Layout is pretty short and bland, but there are some unusual theming objects you would not expect - especially on an alpine coaster!

    Situación Comodidad Airtimes Tiempo muerto

Not as bad as I expected: yes, the hills are taken way too slow to provide any airtime (even on a hot day) and the ride experience as a whole is underwhelming considering the appearance of this large structure. But on the other hand, there was no major rattle, seats are quite comfortable and some of the drops are still fun. And somehow I like the location close to nature which fits to the charme and appearance of this coaster - and the adjacent railway line can lead to funny duelling effects with the coaster train :)

    Tematización ¡Buena sorpresa! Fun

A really cool combination between a darkride and a family-friendly indoor roller coaster. Theming is done very well, there is even a (surprisingly dark!) background story. The faster part of the ride is great fun - for this small footprint, the overall experience is amazing!

    Velocidad Fun Layout

Size doesn't matter - considering the relatively small size of this coaster, the ride experience is outstanding: The turns and changes in direction are taken quite whippy, there are some bunnyhops with great airtime and pacing is kept extremely well from the first drop to the break run. Additionally, the layout is creative and has a decent length - I really like how it is intertwined with the log flume. Additionally, the staff was very kind and funny which adds to the very fun experience on El Toro! Last but not least, a tip for some extra speed: Ride this while or shortly after rain - with wet rails, the bull goes completely crazy :)

    Inversiones Fun Tematización

First: Arrow trains are much better than the Vekoma ones - the provide more legroom, are reasonably comfortable and look more appealing. Considering its age, this charming classic runs comparably smooth - there might be little rattle here and there, but nothing dramatic. The inversions are fun - overall I enjoyed it. Plus - the booming psytrance soundtrack playing in the station at our visit was quite freaky and a nice change to the usual park soundtracks :D

    Velocidad Intensidad Layout Tematización

The loud B&M roar of this massive beast can be heard throughout the whole park building up anticipation for a wild ride. The colour scheme is not very nice, the station appears quite provisional and operations are slow, but usually, lines won't get very long. The ride itself is fantastic: all inversions have a decent whip (especially the cobra roll and the corkscrews, which are particularly snappy) and I absolutely love the zero-G-roll. Besides that, the positive forces are really strong, the last helix is extremely intense - having the arms raised can be quite hard in this element. The layout as a whole is versatile, and has a great flow blending whirling inversions and forceful turns. Considering the age and the fact that this coaster is moved from Japan to France, the ride runs very smooth - no headbanging at all. This coaster is a real winner for this park!

"Headbanging" can be taken literally here, during the ride, we were spanked with balloons by the operator :D

    Situación Incomodidad Tiempo muerto Layout

The layout is just a very long oval with some unnecessary s-bends which don't do anything. For small children, this little ride might be okay, but all in all, it is nothing to write home about.

    Situación Velocidad Fun Airtimes

What a great family coaster: the first drop has a spectacular view above the city of Barcelona, there are some fun s-bends as well as many turns and helices pulling decent G's. The layout is versatile and offers fun for everyone, the only underwhelming part of the ride is an elongated hill which unfortunately doesn't have any airtime at all. But the coaster itself runs quite smooth and the cars are also comfortable. Operations were pretty quick with two trains and the staff was also very friendly. All in all, a very pleasant experience at Mount Tibidabo.

  • Lukas 42

    Situación Capacidad Incomodidad Sin interés

An uncomfortable, jolty and boring kiddie coaster which has painfully slow operations and looks cheap - this ride is quite literally overshadowed by its gigantic neighbour!

  • Lukas 42

    Launch Velocidad Intensidad Capacidad

First of all, the roaring launch feels like it would never end and the top hat is taken quite slow - so you can look down and think "Oh sh**!" considering that you are over 100 metres off the ground right before plummeting down. After that, you hit the brakerun and this hell of a ride is over. It is short, but a great kick for every thrillseeker - but if you don't want to pay for an express pass, you should be patient: at my visit, operations were very slow (much worse than in the adjacent Port Aventura!), dispatching a train about every two minutes which isn't great if the trains only carry 12 people.

¡Buena sorpresa! Fun Layout Tematización Incomodidad

This ride was a pleasant surprise: first of all, it has the "right" level of roughness for a classic wooden coaster which is loud, rustic and wild, but not in a displeasant way. I really appreciate the long and twisted layout which can lead to cool interactions with the adjacent "Tomahawk". The racing aspect is the icing on the cake, it provides great fun to both trains, you can fool around with the other riders on the lifthill and when both tracks separate and the trains head towards each other, it leads to a cool surprise effect. However, theming could have been done better and the Kumbak trains are a bit uncomfortable and appear quite outdated. Nevertheless, this coaster is loads of fun and when the rails are wet from the rain, it goes completely berserk!

    Situación Fun

It's a fun little ride, nicely integrated between its "wooden parents" and I really appreciate the idea of a wooden coaster for the youngest: albeit being completely family-friendly, is still has this typical woody feeling and is a great starting point for ongoing coasterfans. It also provides some fun to full-fledged enthusiasts, but beware: two adults side to side this Mini-llenium flyer train can be a bit narrow...

  • Lukas 42

    Tematización

A fairly standard Vekoma junior coaster - but theming and the integration into the area is pretty neat.

Tematización Capacidad Incomodidad Tiempo muerto Layout

This weird mine train looks way better than it actually is: pretty boring and the narrow seats are not very comfortable. However, it is nicely themed, the interaction with the adjacent log flume is a fun gimmick and with three long trains on the track, it had a decent capacity.

