There was no queue time this day and I rerode this coaster twice. It started to rain reeaaal hard the second time when we were just locked in, ouuch xD It was good tho. I had a frontseat today and wow wow wow, I forgot how brilliant this old launch coaster was. They REALLY upped their game in theming and it looks fantastic. Probably been looking at what the surrounding parks are doing an thought they needed to invest in some theming and I think they have done wonderfully. Although I do the theme go a bit strange with the "Hall of Fame" and feels to clash a tad. A haunted theme inside of a pop themed building, kinda weird. Loved this coaster.

This is the first flying coaster I have ridden in my life and honestly it really doesn't disappoint at all. This genuinely feels like you are riding on the back of a dragon and i think it's awesome. It's such a shame that such an amazing coaster gets so overshadowed by the greatness off other rides, but it's definitely in the top 5 coasters in the park.

If you don't get the chance to go to Japan (which I haven't yet) but do go by LA. You really need to go to Magic Mountain, if not for the amazing lineup of coasters they already have, then go for this unique experience.

It has been a while since I rode this. Nearly 6 years now, but I remember this coaster as being buttersmooth. The mini bunny hops at the beginning were a pleasant surprise for sure. I loved that it were two coasters in one, but would have loved to have exchanged that for a longer ride in general without having that secondary lifthill. The topgun stall was definitely a highlight and I have a picture of that hanging above my bed as I love it so much. Just good memories!

I remember this ride being very unpopular on the day I visited. I had Bronze flash pass, and I was able to get on this ride three or four times before my queue for the flash pass (for X2) finished. I honestly don't remember this ride much, but it's definitely a great filler coaster and was super fun. I am used to my rattly vekoma's here in the Netherlands so I don't quite think of rattles when thinking of this coaster. It was just fun in it's own perspective and I would definitely recommend to ride it if you have a bronze flash pass and need some time to kill.

I haven't been to hellendoorn in quite a while but I always remember this coaster to be so fun! Mainly the little jump from the darkness to the outside and then back in. The queue is themed like sewers and i think it's pretty neat overall :)

I would definitely think that getting rid of this coaster entirely to make place for a new wouldn't be the worst idea. I saw today that the go-karts area next to Goliath and behind the Condor is being torn down to make way for a new ride. I wonder what will be there! Mayhaps they could remove the condor and use the Go-Karting track to build a whole new massive coaster. And then the pathway between the condor and the go-karting (leading to Goliath) could be rerouted through the exotic area, also making the exotic part theme part of the speed zone. I would love to see a B&M at this park, as the Netherlands doesn't have many of that manufacturer. (2015-07-19)

With the new vest restrains the headbanging is definitely not so bad. The rattle is still exteremely unbarable though. As in music production I always tell people "Cannot fix a bad sample, you can only mask it" same is the case here. The new trains definitely masked the issues a tad, but all the issues this coaster has are still apparent. Upping this from 1 star to 1.5 star for effort. This ride might only be fixable if they would take the Python approach, but I honestly do not think it's worth it with this coaster as the layout itself is not so great either. The spot next to this coaster (go-kart area) is being prepped for a new attraction. They could use the el condor plot with that imo, but I dont think that will happen as they just got new trains for this coaster :P

But at the same time it's nice to have a breather. The outside seats are definitely more intense than the middle spots and you are basically flung out of your seats, it's pretty neat. Definitely one of my favs coasters I have ridden thusfar. Also those restrains are comfortable as hell. Love them.
In other reviews I am reading something about a rattle, but I have not experienced any rattle at all in either of the times I rode this today. It was a butter smooth experience. I do know that Mack Rides recently came by last week to fix a technical issue, no clue if that has to do with it.

Honestly I didn't see much wrong with this ageing vekoma woodie. The coaster was definitely fun. But I am so happy it's been converted to Untamed. It went from a mediocre, fun woodie, to a world class hybrid, I am in love. It was lovely that I was able to see a piece of the old track today in the Untamed queue.

Sadly it does have a tad of a rattle which is noticeable for sure, nothing painful or anything, but just a slightl annoyance. Still an amazing fun coaster that I would ride over and over if I could.
