I usually regret riding old Arrow loopers, but this one was tolerable. I survived by holding on tightly to the harness, and that helped to reduce the usual Arrow discomfort on the loops and corkscrew. Still, it was a one-and-done. Cool dragon statue by the entrance!

The train absolutely rips through the tight layout. A middle seat was great, but the back seat was awesome where the whip and ejectors were crazy, especially on the first drop. The unrelenting forces left me a little dizzy each time. So, yeah, this short 30-second ride packs a powerful punch. Reliability was an issue - it was only open for 15 minutes during my 4 hours in the park. I felt lucky to get in 2 rides.

A solid coaster for this small park. The launch has a surprising kick and catches you off guard. Good intensity overall. There's strong whip on two turns, reminding me of Maverick and Pantherian. Hangtime at the end is fun. It's just over too quickly -- 30 seconds from launch to brake. I wanted more!

The launch is intense. It's not as snappy as its cousins TTD or KK, but it still takes your breath away. There's a slight rattle at the end of the straightaway, but it's not uncomfortable. The airtime off of the top hat is really fun. The lap bar is very comfortable, and it allows you the freedom to enjoy the forces.

Still my favorite invert, just ahead of Black Mamba. I love the layout of Raptor. For me, it has the best combination of elements with the placements of the cobra roll, batwing and double helix. It has such a good overall flow. Raptor also has my favorite first drop of any invert. After 31 years, this coaster is holding up beautifully.

I list "rattle" as a con, but it's really more of a wobble that is there on each launch. I guess I was expecting the smoothness of the original TTD. The wobbling isn't uncomfortable, but it's annoying, and it took away some of the "top thrill" for me. The spike and top hat were very smooth, and those are my favorite parts. The hangtime on the spike is great! The lap bars are really comfortable, giving you the freedom to enjoy the forces.

Loaded with good floater airtime, and the airtimes are solid on every part of the train. Great twisting first drop, and the speed is consistent throughout. (It feels faster than 75 mph.) Capacity stinks with one train, but fortunately there were no lines for my visit. A couple of the valleys have some mildly uncomfortable Gs, but overall this is a speedy airtime machine that's held up very well over the years.

A really fun airtime machine that maintains its speed throughout. It's super smooth and very re-rideable. The layout has such a nice flow to it. The first airtime hill is great, and the bunny hills at the end deliver one of my favorite finales. Some people say the non-inverting cobra roll is too tame, but for me it had good intensity.

It's a true feat of engineering that Eejanaika delivers every flip/rotation so smoothly. I laughed the whole time. One huge negative - the ride ops go over every safety rule as you sit in your seat. By late morning, the line was 3 hours. (Fortunately, I stayed at the resort and got early entry.) An important note to add: AGE-LIMIT RULE - Fuji-Q rules state no one over 54 is allowed on Eejanaika. Well, I'm over that age. The ride ops didn't ask me or my friend for proof of age, so it appears the rule is there as more of a recommendation. However, YMMV.

Avoid the wing seats. My first ride middle/second row was great with just a slight rattle. Then twice I got wing seats, and a significant rattle ruined the great pacing, intensity and layout. I count on Intamins to provide smooth and intense fun, so the rattle was really disappointing. My final ride on the left rear wing had constant shakes and jolts, and I couldn't wait for the ride to end. Get rid of the roughness, and this is a solid 5 stars.

Out of 22 RMCs I've ridden, this ranks in the middle of the pack. It's a great ride with the airtimes/ejectors/inversions, but it didn't quite get my adrenaline pumping like my favorites (Zadra, SteVe, IG, AF1, TC). It was also frustrating to see one-train ops on a busy day. Still, it gets 4.5 stars for the fun factor.

The theming is wonderfully immersive, and the layout is so good. The designers of this ride understand that seat position, poor restraints and too much intensity create discomfort on other flier models. Most fliers hurt my rib cage, but the seats on FLY are nicely angled to lessen the positive G forces on the chest. Also, the intensity level is perfect. There's just enough intensity to make it fun but not too much to where the forces would be uncomfortable. My first ride was in the front seat, and the flying sensation was so cool. The only slight discomfort was near the end when my neck muscles had become fatigued from holding my head up. Overall, just a great coaster experience.

Front seat is the best because you can feel the speed and airtimes better, and it also provides the smoothest ride. Airtimes in the middle and back were not as good and also had an annoying rattle. As for that boring straight section, they couldn't have put in a little airtime hill or something? Also, it feels like half the ride is spent in a helix. That element is just a tad overdone here.

Airtime in the front was weaker. The layout could certainly be more creative as too much of the ride is spent in helices. There was a slight rattle at certain points, but nothing too bad. Only one train running on a busy day -- heavy sigh.

A fun ride. It had only the forward launch on my visit, and I slightly prefer the "reverse blast" at SFSL. Still, the forward launch in the tunnel has a lot of punch to it, and the inverted top hat coming out of the tunnel is really good. The backward return trip can be a little shaky, but nothing really bad.

I absolutely, positively LOVE this thing! Awesome mix of launches, ejectors, hangtimes, inversions, laterals, pacing, airtimes. It's also as smooth as glass with great restraints. This and Toutatis are tied as my favorite Intamins. I could do without the video pre-show, but the Wayne Manor/Batcave theming is really well done.
