    Inversionen Spaß Kapazität Unangenehm

I braced for some headbanging due to its reputation and the bulky restraints, but this coaster run surprisingly well. Yes, there were some slight vibrations, but nothing to write home about it. The inversions are all good fun, especially the finale with the quadruple heartline roll. The optical presentation is actually really nice - the coaster itself is very photogenetic and I appreciate the lush greenery it is located in. The biggest downsides of Colossus are the uncomfortable trains (they are very cramped and the harnesses are very cumbersome to pull down), which may lead to the low throughput of this ride - the second train had to wait quite a bit on the final break run everytime. So I would recommend to ride this coaster as early as possible (at best, right after coming off SAW!)

    Thematisierung Komfort Spaß

An absolute winner for Paultons Park: with two trains and quick dispatches, lines were surprisingly short for this nicely themed coaster. The queue in a wooden "barn" underneath the slides and the station look very nice, even a catchy soundtrack is playing. But the ride itself is great fun: Albeit still being family-friendly, it can still pack a punch and when properly loaded, the spinning can get pretty intense. The coaster runs very smooth and the cars are very comfortable for every body height. Altogether, Storm Chaser fits perfectly into the attraction lineup of Paultons Park!

    Thematisierung Rütteln

Theming is top-notch for such a small ride. It is a good starting point for ongoing enthusiasts, but unfortunately, one of the s-bends has some pretty distinctive jolts to it - which is not a good sign for a coaster just a few months old...

Your fairly standard family boomerang - nothing special for us thoosies, but the target audience will be happy with it :)

    Spaß Sanftheit Thematisierung

The first hairpin turn caught us all off guard, it was particularly snappy. The rest of the layout was your typical Bobsled Coaster: a smooth and enjoyable family coaster for every age. Theming could be done better, aside from some fancy topiarys shaped like a cobra, most of the ride takes place over some green meadows and the station building is rather bland. I think, the ride's theme will be changed in the future to fit more into the newer concept of this park.

    Spaß Rütteln Thematisierung

A bit rougher than its successors, but it's okay because this is the prototype of the family boomerangs and still a decent family ride. Theming appears to be only half-baked, because despite having a new name and some themed elements, you can still spot some remenants of the former "Ben 10" theming in the queue line. Additinally, the policy that you have to take off your glasses without a strap during this ride, is quite unnecessary.

    Abschuss Rütteln Kapazität Unangenehm

I did not percieve this coaster to run faster than the Booster Bikes at Toverland, the launch was okay and the layout fairly mediocre. But unfortunately, it rattled quite a bit (which, especially for males, can be quite uncomfortable in the motorbike position), while the prototype is much smoother - and the mounting and dismounting of the bikes is also quite cumbersome which leads to a low throughput.

    Schoßbügel Inversionen Sanftheit Kapazität

Basically the modern counterpart of Thrope Park's Colossus: With minimalistic lap bars and a pretty smooth ride experience, Sik provides conspicuously more comfort to its riders - and it feels a lot faster: the first drop is much steeper than the one of Colossus and especially the quadruple heartline roll serving as a grand finale is taken at a high speed, so you are flung around with lap bars only which is pretty thrilling. But all inversions are great fun, and the dark tunnels filled with cool mist are optically a nice gimmick and additionally a refreshing surprise on warm days. Theming is pretty much nonexistent on Sik, but the optical presentation is still fine because is has a very modern and minimalistic look to it - especially the water fountains on the final turn are a neat feature. The station is decorated with colourful banners, has disco lightings and plays booming electronic music, which I appreciate. Operations were the biggest issue in my opinion: Sik only runs one train and has quite slow operations (especially with some moron guests unable to queue properly or close their safety bar), I highly recommend the single rider line!

    Spaß Layout Rütteln Kapazität Rückhaltebügel

After I enjoyed Timber Drop, I was a bit disappointed of Mumbo Jumbo: Albeit having an almost identical layout with funky turns, loads of hangtime and a great final inversion, this one runs considerably rougher than its French counterpart. Combined with those awkward over the shoulder "claws", prepare yourself to get smacked several times. Theming is pretty minimalistic and perations were also quite slow. Nevertheless, Mumbo Jumbo still is the third best coaster of this park after Sik and Kumali - but with a large gap inbetween...

