I tried coasters as a kid and was terrified of them. So, I went through life without riding any. Cosmic Rewind was my first coaster in multiple decades, and it awakened a love I didn't know was there. This coaster is such a joy to ride. It's not the most intense or technical coaster out there, but it's an incredible and unmissable experience. The theming, the music, the immersion, and the indoor design are all top tier. So, 5/5 because it never fails to put a massive smile on my face and because it's given me an incredible new hobby and experiences in life. The cars are also super comfortable, the track is smooth, and the helix around the moon is unforgettable. A+ soundtrack makes the ride.

Over an hour wait and did it 3 times. Wish we did it 4. Unreal.

Such a joyful, fun coaster. What it lacks in “intensity” it makes up for with “story”, visuals/effects, fantastic ride ops, uniqueness, pacing and overall theming. Feeling positive Gs while you “orbit” around planets before launching out into space again is just pure fun. Aligning the spins of the ride cars so the riders can view the various story beats and visual elements is just flat out impressive design. Also the rotation of songs is solid and adds additional fun to the experience. A masterpiece.

This, to me, is the perfect family thrill ride. It's an absolute blast to experience. The theming is super well done (even if Pratt is phoning it in harder than anyone in history). The spinning cars and the music are delightful, especially if you're lucky enough to get September. Cosmic Rewind might still be an odd fit for EPCOT, but as a coaster, I absolutely love it.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is, in my opinion, easily the best ride at Epcot, and a top 5 roller coaster in the state of Florida. The sheer amount of fun this ride is cannot be overstated. Normally, I lean toward higher intensity rides with my preferences, but the way the track, cars, sound, and theming interact make this ride truly magical. I was smiling and laughing the entire time I was riding this. It's incredibly smooth, the spinning is seamless, and the theming is passable. I really don’t like the Marvel dialogue present throughout the experience, but there are zero flaws with the ride system. If you can get past the annoying bits, Disney have figured out the formula for pure fun on a roller coaster with this.

Alors oui ce n’est pas le coaster le plus sensationnel, c’est du Disney dans le texte, mais mon dieu que c’est Fuuuun. La thématisation est absolument incroyable, le confort exceptionnel et il y a un vrai coté addictif au sensation que procure le ride. Que dire du pré-show, pour moi peut être le meilleur du monde ( avec Rise Of The Resistance), clairement il participe grandement à l’expérience tellement il est immersif et conditionne pour le reste du ride. Bref, l’attraction justifie une venue à EPCOT sans problème.

Guardian of the Galaxy est à mes yeux le meilleur coaster familial du monde. Des préshows spectaculaires, au ride système en passant par la théma, GotG est une expérience premium qui mérite à elle seule la visite à Epcot. Le crédit a un taux de refaisabilité très élevé, grâces aux différentes musiques, il est très très long (on en a pour son argent) et il est fluide, chose que maîtrise parfaitement Vekoma dans ses nouveaux coaster familiaux. Mention spécial au train, à l'assise la plus confortable que j'ai croisé de ma vie, encore plus confortable que les LSM Mack ou Intamin, c'est dire! Comme j'ai pu lire sur un autre commentaire, on danse avec le coaster, qui virevolte dans l'espace de façon gracieuse. Mine de rien, le ride est assez rapide (100km/h) avec beaucoup d'éléments et on ne retient pas le parcours qui est très tortueux et plutôt répétitif. Par contre ce qu'on retient, c'est cet énorme, ce gigantesque écran à la résolution juste dingue qui fonctionne terriblement bien, et les éléments physiques comme les étoiles fonctionnent ici bien mieux que Flight Force. Les sensations sont aussi présentes que les émotions, et couplés à la scénographie, à la mise en scène et la storyline compréhensible, on a là une qui attraction qui s'impose comme un hit du parc, du resort, et une des meilleures attractions d'Orlando! Félicitation aux Imagineers pour ce chef d'oeuvre, Universal ne pourrait jamais proposer un aussi bon mix entre fun, thrill et émotion!

Got lucky enough to get 4 rides in the first time I visited Epcot for an After Hours event and then riding this one year later it felt even better over time. The layout here is immaculate given the footprint it has to work with. Low height requirement means that tons of families get to enjoy this all together and that's a huge win. We need more family coasters like this. Exceeded all of my expectations which were already high.

