Alpengeist is easily one of the best inverted coasters in the world. It’s almost a hyper coaster and even reaches speeds of one. And, all the way up to the midcourse, it traverses one of the most intense layouts on any roller coaster ever. After the absolutely massive drop you go through an immelmann and a loop, which surprisingly aren’t that whippy but very heavy on positives. Then, the cobra roll, which is possibly the whippiest element of all time (in the best way possible). Unfortunately, the ride hits a midcourse, which saps almost all the speed this ride had. The second half is still great with 2 fun inversions but nothing compared to the monstrous first half. Still one of the best inverts out there, but it’s not as good as it could be due to the slower second half.

Vampire is a vastly overhated coaster. The queue and station is packed with theming, and there is really only headbanging in the first half. It really does fly through the trees. 2 Lifts makes for a long layout, and the drop into the street is great. The final drop is amazing though and really does pull some forces. Overall, a great coaster that is often overlooked.
