Truly a legendary ride. Probably my most ridden coaster outside of the Incredible Hulk at Islands of Adventure. This ride just has a presence, being located right at the front entrance of Carowinds. It weaves over and under guests as they walk up, which was just a genius idea. The first drop is incredible. I still remember my first time riding in 2016 when I had experienced nothing like it. It quickly became my #1 and introduced me into the idea of having a favorite coaster. Although the ride is now my #3 (behind Steel Vengeance and Velocicoaster), I still just have an absolute blast every time I ride. The laterals are insane, sense of speed is phenomenal, ride is super smooth, and the layout just works really well. The one caveat I will mention for new riders: don't go in expecting this to ride like a B&M Hyper with non-stop floater airtime or you may end up mildly disappointed. There is airtime on the 3 hills at the end, but the focus of this ride is the first drop, speed, and laterals. Only thing I could nitpick is that the helix isn't super intense and not on par with the rest of the ride. I wish it had been a little bit more tightly profiled, but again, that's nitpicking. Plus, there's a head chopper on the helix! Anyway, I've blabbed too much. Fury 325 is an absolute masterclass!

B&M's magnum opus. It's their best coaster and it's not even close. THIS is the perfect layout for a Giga: excellent first drop, keeps its lightning fast speed, stays low to the ground, forceful turnarounds, and enough airtime to please everyone. With B&M's perfect restraints and glass smooth track and train? C'mon man. Perfect. Sits safely in my top 5 for now.

HOLY SH*T. Easily my #1 coaster. Just ride it and you'll understand, but you essentially feel like a bullet and are passing through these banked turns at ludicrous speed. Even after that, you're not done and this thing throws some great floater airtime at you. Golden Ticket Award's Best Steel Coaster for 7 years straight now. An experience like no other.

On all of my 2022-24 rides, I had one complaint. This slowed down at the top of the lift, and just crawled over. NOT ANYMORE!!!!! Fury's absolute ballistic pacing just got booted up to another level! I got 4 front row rides & 1 back row, then another back row at night, and this shell-shocked me. Terribly sorry to Gwazi, but Fury 325 finally got the #2 spot on my rankings back after a year of being subjugated by RMCs and Intamins. Additionally, Alvin may be the coolest individual to ever exist. You'll know who he is.

Clairement ce n'est pas mon Giga préféré mais la First Drop me régale toujours autant, le long floating est tout simplement génial ! Malheureusement le layout manque cruellement d'airtime et d'ailleurs Fury 325 est basé sur la vitesse et les effets de sol et à ce niveau là c'est une réussite. Mention spéciale à la fluidité du Coaster qui bombarde tout le long du layout dans un confort frôlant l'excellence. Pas mal de headchopper avec les supports et les derniers Camelback offre quelques airtimes sympas. Malheureusement il manque un petit peu d'airtimes et de basculement sur cette machine pour que je lui accorde 5 étoiles mais la First Drop et la sensation de vitesse sont tous simplement excellents !

Fury is truly a masterpiece of a roller coaster. It's an icon for Carowinds, both as a part of its coaster lineup and as a visual spectacle. With it being at my home park, I was lucky enough to ride this coaster over 50 times this year, and I now think I truly understand what makes it so elite. This is the conceptually perfect giga coaster layout in my opinion; it opens with a stellar first drop followed by low-to-the-ground turns that let you feel the insane speed at which you're traveling, all culminating in a flurry of strong airtime hills. Add onto this an incredibly unique location over and under the park's entrance, a one-of-a-kind turnaround with the treble clef, and the most stunning and gorgeous color scheme of any coaster in the world, you are left with a gem of a ride. I love every giga, but this one right here is what all of the others aspire to be. 10/10 - this review is dedicated to the phone I dropped off of Fury in 2016

Amazing giga with some great forces and airtime. Wasn’t quite as good as I expected but still amazing. It had a bit of a rattle in some of the valleys that impacted the experience a bit since they were taken so fast but still not enough to ruin anything. I also wish there was a bit more airtime as the ride seemed to focus on positive Gs where airtime could have been added (mostly a personal nitpick since I love airtime significantly more than positives). Great ride overall with a masterful layout and great visuals and a good presence in the park.

To nitpick, the trim does kill the airtime of the hill it’s on, but that is microscopic in comparison to the positives.

Fury 325 is incredible! This is the 3rd giga coaster I've experienced, and while I thoroughly enjoyed it, I walked away with the opinion that it was sliiiiiightly overrated. The first half deserves all the praise and more, its genuinely ioncredible, but the second half has two big duds in the tall banked turn and the helix. The airtime hills are extremely strong, but for whatever reason, those two dead spots really kill the pacing.

While not typically intense, Fury delivers tremendously on the fun factor, blistering speed and sustained, strong floajector on each hill (plus sideways floater on the Hive Dive), its only dead spot being that helix. Fury still has my favorite first drop of any coaster, nothing can beat those 10 straight seconds of free-falling bliss on Fury. It’s a little rattly in the helix, but not enough to detract from the ride experience in my opinion. Fury is a fantastic coaster overall, one that leaves me with a big smile after every single ride (think I’ve ridden it around 27-30 times now?).

I think it was after hill with the trim break but it really slowed down pace wise for a bit, but picked up for the last hill to give one nice last airtime pop. Despite this, it’s still world class. Amazing first drop and speed in the first half, some strong airtime moments, tunnel is fun. I’m rounding up to 10 from a 9.5. Gotta take a half point off for the weird pacing near the end of the ride.
