Great theming, to be expected. Long ride and a smooth one, so it's enjoyable. The big problem is the lack of intensity. It's good, but not #84 in the world.

Fun

This was my favorite ride at Dollywood. It’s an Arrow from 1999 just before they got sold and it’s by far the best Arrow I’ve ridden. It’s got some of that Arrow jerkiness but mostly it’s smooth and has this unbelievably amazing first drop in the dark through a tunnel immediately into this massive 110 feet tall vertical loop. My only complaint is I wish it were longer. Still can’t believe I’m saying that about an Arrow coaster. I grew up riding an Arrow called Viper at Darien Lake in the 80s and it has these sort of old school vertical loops. This one just gives me that old school Arrow loop stuff and does it in a compelling and smooth way. I wish Arrow were still making these today.

Hakugei is a lot of fun with 3 different zero-g hang-time moments that are bliss. Lots of airtime and it looks beautiful with the white supports and blue track themed to a whale. I have to place it below Dollywood’s Lightning Rod because of that launched hill and quad down airtime but Hakugei is more about rolling you and floating you than shoving you upwards.

Launch Fun Demasiado corto Incomodidad

This ride is very fun and has a surprisingly intense launch. There are some fun floater airtime moments too. The biggest con is the discomfort due its seating postition. I like the feeling of it but it´s just very uncomfortable. The ride is also pretty short tho

Très sympa les inversion incroyable drop moyen loop intense. Dive loop sympa. Zero g roll qui n en a que le nom. Cobra roll très intense. Interlocking corkscrew beaucoup trop intense

Certes vieux coaster, mais notre ride au dernier rangs nous a fais peur car j'ai eu l'impression de ne pas être retenue correctement. Sinon bon coaster dans l'ensemble. Fais trop peur pour des enfants.

Primera caída Tematización Demasiado corto

Baron est un coaster vraiment sublime, sa structure portant le lift, cette file, ce preshow, cette station... Pour ce qui est de la thématisation, c'est du tout bon, Efteling sait faire. Pour la partie coaster, la drop avec cet effet dive est vraiment géniale et le décrochage au last est mémorable, a la suite du programme, un immelman bien sympathique et un zero-g-roll flottant surtout aux extrémités, avec même un moment d'airtime vers la fin. Certes, c'est court, mais le layout contient tout ce qu'il faut avec de bonnes sensations, bien que ce n'est évidemment pas le genre de machine qui va révolutionner le top européen mais c'est toujours un plaisir à rider, surtout avec l'univers et la thématique autour du coaster

Compared to the other launch coaster at Hollywood Studios, the 2 launches seemed lackluster. It's a mild ride, and there's parts where it does nothing. Theming's good, smooth ride, and surprisingly some decent airtime, just not as good as expected.

Tematización Launch Intensidad Vibración

Flight of Fear but better. Still a rattle, but it's equally as good of a launch and a more intense ride. Better themed too.