I mean, WHAT CAN I SAY? EPCOT finally got the standout attraction they were missing, and it's one of the greatest coasters ever. Not only do I love the Guardians, but I love spinning coasters (so this seems like a match made out of heaven). And clearly I'm not the only one who absolutely love this ride as it always get the LONGEST waits. But let's talk over the ride experience! It's just incredibly fun, like I have the most fun on my trip when I'm riding Guardians. It's such an easy coaster to lap and re-ride, thanks to the on-ride audio. Plus, there are seven BANGER songs on the soundtrack, with my favorite being September. When you ride in the back row, you are constantly turning and dropping and being whipped around. There is so much going on everywhere that it's almost hard to focus on the story. Speaking of the story, it really elevates the pre-ride experience between the interesting queue and funny pre-show. The loading station and theming is also amazing. But it doesn't end there! Since this is the longest indoor coaster in the world, it really makes use of it's space in the huge warehouse. I feel like it's Space Mountain but more crazy, especially if we're talking about the god-tier backwards launch, wrap-around screens, or intense helix around the moon. I really do appreciate that it's not TOO thrilling though, because my dad doesn't love coasters and he really likes this. In conclusion, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is just a masterclass of Walt Disney Imagineering. If we're talking about the complete ride experience, this may be the best coaster from Earth to Xandar.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is a phenomenal ride. This is a pretty floaty and graceful ride, rather than an intense one, but it works really well here. It’s super long, with multiple launches. The theming is immaculate including a 30-minute long indoor queue. The spinning helps to tell the story. This may not be the greatest piece of coaster hardware ever, but it is one of the greatest theme park attractions as a whole that I have ever experienced.

The ride is a perfect balance of fun and force. Perfect for families AND thrill seekers. Plus, you can get 6 different songs each ride, so it adds to the re-rideability. Granted, it's not up there on the intensity scale, but the fun factor puts this in my top 40.

The visuals and dialogue are great but the music is fantastic! Hearing good music on a rollercoaster is an amazing feeling! Moving fast through turns and drops while music you like blasting to your ears is such a joy. Now sure this isnt the first rollercoaster to do this, even at disney there is rock n rollercoaster but this one takes the gimmick of music on a thrill ride to near perfection. The only ride that would be better than this would be an anime themed version with ejector airtime all around but thats just my preference. Please ride it if you love music and rollercoasters, you wont be dissappointed. Especially since the disney virtual queue is gone.

Incredible Masterpiece of a rollercoaster that always seems to leave people with a smile on their faces at the end. I can't even begin to fully describe this experience, it is really something that you need to experience yourself at Epcot. Also I would personally suggest to ride this rollercoaster over and over again for the best overall experience. FYI I have motion sickness and had no trouble riding Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind, however if you want to be safe I would take Dramamine beforehand.

This is Vekoma's best creation, with the help of Disney Imagineering. This thing has the GOTG theme, and when you theme a ride to them, there's going to be a better soundtrack than any other coaster in the world. The 2nd one being Space Mountain at Disneyland, not Disney World. But anyways, when you add the backwards launch and the beautiful soundtrack, it's easily Disney's best creation. But I think that the best ride you can get on this is in the back car, back row, "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears for Fears playing, and when the operators decide if they want the launch to be 60mph and not 55mph. Plus, the song I mentioned is a perfect song that goes with the storyline of this coaster. An easy 10/10.

C’est un excellent coaster, la thématique est magnifique, par contre il se mérite. Si vous êtes dans un hôtel Disney vous pouvez vous assurer un passage en vous y prenant longtemps à l’avance avec une lightening lane qui vous coûtera entre 20 et 25$ par personne à un créneau imposé. Sinon c’est la loterie pour une virtual lane le matin du jour J à 7h ou à 13h si vous êtes dans le parc, et la il ne faut pas se rater et être 1 minute avant en train de rafraîchir constamment la page d’accès à la virtual lane, car en quelques secondes il est booké pour la journée. Une fois dans le ride les musiques sont géniales et donnent un côté décalé à votre expérience. Les écrans et les étoiles sont magnifiques. La fluidité est dingue, on a l’impression de danser avec le coaster c’est hallucinant !

The music adds to the experience in ways I can't explain. Especially when you get your favorite song. (EWTRTW) I have ridden it 6 times on multiple different trips and it is peak every time. The visuals in this ride are amazing and the videos don't do it justice. The only gripe I have with the ride is The pre-show it is great the first time but after you have experienced it, it can become a bit of a nuisance because of the stampede and bottleneck that happens immediately after it ends. Does not ruin the coaster though. Must do if at EPCOT.

