this ride is great. as much of a rollercoaster enthusiast i am, i barely have any credits. this is my first premier rides rollercoaster, as well as the first time ive been somewhat early to a rollercoaster opening.
the layout is extremely creative, weaving in and out of wonder mountain and various rides around it, and the view from the front of the park looks like we’re escaping an eruption, reminding me of the closed volcano ride imo. it speed through each inversion and doesn’t forget great airtime, something that is seldom present on rollercoasters with high inversions (im looking at you goudurix and smiler). the train is comfortable with good and well shaped restraints although i think that the mack lap bars are still my favourite out of everything i’ve ridden. i do have to criticise the queue line and capacity though; when i went it was 33-37C and there were only a couple of fans and mist machines to keep us cool. the line also had to be shut because someone passed out from heat stroke while the ride was down too. the second time around i used the fast lane, but neither line was faster than each other. probably because it was still a new rollercoaster but i didn’t find the waiting experience comfortable at all. perhaps in colder seasons it would be more bearable. overall though it’s a great ride packed with a punchy second launch, great pacing, and all the inversions you can ask for.
