your head in the direction the ride is moving. Improper riding techniques will result in you not liking this ride, but if you know how to ride a roller coaster, the speed, layout, and of course, the iconic Demon rock corkscrew make this one of the best, if not the best, Arrow loopers in the world. This is the best ride at the park even though it's almost 50, which is incredible.

Inversions Rattle Headbanging Discomfort
Great corkscrews (and pretty smooth ones), but the rest of the ride is horribly rough. Would be a pretty good ride if it weren't so painful.

If you want both forward-backward head banging as well as side to side, this is the ride for you.

Theming Inversions Nice surprise!
This coaster is very underrated. The corkscrews give satisfying laterals and the loops are surprisingly very forceful. No discomfort at all, except a minor jolt that happens when transitioning into corkscrew.

Theming Inversions Headbanging Discomfort Layout
Demon is underrated in my opinion. People over exaggerate its roughness. For an old arrow looper, it runs pretty well. Yes, it is a little rough, but not that bad. The inversions are solid, but it does lack a good layout. The theming is great and I can see all the work Cedar Fair has put in over the past couple years. Enjoyable, but nothing to write home about.

Theming Layout Headbanging Discomfort
6th row: Even with my head back, it still got rattled. 2nd row: I enjoyed the theme and the tunnels, and that second loop is seriously one of the most intense I’ve ever experienced. It probably would have been a headbanger, but I kept my head back and upright, and it really was pretty good. Takeaway: 2nd row pretty good. 6th row real bad.

Fun Headbanging
That signature Arrow jolt right before the corkscrews kills me every time but I always have fun on Demon, especially now that they've added a modicum of theming to the ride. Certainly not worth a 90-minute wait, though, like I had the displeasure of experiencing last month.

Headbanging Discomfort Tear it down!
Demon might be the worst Arrow I have ridden so far. This was such an uncomfortable coaster, as it was very rough and had a lot of headbanging. It was intense, but in a very painful way. After they (hopefully) RMC Grizzly, this is the coaster that needs to go next. I'll probably skip both of these the next time I'm at CGA.

Inversions Too short
Classic Arrow looper that's got the trademark double loops and corkscrew. While the layout isn't really anything special, the interaction with the tunnels and the dive into the mouth of the demon rock that transitions right into the corkscrew is pretty cool, and helps to set this one apart from the rest of the pack.
