Well I have mixed feelings on this ride despite it being the best coaster I've ever ridden. It is amazing up until the brake run, where I just get hit by a feeling of nausea that stays with me for a while after the ride. For me, despite being amazing, it overstays its welcome with the ending. That part, with its repetitive small airtime moments is the weakest aspect if the ride in my opinion, and I wouldn't really miss it if it weren't there. It wouldn't be nearly as nauseous too if it weren't for this part. No other mega coaster (Goliath, Silver Star or Hyperion) made me nauseous like Kondaa, with Hyperion surprisingly being the least nauseating out of all those. But now for the positives, man this is a good ride! The beginning with the large airtime hills is amazing, with the outer banked one being especially amazing. The non inverting cobra roll is a weaker moment for me, and a bit unnecessary like the ending. It is however still good fun and a nice change of pace. What Intamin really got right is the middle section, classically a weaker part of its mega coasters. Here it flows very nicely with very good speed hills, and it doesn't feel like it loses speed like on some other coasters. It is still smooth enough and seems to be holding up nicely over the years, and all the transitions are superbly executed. I would recommend it to anyone except maybe if you're really sensitive to nausea like I am. I rode it with a friend with barely any coaster experience and he loved it, so don't let the height of it intimidate you, it's definitely worth a ride!

Fēnix est une excellente montage russe. De l'extérieur, voir le train réaliser le parcours est magnifique et est très majestueux. La zone qui entoure le coaster est très soignée. Le principe de wing coaster, que je découvre avec cette machine, est tout simplement incroyable. Que l'on soit du côté gauche ou du côté droit, les sensations et le parcours semblent totalement différents. J'ai une préférence pour le côté gauche, où la first drop nous fait plonger dans le vide. Le premier camelback nous offre un bel air-time. Le reste du parcours est fluide et constitue une véritable promenade de santé. Le seul défaut de ce coaster est sa longueur, car on sent qu'il pourrait encore proposer d'autres éléments à l'arrivée sur les freins finaux. Cependant, ce défaut ne change rien à l'expérience.

J'attendais beaucoup de mon premier RMC, et je ne pensais pas que mes attentes seraient dépassées par cette machine. Le parcours est incroyable et d'une fluidité folle. La première descente est intense, les inversions sont toutes excellentes et les moments d'air-time sont d'une puissance incroyable. Tout au long du parcours, je volais dans mon siège au point de me demander à quoi il servait. Chaque élément est différent et bien pensé. Je ne peux que recommander ce coaster, qui est tout simplement un chef-d'œuvre.

Airtimes Fun Confiabilidad

Even though I got to ride in the dreaded back row (where the splash gets you the most wet), I still enjoyed this ride quite a lot! It doesn't last that long but as someone with a weaker stomach I don't mind that at all. You can expect a few breakdowns during a day and the self checking restraint system in the boats often requires a reset by the operators, which decreases its capacity under what it could have been. This is however still the best water coaster in Europe (in terms of ride experience, not taking theming into account). The intensity builds up towards the ending which rarely happens on roller coasters, and it makes this a great thrill ride for beginners! The final backwards pass is especially great, with a mix of floater and ejector airtime, a surprising launch and a very cool sensation on the backwards spike! For me this will always be a ride I happily come back for.

Really isn’t as great as people make it out to be. Hard to fault but didn’t have wow factor.

Craziest drop ever. Back row felt like it pushed the limits. Every element is good, with the roll after the outer-bank probably being the most insane element I’ve ever done. It’s a shame that the brakes hit hard and all that momentum is killed so quickly. If it was longer, it’d be world class.

Si vous voulez vous casser les vertèbres c’est la bonne machine, foncez!!! Plus sérieusement cette machine n’a qu’un seul rôle dans ce parc c’est de servir « d’attrape débit ».

Airtimes ¡Buena sorpresa! Launch

Pour un water coater où je n'attendais rien , ce fut une agréable bonne surprise tant par son launch puissant que par cet airtime en arrière que je n'avais pas vu venir.

Primera caída Tematización Demasiado corto

Une petite dive bien sympathique au final La drop, bien que petite fait vraiment le taff et le reste du parcours est assez intense, avec même de léger floating sur la fin du parcours au 3ème rang. Toutefois, comme toutes les Dives qui se respectent, ça reste affreusement court. Mention spécial pour les pré show et la thématique qui entoure ce coaster
