2010: An unforgettable experience, but not in a good way at all - ouch! The worst coaster I have been on. 2023: Still a really bumpy ride (especially when warmed up!), but thanks to the new vest restraints, it does not hurt. In fact, it is one of the better SLC's now!

It runs pretty smooth, is a fun coaster for the little ones and the area is well themed!

    Tematización Fun

Albeit being not as nicely themed as the ride in Hasselt, this is still a great looking kiddie coaster. It is a good start for ongoing coaster enthusiasts and the dark ride part is a nice feature!

    Tematización Fun

Probably one of the best themed kiddie coasters I have ever seen - the facade with the waterfall looks fantastic, the dark ride part is a nice feature and the coaster is fun for every age.

    Fun Suavidad

A decent kiddie coaster: While theming is rather mediocre (the other two coasters at Plopsa Indoor Hasselt and Coevorden are better themed), the dark ride part is still a nice feature. The ride itself fulfils its purpose of being a family-friendly ride suitable for every age, it is fun and runs really smooth!

    ¡Buena sorpresa! Fun Suavidad Layout

This ride was completely smooth, no headbanging at all, so it was actually good fun. Layout is nothing special, but it's a classic!

  • Lukas 42

    Fun Incomodidad

This ride is a strange one: first of all, the seating position is extremely low, so the cars start to sway sideways at the minimum of movement you make while sitting in them. Secons, your restraint is a simple seat belt over your lap which attaches you on the bench you sit in a straddled position. And beware of the block brakes, they can hit pretty hard (which is not always the case, though)! Tranan feels just unique, you can't finde sensations like this on any other coaster I can think of.

    Airtimes Primera caída Intensidad Tematización

The extremely long first drop in the front row in the afternoon blew me away, the airtimes are amazing and towards the end, there is also an intense twister section, so there is no dead spot during the ride. Additionally, the dive drop is a really cool element. On the outer seats, there is a noticable rattle, but it didn't bother me, the inner seats are much smoother. The only major downside is the ridiculously long queue which seems more like a parking garage with very little theming and some light effects, especially on empty days with multiple rides this long way can get quite annoying. But for this coaster, it is definetly worth it!

    Intensidad Suavidad Layout Arnés Incomodidad

Untamed - the name says it all, it's a really wild ride: The inversions are indeed the least intense aspects of the ride, the ejector airtime ist ridiculous! Especially the "Double up & Double Down" is a hell of a coaster element, it feels like being yanked out of the train three times in a row. The "270 Degree Double Inverting Corner Stall" is a very interesting element (probably the best moment on this coaster) and the uphill barrell roll at the end provides excellent hangtime. With all those aspects combined with the the banked airtime hills, riding Untamed feels like being thrown around in any possible direction. The setting and theming of the area is pretty cool, I really liked the "natural touch" of this. Only things to criticize about this ride is the lap bar getting quite uncomfortable after multiple rides and the finale consisting of small bunny hops is a little too repetitive for me - I prefer sustained airtime to these short bursts. Such a shame that the brutal airtime pops cobined with the restraints ruins my ride experience which is overall pretty good, but doesn't live up to the hype around this coaster.

  • Lukas 42

    Tematización Fun Tiempo muerto

Dark ride portion is nicely done with a fun element of surprise in the end, while the coaster part is a decent family ride: it may have its dead spots and be a bit rattly, but nothing to write home about it. Altogether, this is the best rollercoaster of the park - even after Maximus opened, the complete package of Feuerdrache is better!

    Vibración Sin interés Layout

My expectations were not that high, but we were disappointed anyway: First of all, operations were bad - the second train had to wait quite a long time before the first one is ready for dispatch. Second, theming could be done better and the cattlepen queue is just horrendous. The ride itself looks interesting on paper, but the layout is so bland - it doesn't do anything at all for me. The inversions are taken very slowly and in the transistions, there is barely any whip, so even when considering it as a family-oriented ride, it is just boring. That alone would not be that bad if it would ride smoothly, but Maximus runs worse than its older cousins Fénix, The Swarm and Flug der Dämonen: for such a new ride, it has some noticable jolts - so I wonder how this thing runs in ten years...

    ¡Buena sorpresa! Layout Duración

Easily one of the best family coasters out there: Theming is done really well and the ride experience is great fun from a small kid to a hardcore coaster enthusiast - this long ride has a lot of tricks upon its sleeve. There are two launches, airtime hills, a surprisingly intense backwards part and even a small darkride section. Additionally, trains are comfortable and the ride runs smooth. Capacity is also good - what is not to like about this fun ride?

  • Lukas 42

    Fun Layout Duración Lap Bar

This is kind of a mixed bag for me: Some parts are really smooth (for example the banked airtime hill), others have a rattle which is noticable but far away from uncomfortable. Layout is quite good, it has some nice airtime moments, is pretty long and versatile, and the tunnels are a neat gimmick. According to the name, this might be one of the loudest coasters I have ever encountered, the trains make a high-pitched metallic noise when on the lift hill and running with greater speed. Personally, I am not a big fan of the trains - they look ugly and the lap bars are not the best. To sum it all up, Tonneure 2 Zeus is a solid and fun coaster on par with Pegase Express, but does not come close to Oziris and Toutatis.

