First Drop Thematisierung Spaß Zu kurz

Fjord Explorer est une excellente nouveauté pour un parc comme ça. Je reste assez dubitatif quand au choix d'un water coaster, car souvent trop cher pour ce que c'est mais forcé de constater que le travail de Mack Rides et du Pal ont rendu la machine intéressante. Déjà, la thématisation est réussie, autant dans la file, remplie de détails que dans le coaster et son intégration, avec beaucoup de pièces thématiques évoquant bien la vibe scandinave qui fait qu'on s'y croit. En dehors de son enveloppe thématique, le coaster reste excellent, sa first drop surprend beaucoup avec un floater intéressant et le reste du layout est très aérien et ambitieux pour un coaster de ce type, ce qui donne des sensations assez drôles, notamment que ce virage à 90 avant le splashdown, au passage assez rafraichissant surtout à l'arrière. Quelques légères vibrations sont à noter, mais rien de dérangeant, on les remarque juste, j'espère seulement que ça n'empirera pas dans le futur et que le parc saura maintenir le coaster comme il se doit. Malgré tout, la partie coaster reste assez courte et le reste du ride consiste en une simple ballade

C'est fun et correspond parfaitement aux familles. Évidemment, c'est dénué de toutes sensations intéressantes pour les coaster fans mais c'est fluide et on y passe un bon moment quand même

Sanftheit Zu kurz Irrelevant

Oubliable et sans aucun intérêt, il ne fait qu'un tour alors que son layout est court. Il a le mérite d'être fluide donc peut correspondre aux enfants

Pegasus was nothing more than disappointing. A dull discomfortable ride with nothing really fun in it besides the first drop. The location beside the water made a nice view. Good thing they tore it down.

Inversionen Rückhaltebügel Thematisierung Layout

Python is the classic coaster of the Efteling. A 'my first looping coaster' for many of us. Efteling did good to renew the track and get rid of the old trains with the uncomfortable harness. The new Vekoma-trains with the improved harness adds for a more pleasant ride experience. The loops and corkscrews has good intensity and G-forces. The theming is basic.

The entrance of Vogelrok is one of the most impressive I have ever seen for a rollercoaster. The coaster itself is fun, but lacks lengthiness and theming. The on-ride music adds to the atmosphere. You never have to wait long since it rides with two - sometimes even three - trains by standard.

Thematisierung Kapazität Nette Überraschung! Layout Intensität

De Vliegende Hollander has excellent theming, soundtrack and storyline. The station is well thought out with two sides to step aboard. The ride itself is partly fun an partly dull. It has a nice surprise halfway but the outside part never worked for me. The splash looks awesome; but the coaster misses intensity and a good kick. What it lacks coaster-wise, it makes up by theming and soundtrack.

Airtimes Spaß Layout

Joris en de Draak is a fun family-friendly dueling coaster. The ride is a bit jerky, but because of the comfortable seats it's not something what really bothered me. It has a fast fun pace from beginning to end with no dead spots. The duel part is nicely done. The theming is a bit poor for Efteling standards, but the dragon in the middle of the ride makes it just enough to rate is 7/10. I prefer 'vuur' over 'water'.

First Drop Thematisierung Komfort Zu kurz

Efteling did a fine job with Baron 1898. It's as smooth as butter and the theming is on point. I really like the a pre-show which helps to build up tension for the ride. The ride itself strongly hangs on the drop and first inversion. It's a 'family-friendly' ride with just enough intensity to make it enjoyable for everyone. For a tall person the harness is a bit too tight at the shoulders. A must do when visiting the Efteling.