  • Lukas 42

Tematización Situación Launch Vibración Torta Arnés

Hmmm, difficult to rate this one: first of all, theming is done beautifully and the preshow with the quirky storyline is also very nice. Additionally, the launch is very powerful and the terrain-hugging layout is also very cool. However, the ride has a strong rattle throughout the whole layout which is a bit annoying on the inner seats and almost painful on the outer ones. The restraints are also rather uncomfortable, especially during the inversion. This bizarre ride has its strenghts and its flaws, but overall, it is alright.

  • Lukas 42

    Inversiones Vibración Arnés ¡Decepción!

I expected this coaster to be mediocre at best, but in fact, it was pretty disappointing: it looks really nice and impressing (besides of the god-awful color scheme of the trains), but the layout is very monotous: inversion after inversion, mixed with heavy positive G's - which quickly gets old. That alone might not sound too bad, but this coaster has a really nasty, headache-inducing rattle which, especially in combination with the bulky restraint, completely ruins the experience. Riding in the inner seats might help a little, but is still not a pleasant experience.

  • Lukas 42

    Airtimes Comodidad Suavidad

I expected this ride to be really good, but it was top notch: it might not be particularly intense, but is glossy smooth, extremely comfortable and offers an amazing experience in every seat. If you have a little bit of room between you and your restraint, the amount of airtime is extremely high. Yeah, it is mostly floater and a little flojector at the small speed hill, but is so enjoyable. The "awesome curve" (or whatever this large turnaround resembling a giant "&" is called) looks is very impressive both to look at and to ride - it is a more creative way for a switchback than your traditional horseshoe. Additionally, this coaster is beautiful to look at - the color scheme both of track and trains looks very elegant. There is some light theming, but it still looks pretty neat for a coaster of this size. I highly recommend this graceful coaster to every enthusiast - especially the airtime lovers!

    ¡Buena sorpresa! Fun

Rode it as a travelling coaster at Cannstatter Wasen, Stuttgart and considered it as one of the best travelling rollercoasters: it was quite fun, with an interesting layout, a lot of spinning and the weird theming mix was a good laugh (I mean, the facade has a old western mine theming and in the inside, there were disco-like light effects and christmas trees :D)

    Tematización Situación Duración

My favorite coaster at Disneyland Park - it might not be very forceful or thrilling, but the overall experience was fantastic: first of all, it is a very long ride providing great fun for every age. The location on the island is stunning, but the biggest strength of Big Thunder Mountain is the beautiful theming: the mountain itself looks very impressing, but the Western buildings surrounding it are also pretty nice. There are many tunnels making the ride more diversified, the one housing the third lifthill with cool special effects is my favorite. Queues are often quite long (despite the high capacity due to five trains and a dual loading station), but they are definetely worth the experience!

  • Lukas 42

    Capacidad ¡Decepción! Sin interés

Easily the worst coaster from both parks of Disneyland Paris: First of all, make sure to hit this coaster as early as possible (at best, right after coming off Crush's Coaster), because lines typically get way too long. The over the shoulder restraints (typically used on much more intense coasters like Desert Race for example) are completely pointless and kills every little bit of airtime you might get. Additionally, the ride cycle is very short - as soon as the car has reached the highest points, the ride is almost immediately slowed down. The tacky theming may be okay for the target audience, but I think it looks cheap. In my opinion, RC Racer doesn't fit in this park.

  • Lukas 42

    Tematización Fun Suavidad Capacidad

The ride itself has some nicely themed areas (although some parts are in a completely dark hall), runs pretty smooth for a Maurer and due to the moderate thrill level, it is fun for every age. On the other hand, theming is done rather poorly in the queueline and capacity is not suitable for this park. For enthusiasts, this ride is okay, but mostly not worth the horrendous queue times (mostly around 80-120 minutes during my visit at February 2022).

  • Lukas 42

    Tematización Torta Incomodidad Tiempo muerto

I rode this coaster twice during my visit: the first ride during noon was quite rough and I experienced quite some serious headbanging in the turns, while the second round was at about 8 pm shortly before closing time. This time, there was barely any headbanging and the ride felt faster - so I strongly recommend a night ride, the illuminated theming creates a nice atmosphere. The tight vertical loop is clearly the best part of the layout - it is taken very quickly while the rest of the layout is rather bland. Additionally, the trains are really uncomfortable and narrow.

  • Lukas 42

    Tematización Incomodidad

For small children, this mild and neatly themed ride is a good choice. For credit counters, I can recommend the very last row which is faced backwards - so you might get a tiny bit of extra thrill during this ride.

  • Lukas 42

    Tematización Comodidad Suavidad

After all these negative reviews on the internet, the actual experience was better than I expected: Theming in the queue area and the station is really nice while the one during the ride is merely okay. A cool gimmick is the orchestral version of the former theme "In a second orbit" during the lift - and the French countdown as well as the Cancan playing during the ride is also quite fancy. I also can't understand people considering the new ride as "too tame" - it is definetely not as intense as the old Eurosat, but still good fun (it has even some small airtime moments) and now it runs absolutely smooth with comfortable trains. The Cancan coaster is different than its predecessor, but nevertheless a great family-friendly indoor ride.

    ¡Buena sorpresa! Comodidad Fun

This is a really cool and unique coaster - because of its quirkiness: it is basically a long upwards helix with another downwards helix wrapping around it. Sounds pretty boring at first, but it has some surprising drops in complete darkness and with oldschool light effects, a trashy movie projected onto the ceiling and an pumping synthiepop soundtrack this ride is a quite psychedelic experience. Additionally, the open bobsled-like cars provide much room and comfort, the ride runs very smooth and the sight of the absurdly long train winding up the spiral lift is ridiculous. Overall, I enjoyed this freaky experience more than I thought!