Nette Überraschung! Tempo Intensität Zu kurz Rückhaltebügel

Besides some minor rattle, this coaster runs much smoother than your standard SLC. Pacing is great, in the high-speed turn right after the first drop I even had a slight greyout. Inversions and the large helix are all good fun, unfortunately the ride is pretty short. With vest restraints and some more elements, this coaster could be better, although I quite liked it anyway. In my opinion, the second best coaster at Flamingo Land!

    Tempo Intensität Layout Kapazität Unangenehm

The overall apperance is just impressing, theming is very well done in the queue and even the "pre-show" which decides your seat is a unique feature I had never seen before. But the experience itself is not less good: it is very forceful, has some nice airtime moments and the main part of the layout is taken with a ridiculous pace, so there is no dead spot. The ride is definetely not the smoothest on earth, but it didn't bother me, I even think it kind of fits to this relentless thrill machine (it is DEFINETELY NOT a "family thrill ride", how it is claimed by the park) and due to the lap bars, there is no headbanging. The main downsides are the low capacity and the very long time hanging at the vertical lift hill which gets quite uncomfortable after several rides. These aspects are due to the backwards free fall, which feels quite weak and pointless - I think this gimmick could be cancelled without many complaints. After the break run, the final inversion and helix in the dark are quite slow, so I don't get the exact purpose of them. But the rest of this coaster is great, still one of the better ones in Germany!

    Tempo Intensität Layout Thematisierung

This coaster is inarguably great, but in my opinion, a little overrated: Yes, the long layout is versatile and by the constant high speed, the experience is more aggressive than Wodan - definetely the most intense wooden coaster I've been on so dar. After multiple laps, this ride can get quite exhausting due to the overall high intensity. The station building and the surrounding with the Troyan horse look nice from the outside, but the inner area you enter before going upstairs resembles basically an empty backyard and in the station there is only little theming. Nevertheless, the soundtrack is really pleasant to hear. I definetely enjoy riding this fun coaster coaster, but I personally prefer Wodan over Troy.

    Thematisierung Standort Spaß Kapazität

A fun ride suitable for young and old standing in a nicely themed area. It even has a fancy soundtrack which reminds me of a video game with jungle vibes. The layout is atypical compared to other Bobsled Coasters: it is more extensive, there is only one switchback turn and the ride as a whole feels more like one of the family coasters of the same manufacturer, but with single cars. The only downside is the capacity which leads to long lines - so if you don't want to purchase a speedy pass, you should hit this ride as early as possible.

    Komfort Meisterwerk Ejectors

Wow, this thing is awesome. Even in the morning, the ride delivered some great airtime moments - but when warmed up, a last row ride is a must: the first drop is very good (though it is not as intense as Expedition GeForce), but the following hill is one of the best I have ever experienced - the ejector airtime is very long. The first of the two outward banked hills is great, the second one is one of the weaker moments of this ride. I heard many people think the Non-Inverting Cobra Roll doesn't do very much - I think it is a funky element, especially the entry and exit are good fun how you are flung around. And besides these elements, there are smaller hills - many of them: some banked, but everyone delivers strong ejector airtime. An outstanding moment is the twisted hill right before the finale, because this innocent-looking little element has actually two pops of ejector - which catches you off-guard. The rides ends with a series of small bunny-hops which reminds me of the finale of Untamed, but unlike the RMC, you have pleasant restraints which don't ruin the experience. But the trains in general are comfortable and look fantastic, and the station is also nicely themed with atmopsheric sound effects and visuals. Altogether, Kondaa is an outstanding experience for airtime lovers and is a true highlight not only in Walibi Belgium, but also in Europe which should be on the bucket list of every enthusiast around!

    Schoßbügel Standort Spaß Kapazität Enttäuschend!

