N'étant pas Fan de coaster basé que sur les g positifs j'étais très perplexe à l'idée de le rider. Mais PTN qu'est ce qu'il est agréable et excellent à rider !!! Dommage que les harnais font si mal lorsqu'ils se resserent durant le layout. J'ai même été frustré car le ride pourrait être encore meilleur si on avait juste la lap bar. Pour résumé olympia looping est un bon coaster avec une bonne intensité (agréable).

I personally don’t mind the restraints, although there are a couple dead spots on the ride wear it meanders. Great ride!

Loved the intensity, surprisingly smooth and had no problem with restraints. The loops do get slightly repetitive though, glad there's a decent amount to lengthen the ride time but there are now more modern, whippy inversions we've become used to, in a way slightly ruining the ride. Other than this, for what it is it's a very good coaster!

I think Olympia looping is receiving much more hate than it deserves. First of all, just the forces experienced in the loops make this coaster unique and awesome. Strongest positive G’s I have felt anywhere but also not so sustained to be uncomfortable. Considering its age and relocations, it runs surprisingly smooth. Also I am maybe just the right size and height but the restraints didn’t bother me at all. The only disadvantage is that you must pay per ride which makes it not really rerideable. Still worth it for this piece of history.

Absolutely awesome ride, filled with brilliant positives. But at the end of the day, those shoulder pads really kill my enjoyment of the ride. This operated with lapbars for so long, so I have to ask....

Dommage car le ride est cool, long et les inversions sont plutôt sensationnelles. (A faire au last de préférence)

Ouch, what a colossal fall-off. What used to be my #1 until mid-2022 is now barely hanging onto the top 100 a year and a half later. My most recent ride in my favourite seat was littered with uncomfortable forces and a persistent rattle where, when in combination with its awfully restrictive accordion restraints, makes for an overwhelmingly negative ride experience. The positives in the loops were as strong as ever, and while I do like my fair share of strong G's, they just weren't fun this time around. And it cost £11 to ride

The fact this even exists is pretty mind blowing to me, all credit to the designers way back when, and the operators for keeping it going. It runs unbelievably smooth, not just for a portable ride but for any ride, there isn't a hint of a shuffle or rattle on the track. You get a great view from the top of wherever you happen to be riding the coaster in (Hyde Park and London in my case), before an intense drop and 3 of the most intense inversions i've experienced, particularly in the back. I find the pullout of the 3rd loop the most forceful but they all hit. Then there's another excellent drop before the last 2 loops, which aren't quite as intense but still hit nicely. It does meander around a little after that but the turns offer some more nice positives and it stays relentlessly smooth. The back is definitely more intense but I actually really enjoyed the front too, the shoulder pads didn't come down anywhere near as far so it was a lot more comfortable. Speaking of, the pads are the only thing wrong with it really, they are pointless and at the back they really did come down a long way, it wasn't comfortable. But it didn't ruin the ride for me. It really is a terrific coaster and worth every pound of the many, many pounds you spend to ride it

J’ai fait l’Olympia Loop à Londres à Winterwonderland (sous le nom de Muncher loop!?) J’ai été impressionné par l’intensité de la bestiole et la puissance des loopings. Mais le harnais bizarre se refermant continuellement, j’ai terminé le tour compacté dans mon siège de manière assez désagréable. Mais il est culte et historique.

Riding Olympia feels like riding a piece of rollercoaster history, and what makes it better is just how well maintained it is. I didn't have a problem with the restraints, despite what most people seemed to have experienced. The inversions were super forceful except for the two last ones, but other than the five loops, there wasn't really a lot to the layout, and the mini lift hill at the middle felt a bit awkward. Still, great coaster and the best that I rode at Wiener Prater!

J'attendais beaucoup de ce coaster mythique. J'ai même choisi d'en faire mon centième ride. Finalement, le confort est rudimentaire sans être douloureux mais les sensations sont souvent poussives et l'intensité n'est pas toujours bien dosée. Loin du fun que j'avais en tête donc. En plus, les harnais sont pas terribles... En vrai, c'est plus jolie à voir depuis l'extérieur. Mais ça reste un classique et c'est plaisant de l'avoir dans son palmarès. Et on peut dire ce qu'on veut mais de nuit, il en jette.

