    Fun Dead spots

Cute classic woodie that's somewhat lacking in intensity, but somewhat makes up for it with charm. Definitely a more family oriented woodie, and that's honestly a good thing for the park.

    Nice surprise! Fun

Really fun indoor coaster that scores highly for me due to that surprise drop halfway through. Not ashamed to admit that this little compact indoor ride got my ass with it.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Capacity

Solid family spinning coaster, if you're willing to wait for it.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Capacity

While they're not my favorite, Free Spins are still fun rides. Problem is their capacities aren't the best, and queues can balloon to more than a wait they deserve; this is especially true with this one since it's surrounded by some truly great rides. Fun, but safely skippable.

    Inversions Pace Intensity

Another Batman clone, another absolutely elite invert. Probably the gold standard of cloned layouts, there's a reason it took the industry by storm the way it did; all you have to do to see why is ride one.

    Launch Intensity Layout Reliability

A ride I had been lusting after for years, Mr. Freeze managed to shatter my expectations. The backwards launch into that inverted top hat is absurd, and only bit of respite you get in the entire layout is the second or two on that vertical spike. The capacity isn't even that bad (I'd even go as far to say fantastic for a shuttle coaster) due to the solid ops and the very innovative dual station setup. As far as shuttle launch coasters go, this is pretty damn near perfection.

    Airtimes Nice surprise! Location

Probably one of the coolest kiddie coasters I've ridden. Not only is there a surprising amount of airtime to be had, but the location gets you some wicked views of Mr. Freeze as it blasts by you.

    Theming Nice surprise! Fun

By far the most fun I've had on a Mine Train. Not only is the historical value of the ride huge, but that final drop into the famous underwater tunnel is fantastic.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Inversions Intensity Ejectors

While I've heard so much about good those back to back loops are, I was definitely surprised by the gnarly ejector this thing gives you. This ride is absolutely nuts, hard to believe it opened only 2 years after Revolution! Definitely top 3 in the park, and definitely earned a place on my favorites.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Intensity Layout Dead spots

Goliath but good. Even if the only real difference is that extra helix that Goliath lacks, it really adds a lot to the ride (especially since the helix is the best part of Goliath). It's just a shame that it shares Goliath's annoying MCBR, it just murders all the momentum and pacing.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Airtimes Ejectors Duration

While it may not be as intense as the RMCs that would follow it, NTG is a stellar ride; it's easy to see how it started the RMC revolution we bask in today. It's an absolute airtime machine, and that final drop inside the tunnel gives some gnarly ejector. Incredible ride!

    Fun Capacity Dead spots

One of two of the remaining Intamin bobsleds left in the world, a definite novelty. I didn't have any of issues of discomfort that many seem to have with it, but I do think that the layout could have been just a tad more intense. Those block zone/drive tire sections really kill most of your energy, but I dunno maybe it has to or else the cars fly out or something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • Evangelion Martini

    Theming Too short

Kiddie coaster credit with cute theming, but also I think this has to be the single shortest rollercoaster I've ever ridden in my entire life. I swear the ride duration is like sub 10 seconds, and they don't even send you twice like most other kiddie coasters of this class. I got in to ride it for free, if you can't then don't bother.

    Rattle Headbanging Discomfort

A much rougher than average SLC, much like its twin of the same name at SF:A. I like SLCs, I hated this one.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Inversions Fun Layout Headbanging Capacity

Your standard Boomerang through and through, for all the good and bad that entails. I like them, but if you don't this one won't change your mind.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Launch Fun Headbanging Harness Launch

A super strange, very rare credit/model. This guy is 1/3 Half Pipes ever built, 1/2 ever to open, and the last still operating. The ride experience is very unconventional and fun, however due to the fact that the seats spin throughout the duration of the ride, it's possible (and very likely) that the launches will occur while you are oriented sideways, which will result in your head smacking that hard OTSR on acceleration, which was quite unpleasant for myself. I simultaneously wish there were more of these, but understand why the model never caught on. A must-ride for rare credit hunters, and still a fun ride for those who don't care.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Ejectors Capacity Launch

One of the very few remaining Arrow Dynamics Launched Loops, Sidewinder is definitely a lot of fun. I was expecting a bit more from the launches, but the ejector you get depending on where you sit (sit in the back for ejector going forwards on the first drop, sit in the front for BACKWARDS ejector on the second drop), as well as the novelty of the model make it a lot of fun. Capacity is very low however, and you're going to be spending a lot of your time cramped onto and climbing a flight of featureless steel stairs while you queue for your ride.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Airtimes Fun

A very cute and very fun classic woodie, by far the best out of the 2 in the park. The only let down was that I hoped a woodie this old would have the classic buzz bars, sadly not the case.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Intensity

I'm a pretty big sucker for spinning mouse coasters, the spinning just really adds so much to the experience over a regular Wild Mouse.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Theming

Typical kiddie coaster credit, the little themed land inside the layout is pretty cute though.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Rattle Discomfort Tear it down!

Trash ride, desperately needs a hybridization makeover from RMC or GCI. Go ride Wild One instead.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Rattle Headbanging Discomfort

By far the worst SLC I've ever ridden. I'm usually an SLC defender, and would even go as far to say that the upgraded installations with the vests are just flatly really good rides; that being said, I do not think vests would save this one. Absurdly rough and unpleasant, shockingly so. Bad!

  • Evangelion Martini

    Inversions Headbanging Layout

Not great, as pretty much all the standup to floorless conversions are. While not as bad as some of the others I've ridden, it just doesn't change the fact that either: the layout was not designed for the trains it now has, which causes issues; or the layout was simply just never good in the first place, and that's what made the ride bad, not that it was a standup. She gets brownie points for being the first B&M though, so it's still 100% worth a ride even if it's just to see how far they've come.

  • Evangelion Martini

Airtimes First Drop Ejectors Dead spots Layout

As far as being an airtime machine, this ride as plenty of ejector and fun to go around. However, there's some issues with the layout; the helixes overstay their welcome, and that infamous section of straight track truly is as bafflingly strange as an addition to the layout as it is boring.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Launch Pace Layout Rattle

Excellent spaghetti bowl coaster/FoF clone, however lacking the trims of FoF and some of the other clones. You get a good launch right into great/relentless layout. There is a bit of a rattle that you can't quite ignore, but it definitely doesn't hinder the enjoyment that much.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Inversions Fun Layout Capacity

By far the best of the Flying Dutchman model, Batwing is definitely the star attraction of the park in my opinion. It has more track and a better layout than the others of its make, but still is held back somewhat by the lack of capacity due to the restraints and such; Batwing, in theory, has the dual loading station to compensate, but it was not operating during the peak Summer day of my visit (probably park staffing). Compared to the B&M flyers, I'm a big fan of how much time you spend on your back, as well as how funky the vertical loop is. Out of all the flyers I've ridden at the time of this review, really the only one I'd put above it would be Tatsu. Get the front for the best flying experience.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun

Kiddie coaster credit, but E&Fs really are more fun than they ought to be.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Layout Rattle

Very compact little Zamperla that actually has a pretty fun layout! However, she is VERY rough, might be better off spending your re-rides at Wildcat or just moving on.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Smoothness

Fun, cute little Schwarzkopf that's basically between Hersheypark and SF:A. I'd say it's worth the stop.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Airtimes Lap Bar Fun

Classic woodie that has a lot to offer. As soon as I saw those buzz bars, I knew I was in for a good time.
