I think a top-spin is what this roller coaster can be best compared to. Given it's intense and uncomfortable drops it is a rare coaster that can scare me but I didn't find it to be unbearable. The view you get is fantastic though.

Wtf. Really, like, wtf. I'd ridden its smaller brother Inferno at Terra Mítica, and I don't remember it being anything like this. The first drop provided some "insane" ejector. Then, on the first level, we didn't get any spin. But the second drop sent us swinging back and forth, pulling some weird frontals. And the third drop unleashed the real insanity. A whole spin, and some really, really crazy out-of-your-seat frontal G's into the harness. Very nauseating, I don't quite remember what happened afterwards. I only know we got a chance to reride without getting out, 'cause nobody was in line (why could it be?), and we turned it down. Maybe we just got a bad ride, but I'm not willing to verify that.

Quelle folie ce coaster ! Qui peut donc bien s'attendre à cela durant son premier ride. Un coaster très intense et fort en G négatifs. Une première chute super impressionante et surprenante. Magnifique vue sur la ville de stockholm ou sur le "zoo" SKANSEN (en fonction de sa place sur le coaster), surtout le soir. Première drop au dessus de l'eau. C'est une attraction qui fonctionne tres bien dans le paysage du parc. Très alléatoire également, chaque ride est différent en fonction du poids des personnes avec qui tu es. À mourrir de rire... ou de peur !

En voilà un coaster étrange ! Bons points : le coaster ne tape pas et la situation au-dessus de la mer est superbe. À chaque drop on a la sensation d'y plonger (surtout qu'avec le déséquilibre de la nacelle on était penché vers l'eau). Maintenant ce qui coince à mon niveau, c'est que c'est vraiment trop intense et pas vraiment plaisant à rider. Ce ne sont pas simplement les rotations qui fracassent, mais aussi chacun des creux dans lesquels le wagon roule après les descentes. C'est du G+ à gogo, et finalement rien d'autre que cela. Où est la variété ? Malgré ma critique, c'est tout de même un coaster à faire absolument, on ne croise pas ce modèle partout !

The experience really lives up to the name! The amount of positive gs put on your body is crazy and the ejector is some of the most out of control and strongest airtime I've had on a coaster. Due to all these crazy forces and flipping the soft strap otsrs can be very uncomfortable as I came off with actual bruises and pain! The capacity isn't the best because of the train design.

Sans doute un des roller Coasters les plus intenses au monde et la première fois qu’un rollercoaster me donne la nausée. Autant je supporte X2, I305 ou Skyrush sans problème (peut-être car les G’s positifs ne sont pas dirigés vers la tête), autant là au bout de quelques tours je devais m’arrêter. C’est bien plus intense que les modèles S&S. J’ai donc beaucoup de mal à juger Insane : autant il y a certains passages fun mais à la fois un Coaster difficilement re-ridable tellement il retourne l’estomac est-il un bon Coaster ?

I just wasn’t a fan of this ride at all. First off, it never flipped at all and the only transitions were painful back-and-forth jerks that launch you all over the place. That part’s somewhat fun, I guess, but Insane was too uncomfortable for me to enjoy.

Ce coaster est malgré sa taille et apparence extérieure, l’attraction la plus incroyable en G négatifs subits et inattendus (surtout en marche arrière !), que je n'ai jamais connue dans aucun coaster, ni même flat-ride jusqu'à présent, c'est quelque chose ! Pourtant j'avais en 2017 déjà effectué une immense quantité des plus fortes attractions de parc ou foraines telles que de nombreuses fois Shambala, le Maxximum Foire du Trône, le Donjon de l'Extrème à Nigloland, etc, etc... Alors que j'ai trouvé à l'inverse dans ce parc Gröna Lund plusieurs montagnes russes (pourtant appréciées du public) très banales et soft (comme Twister, Jetline et Wilda Müsen par exemple), mais par contre leurs tours de chute et palais du rire sont très bons . L'intensité des G négatifs de ce Insane (avec éjectors dus à un accélérateur il me semble dans les coudes), est telle et m'a tellement surpris que pour la première et seule fois dans une attraction j'ai eu un point de côté de battement de cœur après l'avoir ridé ! Certes, je l'ai refaite et cela n'a plus été le cas les fois suivantes, mais quelle intensité à chaque fois !..., au point de faire une pause avec d'autres attractions moins violentes entre temps (les tours de chute ont des G négatifs plus longs mais beaucoup moins intenses...)

After hearing some much bad about this machine, i was expecting the worst if not nothing. Surprisingly i had very fun time on this machine. Positioned toward the sea view, the illusion and feeling was really good, the last drop was an absolute experience. I barely understand how they manage to make it legal at some points after i observed the ride. Insane is truly Insane if you're able to have a comfortable ride (and it happens !)

Before riding this I heard that it was supposedly better than Green Lantern, and I would say that is true to some degree. The discomfort from the restraints and jarring transitions are still present, but it is slightly less pronounced than on Green Lantern. I also felt that there was more flipping than on Green lantern, which made the experience more thrilling. If you set your expectations correctly and brace yourself, this ride can actually be enjoyable.

La quantité de G que l'on se prend mêlée à des sensations de mini-chutes libres en fait une attraction ultra bizarre mais qu'au final, j'aime. En fait, c'est un ride aussi génial qu'horrible, un moment désagréable mais qu'on ne veut pas voir se finir, un peu comme si t'allais chez le dentiste pour une rage de dent et que ton dentiste, c'était Shakira.

They eventually let me on, and it was rough, uncomfortable, and just plain bad. The end drop is the worst as it tries to snap your legs off. If you ever come to Gröna Lund, give this ride a miss. (I recommend Jetline)