  • Lukas 42

    Situación ¡Decepción! Layout

The automatic braking system ruins slows this ride down drastically and makes it so much worse - layout is also not the strongest. At least, the views into the valley are pretty nice.

Inversiones ¡Buena sorpresa! Intensidad Capacidad Arnés Incomodidad

I expected this ride to be brutally rough, but albeit not being smooth by any means, it ran way better than we all thought. I appreciated the high intensity and classic inversions and even went on it a second time. In the front row, it turned out to be a bit more bumpy than in the last car, but it was still nothing against a SLC or something. Nevertheless, these ugly old Vekoma cars are simply uncomfortable and should be replaced, I think with vest restraints, this actually could be a pretty good ride. Capacity wasn't great with only one train running, so lines were pretty long at my visit.

    Airtimes Fun Intensidad Vibración

The rides I had on a middle seat were totally fine - fairly rough, but bearable. Over the axis, it was quite painful, so I recommend staying away from these seats if you don't want it too bumpy. Aside from that, this rather innocent looking coaster has quite some serious airtime moments, especially the small bunny hops taken with high speed fling you out of your seat. This is definetely the most intense woody at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, maybe even the most intense ride of the entire park - a ride with wet rails after light rain was absolutely insane. The duelling and Moebius aspect add to the unique ride experience.

    Airtimes Launch Layout Confiabilidad

This coaster is just wow: while the section before the triple launch might be fine, but not outstanding, the madness begins with the launch section. While the airtime on the first acceleration is floater, it grows to aggressive ejector moments in the second launch, when going backwards, these are more intense. The top hat might be taken very slowly, but it still has airtime on every seat. After this huge drop, the layout has a bit of everything: nice inversions, forceful turns and airtime in huge amounts and every kind. Kind of interesting is the hill which is banked 90 degrees to the side - this element looks pretty wonky from the outside, but rides extremely calm and offers a short "break" in this wild ride with blistering pacing. During my visits, this ride was down for most of the first day, but luckily, on my second day, it was mostly reliable - I still hope, the park can solve these problems during the time. I strongly recommend the front seat where the sense of speed shows best, but the back row is even better because of the forces and airtime moments which are more intense at this place.

    Tematización Inversiones Layout Intensidad

It might not be the most intense invert out there, it feels more graceful than the others with heavy positive G's, but it is still an amazing ride. The layout is pretty versatile - the small dip after the vertical loop provides a nice moment of floater airtime and the dive under the water just into the zero-G-roll makes this coaster special. But my personal highlight is the final inversion - it is taken with a lower speed, so this zero-G-roll feels extremely floaty and might be the best of its kind. Theming is nicely done, the queue is one of the best in this park and the station building with the plaza looks awesome.

    Airtimes ¡Buena sorpresa! Intensidad Incomodidad

One of the most surprising coaster I have been on: The ejector moments are downright insane, especially when going backwards - and the strong positive G's in the valleys caused me some slight greyouts. It is a real rarity which should not be missed out when going to Blackpool!

  • Lukas 42

    Airtimes Suavidad Tematización Capacidad

This is basically a shorter and less intense version of Big Dipper: the airtime is mostly floater, but it's still good fun. The ride runs smoother than its white neighbour, but this might be due to the heavily cushioned seats which look like Grandma's old sofa. The biggest drawbacks might be the theming which quite doesn't match to a classic old woodie (especially the striking color scheme is an eyesore from this point of view) and the capacity - it runs only one train, so it often has the longest line of this park!

  • Lukas 42

    Airtimes ¡Buena sorpresa! Duración

This one ran pretty well for such an old ride - surely it was a bit rough, but not in an unpleasant way. This long ride has plenty of airtime moments (some of them are really surprising because you won't expect them) and it is just plain fun.

  • Lukas 42

    Comodidad Layout Duración Launch

Well, the launches are both fairly weak (they one of blue fire is way more intense), but that's not what Icon is about. On my first ride, I was a little disappointed, but later rides made me change my point of view for this well-rounded coaster which is easily the best ride at Pleasure Beach. I strongly prefer the front to the back rows, because especially the first airtime hill is much more intense here. I appreciate the long, twisted layout with many intercations with the other coasters, the quick changes in direction and the barrel-roll which provides great hangtime. The end is not the strongest, it kind of fizzles out on the Taron-like transitions, but they are taken too slowly - but the strong beginning and middle section makes up for it. Theming is not really present, but the appearance is still pretty nice with its minimalistic look and sleek architecture. And the beautiful soundtrack is also worth mentioning! Overall, it's an awesome ride which shound not be missed when visiting Pleasure Beach!

    Tematización Situación Layout Confiabilidad

As a dark ride, this ride is great: it has a nice story, gorgeous theming (especially in the queueline and station), a catchy soundtrack and immersive effects. The coaster part on the other hand of this nothing special - it's pretty mild and sometimes a little janky. But the location on the lake is really nice.
