Achterbahn Rezensionen

First Drop Rütteln
The main selling point for this is the vertical lift and the first drop (which is, however, very straight). The rest of the layout has the same problems as 'Poseidon' in Europa-Park: The boat rattles through the curves. Depending on your seating position you can get very wet on this ride.

Abschuss Spaß
iSpeeds launch packs some punch! The rest of the layout is full of intensive moments.
-
Spaß
This is the better wooden coaster in the park - even if it is a family ride.
-
Spaß Unangenehm
I'm a fan of dueling wooden coasters - but this is a little bit too shaky and rattly for my tastes.
-
Abschuss Unangenehm
Most people don't like the rattle (or vibrations) on this ride, especially in the outer seats. Well, at least it is a short ride, so headaches might not occur. I like the really intensive launch though and the setting with the lake and the vineyard is also nice.
-
Ok for a mine train, but nothing special.
-
Kapazität Headbanging
This is a little bit overrated. There was a time where the parks always tried to get the roller coaster with the most inversions and the result was a lot of mediocre rides which feel more like a flatride than a coaster. And Dragon Khan is no exception - with a little bit more airtime and less inversions this ride could have been a good one. The bulky B&M restraints are horrible.
-
Airtimes Kapazität Komfort
This is a more modern version of a B&M Hyper compared to Silver Star in Europa-Park. If you like this kind of ride (long floater airtime hills, high-speed cruisin' with comfortable lapbars) this is one of the best you can ride. It also compares very well against the B&M Hypercoasters in the US.

Reißt es ab!
Wow, what a waste of wood it was in the end! No airtime, lots of rattle, lots of slow curves.
-
Abschuss
These Intamin shuttle launchers are fun, but resemble more a giant swing than a roller coaster.
-
First Drop Rückhaltebügel
I prefer the new restraints over the bulky older ones on Sheikra and Griffon (I still got enough airtime and had a new sensation of freedom with these vests). It's longer than SheiKra and Griffon but the setting is not as nice.
-
Spaß Meisterwerk
This "one-trick-pony" gives you a 30-seconds kick of sensations. The setting in the middle of the park and the lap bars are a big plus compared to Kingda Ka.
-
Kapazität Komfort
The conversion to a sit-down coaster was a good idea.
-
Intensität Intensität
Compared to more recent B&M inverters, this is nothing to write home about. Very intense ride, but I don't think this is in any way better then the Six Flags Batman clones.
-
Spaß
Speed and pure fun, not very intense and could use a little bit more of airtime. A classic!
-
Meisterwerk Unangenehm
Overrrated! All Arrow hypercoasters have some strangely bent tracks and are overall not very comfortable to ride. This started the "Coaster Wars" back then, where every park wanted to have the highest roller coaster. Didn't stand the test of time very well. I prefer the Morgan hypercoasters.
-
Komfort
Well, the Bat in Kings Dominion is better, but this is also good family fun.
-
Meisterwerk Rückhaltebügel
This is a masterpiece from the past and one of the best Arrow coasters I have ridden so far.
-
Komfort Sanftheit
B&M wing coasters are relatively forceless and very smooth - and this is no exception. Loved the near-miss effects.
-
Headbanging Unangenehm
Ok, this is an Arrow classic. And not the most comfortable one.
-
Irrelevant
Compared to more modern mine trains, this is an uncomfortable ride with lots of pointless breaks.

Abschuss Ejectors
Much hype around this - and left me a little bit disappointed. The first "launch" lift hill is a forgettable gimmick, the second launch is great, though. I didn't like the pacing on this coaster, a little bit too hectic for my tastes and the ejector airtime was too much. Other than that, great coaster with a nice setting (for Cedar Point standards) and twisty turnarounds.
-
Abschuss
The launch really kicked in - but ended a little bit too early. The rest of the layout had a footprint which was too small.
-
Spaß Meisterwerk
Nice terrain coaster design from Anton Schwarzkopf. A classic.
-
Komfort Spaß Meisterwerk
If it only had more intense launches - it would be my number one roller coaster. As it is, it is easily in my top 10: It's flying through the terrain, nice inversions, some airtime moments and a wonderful setting overall.
-
Airtimes Spaß Sanftheit
For me, Balder is the number one of all classic woodies. So smooth and yet so wild. Love the drops and the tunnels.
-
Meisterwerk Intensität Sanftheit
Go and ride this! The best RMC I have ridden so far, and it already starts with the looks from the outside. The coaster is build INTO the rocks. I absolutely love the first drop, the zero-g stall and all other inversions on this ride. Wonderful transitions from one element to another - and the coaster does not loose steam until it hits the break runs. The only downside of this: If you are no longer the youngest, you have to make a short pause after each ride, because it is exhausting.
-
Irrelevant
Well, a rather tame ride on this one, even for a Junior woodie.

Headbanging Unangenehm
Oh I hate standup coasters. Loading and unloading takes ages. Standup position is not comfortable at all and doesn't add much to the ride experience. Lots of headbanging here. It's no wonder that parks are going to remove them or transform them to sit-down coasters.