I think, Pulsar is fine: it is technically quite fascinating (the whole mechanisms with the water pumps, the spinning platform to the load area and wow, these tracks are huge!), the launches are fun and you can get some decent airtime at the spikes and the speed hill. Plus, it can make you VERY wet (depending on which row you are sitting), which leads to long lines on hot days, and the soundtrack is also really cool. But overall, I expected a bit more - I mean, the ride does nothing poorly, but there is also no outstanding moment. Unfortunately, there was only one boat on the track, so capacity was not the best out there, making the waiting even longer. Nevertheless, it is not a bad ride by any means and Pulsar fits very good into this park, I really like the location on the lake. I would be happy if this clever combination between a launched rollercoaster and a Super Splash would be built in more parks around!

    Nette Überraschung! Spaß Intensität

I really appreciate that Walibi Belgium kept and modernised its Schwarzkopf Shuttle Loop rather than replacing it - this thing is short, but sweet! After a cute preshow, the train is launched into darkness and hits the loop immediately - this pulls some serious positive G's. With the backwards section, this ride through darkness (only lit by some light effects) can be pretty disorienting albeit having a very simple layout. Additionally, there is a pumping electro soundtrack in the queue and soundeffects can be heard during boarding and before the launch - "STOP THE SYSTEM!!!"

    Thematisierung Kapazität Spaß Intensität

A decent mine train coaster providing a long, nicely themed ride and probably one of the highest capacity of this park. It is way less intense than Colorado Adventure, but it is still fun. In the front row, you might also get a surprising pop of airtime in the second half of the ride. Overall, a good choice for families.

For a fairground ride, theming of this charming classic is pretty cool and like other Schwarzkopf Wildcats, this one is also a great ride: considering its age, it runs fantastically smooth and the first drop has decent forces.

    Standort Spaß

The location on the hillside, interaction with the two other major rides and the nice view into the valley are true eye candy when riding this unusual coaster. The layout is mostly rather low to the ground with many wide turns and shallow drops. There might be a little rattle here and there, but overall, it is nothing to write home about. Theming is only present at the train and in the station, but the latter even has an audio-animatronic. To sum things up I can say, that this ride name is a fun family coaster for both young and old.

  • Lukas 42

    Thematisierung Komfort Spaß Kapazität

Theming is done beautifully (even with soundtracks made by IMAScore), there are some nice special effects in the station and the ride is great fun for every age: it runs completely smooth and quietly, the vehicles are comfortable for every size and albeit being completely kid-friendly, it puts a smile on the faces of the riders with the cute story. The only downside may be the capacity with only one relatively short train - on busier days, this could lead to long lines. But they are definetely worth the experience.

  • Lukas 42

    Spaß Ejectors Unangenehm

Even at the first glance, this very compact layout looks quite odd with tight turns and bunny hops. And although it may look like a family coaster, this ride should not be underestimated - forces are surprisingly high and the ejectors can get very intense: in the back row, I got launched out of my seat when the ride has been warmed up on a sunny day. And due to the lack of a brake run, you slam into the station coming to an abrupt stop. I think it wouldn't be possible to stuff more elements into this short, but fun layout. The only major downside are the too low backrests, especially at the airtime hills, people taller than 1,50 meters would need them as much you are thrown around!

  • Lukas 42

    Spaß Unangenehm

Spinning can get pretty intense on this ride, and the fast lifthill is a fun little gimmick. Overall, it's alright. Unfortunately, the onboard audio wasn't working during my ride - but overall, it's alright.

    Inversionen Intensität Rütteln Headbanging Kapazität

The roughness was not as bad as I expected it to be (smoother than an SLC), but still it was an unpleasant experience: With two cars running and the slow lift section at the top, capacity is pretty bad, although the operations were not that slow. Without the annoying rattle and bulky restraints, the ride could actually be fun - but not that way, especially the section after the midcourse brake run is really shaky. Combined with the pretty appearance of this coaster, the overall impression is disappointing!

    Spaß Layout Rütteln Kapazität

Especially the first drop, but also some other moments have some jolty moments - at least the mouse curves are taken smoothly and the ride experience is alright. Theming looks good from the distance, but the closer you get, the simpler it looks - and not to mention the eponymous dragon, which looks like it has been gotten into a car crusher!