Ça reste famille mais franchement c'est un gros coup de coeur ! C'est vraiment surprenant. Seul bémol c'est que c'est vraiment compliqué de faire un tour dessus. Un seul tour par jour et il y a des créneaux a réservé. Un à 7h et l'autre a 13h. Nous sommes passés à 18h alors que nous avions réservé notre place à 13h ! ‼️ OUBLIEZ PAS QU'IL FAUT RÉSERVER VOTRE PLACE EN ÉTANT DANS EPCOT CAR EN DEHORS CA NE FONCTIONNE PAS‼️

J’ai pris une énorme claque, magnifique découverte. Pre-shows qui m’ont captivé (c’est fort rare !). Train bien conçu avec un confort irréprochable. La thématique est simple (espace intersidéral étoilé) mais fonctionne très très bien sur moi. Écrans de très bonne qualité. Musique embarquée apporte un gros plus, et de très bons titres. Le spin n’est pas libre et toujours bien orienté. Niveau sensations cela reste soft mais il y a 3 passages surprenants. Je vais peut être m’enflammer mais on est pas loin du coaster familial parfait. Et 2000 pph svp !!

There's a reason Disney spent half a billion dollars to build this coaster, and it was absolutely worth every single penny. They built this coaster to be the best roller coaster in any Disney theme park and they absolutely nailed it. Regarding the best Disney coaster, it was razor close between this and Tron, but Guardians gets the edge for its theming alone. This ride has the best theming I've ever seen on any coaster, be it indoor or outdoor. That reverse launch is intense. But that spinning feature is really what makes this ride stand out. Going in, I did not watch a single video on this ride, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was turned out to be the biggest surprise of my trip. Disney and Vekoma both get a standing ovation for Guardians!

Une petite pépite familiale, la file d'attente est très bien thématisée et on ressent l'univers des Gardiens de la Galaxie, les preshow sont vraiment bien fichus et très immersifs, les trains sont magnifiques, pour le Coaster en lui même cela reste familial mais c'est bien amené avec les écrans dans le launch aux effets assez bluffant, un layout plutôt long avec une belle sensation de vitesse, la bande son, l'ambiance, tout y est, une belle réussite ! A noter tout de même un petit manque de théma au niveau du layout qui je trouve est un peu trop centré "Voie lactée" .

This coaster is the perfect ride, and the best ride WDW Orlando has ever contrived. Note that I did not call it the perfect coaster--many others are contenders for that title. But for a family ride it 100% fits the bill. The theming is immaculate in queue, and carries over on ride. The cinematic elements while riding truly add to the overall experience. The music selection is excellent--we got "I Ran" and the guitar solo hit at just the right spot, it was as if the ride was built around the song. And that helix around the moon is *chef's kiss* perfection, by far my favorite portion of the ride, woth the backwards launch being a very close second. Disney really stepped it up with this one and saved a dying park (Epcot). This is the ride that Space Mountain always wanted to be. The reridability on this thing is also excellent, seeing that you can get a different song each time, but you will not be sad if you get the same one. My husband who isn't a coaster fan loved this one, it was his favorite ride after a 3-day amusement park trip. I still find myself thinking about this ride from time to time and I can't wait to go to Epcot just for a chance to reride it. Overall, a great ride using the best Marvel IP (Guardians), with fun elements (rotating cars), and an excellent soundtrack.

One of the most fun coasters I've ever been on. The queueline is spectacular and the pre-show is amazing. This is one of the longest coasters I've ever been on and almost feels like a modern space mountain. I love the fact you can get different songs each time makes this ride really re-rideable. I went on it twice and got one way or another and the conga. However, one downside of this ride is that it's still on a virtual queue meaning you'll be very lucky to do it twice in one day. Sometimes you can't even get on it once!

The hype surrounding this made it out to be the best ride in all of Disney’s parks. I must say it is an excellent, excellent family coaster and a perfect addition to Disney. However, if you put this ride at Cedar Point, Magic Mountain, Hersheypark, etc, it would be highly out of place as a coaster. Here it does what it is designed to do. Move tons of people of all ages and sizes through the line. Purely judging it as a coaster enthusiast, especially if you take away all of the gizmos and gadgets, it really isn’t anything too special. It would just be an average coaster. With all the theming, it’s very cool. With that said the music and the constant talking annoyed me to no end. I was trying to focus on the ride and the music was a bad song that was just annoying. I learned after the fact that this supposedly goes 60mph. I have no idea when or where that happened. It seemed markedly slower than Tron. I honestly never felt like we broke 40. Overall an excellent experience that is pretty cool to do—once, maybe twice. Then all the build up I’m sure would just aggravate me to no end. I won’t ruin any of it, but it is very cool. Again, overall, a great experience that just happens to involve a decent coaster.
