This is a really good family coaster. The launch has a surprising kick to it. And the forces and airtime at the top are also really good to, so good in fact that you forget how crappy your restraint is. It is done in a flash which is unfortunate. But the pony riding is super cool.

Surtout pour cette launch assez punchy qui fait bien son effet avec la posture en cavalier ! Courage pour le faire car il s'agit d'une machine assez capricieuse qui est tombée plusieurs fois en panne en une seule et même journée...

The launch is great, but after that there's really nothing. I also banged my knee really badly on the plastic shell of the horses on the trains--watch out for that.

This ride has a deceptively powerful hydraulic launch in the beginning that catches you off guard. Following the launch is an equally surprisingly intense upward banked turn to the max height of the ride. After that the ride is just turns and dips that do nothing but are improved by the horse seating position as it makes it feel cooler. The restraints are not the most comfortable and can sometimes crush down on your chest.

Great ride. The launch was surprisingly intense. The following turns (and view of the beach from the top) are great and very fun. Only complaint is that the restraints can be uncomfortable.

This ride was mostly disappointing. The launch was quite forceful, but that was the only fun part of the ride. Basically everything after the launch was one long dead spot, as the rest of the layout consists of meandering around some mild banked turns. there are no steep drops or airtime hills, so there are no real positive or negative forces. Without the launch, this would probably lose another star. Just do it once for the credit.

Steeplechase is quite a weird family coaster for many reasons. The trains are quite comfortable, but the ride has a fairly consistent rattle, making some of the turns feel quite bizarre. For a family coaster, it has a pretty forceful launch followed by a really intense turn, but the rest of the ride is quite repetitive and forceless.
