Fun ride and nowhere near as bad as people say. Sure, the ride was rough, but it is still/was the best arrow looper in VA. Good location and fun. Some janky turns and brake run killed the speed half way through. Going to miss it over the lake at Kings Dominion. In my opinion rapterra being opened the same year doesnt make up for it closing.

Lets get the only con I have out of the way, wait time is almost always an hour, not because they don't have good operations, but because LITERALLY everyone wants to ride it. Anyways... MASTERPIECE, what can I say, this ride is life changing, pure fun, all the "no inversions" "it's not intense" ride junkies can shut their mouths because you will not get on a better ride. No ride has this level of theming and pure fun, every time you think the coaster could not get better it does, somehow there's another launch or a vertical spike or a backwards moment or a surprise drop track, this ride does everything beautifully, a magical story and animatronics, one of the best queues in the world, and super unique coaster cars. Not every coaster needs to be the most intense, there are enough of those. We need more of these, fun machines. This coaster is an experience, not a ride.

Easily the best themed ride at KD with the music and atmosphere, nice launch that leaves you glued your to your seat by the end; however, there is a slight rattle if you are on the outside seat and the harness/lapbar thing compresses throughout the ride and by the end is digging into me. Overall, though I would say this is a good addition to Kings Dominion, but I do hope management doesn't see this as a good enough replacement for Volcano AND Anaconda, thus leaving us without a new coaster for too many years. KD needs something big, even if it's just a relocated coaster, however, I personally would like to see something like a B&M hyper, though Apollo's Chariot is just an hour away so that might be off the table.
