This coaster gets better with every ride. The barrel roll drop is such a unique experience and really sets the pace for the rest of the layout. It also has an incredible second half that really keeps up the pace of the first...as most have stated the twisted 2nd half camelbacks are just plain fun with the combination of airtime and torsion. I never ride this coaster just once, we always get back in line and ride it again! Rode it front row for the first time and it was pure joy and smooth like butter. An absolute must ride when you get the chance to go to KD. Come for p305, stay for TT. Update to say I rode it back row and my god does this thing want to snap your thighs like they're made out of straw. It was so forceful the person in front of me passed out. I love this ride so much.

I was pleasantly surprised by Gatekeeper. The only other wing coaster I've been on is Rapterra at KD and while Rapterra's rolling launch is punchy and enjoyable, I much prefer GK. Its a nice length, super smooth (unlike Rapterra!) and really makes you feel like you are flying through the air.

There simply isnt anything I could say isnt good about this ride. The speed, the airtime, the length...you ride it and it just keeps going. RMC just knows what it is doing. Loved all the signature RMC barrel roll drops on this ride. I cannot wait to ride it again, and I only hope I can get a back row ride in.

Would have loved to have ridden this in its prime. Hopefully new chain management makes good on their promise to take care of this park and continue performing track repairs/replacement to reduce the roughness. The airtime is incredibly strong and the layout is easily the best of the Intamin pre-fabs. A top 10 coaster despite it showing its age.