The ride features an impressive drop, and 5 brilliant vertical loops, all incredibly powerful and very intense - however, whenever you aren't being hit by a wave of positives in the loops, the ride tends to meander, providing little forces and just a few headchoppers - which is a shame, as the loops are some of the most powerful inversions in the world, but they're let down by the lackluster filling around them.

The best travelling coaster out there. First of all, the overall appearance of this coloss is stunning and it looks fantastic with those five loops resembling the Olympic rings. The only major downside of this coaster are the rather narrow trains and the weird restraints which are not really comfortable, but the ride itself is awesome: it's intense, forceful and really long. Aditionally, it runs pretty smooth! I love Olympia Looping and ride it everytime I get the chance to, who knows how long this beauty is still remaining to us? UPDATE August 2021: In Luxembourg, this ride was unfortunately surprisingly rough (even in second row), maybe it depends on the trains and if warmed up...

Que dire quand on arrive devant une telle légende Nous voilà arrivé en gare les trains confortable et la outch les harnais lourd et restrictif le lift monté très rapidement et nous voilà dans la drop très sympa le bas de drop écrase bien comme il faut bien intense puis le premier loop noir et voile noir nous commençons à comprendre pourquoi on dit Olympia si intense la le premier virage et les deux loop tout aussi intense je suis écrasé puis le virage et zone de frein on souffle un peu et la rebelote drop avec bas intense virage et les deux derniers loop bien intense mais c'est que sa ne fini pas cette merde incroyable puis une suite de virage très bien pris la petite photo et airtime breaks on ne m'a clairement pas survendu Olympia looping sur son intensité et je n'en suis pas déçu

Quand on arrive devant cette légende vivante des coasters, impossible de ne pas être impressionné par la taille du machin et de se dire que c'est totalement transportable ! Une fois les 10€ déboursés ...

Quand on arrive devant cette légende vivante des coasters, impossible de ne pas être impressionné par la taille du machin et de se dire que c'est totalement transportable ! Une fois les 10€ déboursés et une fois assis dans les trains Schwarzkopf, premier bémol, le harnais qui écrase les épaules, aie... La first drop est très bonne et le premier looping est surprenant, on s'y attend pas. Le reste du layout composé de 4 autres loops et de virages est super fluide et est passé à une vitesse correcte. Mais j'ai été déçu, la hype concernant l'intensité legendaire m'a été fatale. Oui le coaster est assez intense mais c'est loin d'être à la hauteur de ce que j'avais pu voir sur différents avis.

[avis de 2019] Avec 30 ans au compteur, il passe super bien cet Olympia Looping ! Un très grand plaisir à rider pour la première fois. Les loops envoient pas mal, et la fluidité est assez folle quand on tient compte de son âge. Petit bémol sur les harnais qui sont assez contraignants (attention à bien se placer avant le départ car ils peuvent aussi se resserrer douloureusement pendant le ride). Hormis quelques à-coups en bas des loops, Olympia reste très fun et impressionnant à voir tourner!

Des années que je le vois en photo, video, et j'ai enfin pu tester la bête ! Extérieurement, il en impose, ses 5 loop avec l'éclairage le rend majestueux ! Un fois dedans, mis a part un inconfort des harnais aux épaules, c'est que du bonheur ! Une belle pointe de vitesse, un premier loop sympas, mais surtout le double enchainement de 2 loop très intense, m'ont conquis ! Le reste du layout est plus anecdotique bien qui sympas quand même ! L'Olympia Looping est un chef d'œuvre pas en temps que coaster lui même, mais en tant que coaster transportable ! Il faut être fou pour se lancer dans ce pari, une famille l'a fait, profitons d'avoir cette légende sur nos fêtes européennes !

The layout is incredible, amazing how they build such a long ride with 5 inversions on such a small footprint. 1 ride is 10 euros here in Luxembourg

This is a true masterpiece. All of the loops and turns are very forceful and the ride itself is butter smooth. It has a pretty great capacity and it looks amazing on the fairs. One little thing that I didn't like that much is the shoulder 'thing'. It stops you from putting up your hands but you don't touch them once with your head.

Clunky two part restraints are a dislike especially the shoulders, though I can see why they are necessary. The ride would have clearance issues in certain places if your arms were free. Pacing isn't the best; after the 5 inversions the ride still has quite a bit of run time, but can't do an awful lot with it. Still an incredible achievement and long may it continue!
