The best part about this ride is the lap bar. The lap bar makes this roller coaster a million times better. Most of the time I was on the ride, I felt like I was going to fly up and backwards out of my seat. The first time I went on I was scared of the non inverting loop. But the last time I went, the least crazy element was the entry into the loop.

After the DC rivals hyper-coaster was added and Arkham Asylum removed, this ride became a kind of warm up to prepare you for DC rivals. But to me it does a pretty bad job at giving you the confidence to ride the beast as it is nowhere near as tall as DC. On its own it is a pretty fun roller coaster. However, don’t expect to be siting out the hyper coaster no reaction after a ride. Although, If the only reason you’re not going on DC rivals is because of its speed, then you should be able to do DC np after riding superman escape.
