This ride is the reason top thrill 2 will be at the top of my bucket list,I was blown away by this ride,(I rode it by myself)I really want to get back on this ride this is the type of ride that you ride several times to get a feel for it,I only rode it once almost a year ago so I hardly remember anything about it despite everything I love about this ride,I am not going to wait more than 20 minutes for this

This pleasantly surprised me. The launch and boost is fun and builds up good speed. The boost final backwards boost gives nice airtime and the vertical rollbacks give a nice soothing free fall feeling. The splashdown spray can be inconsistent. One ride I did not get wet at all and the next ride I was very wet. The capacity is not very good but would be unimaginable without the turntable.

First time I've ridden a water coaster like this and it was a lot of fun! I loved the hangtime you'd get at the top of each spike and it provided great forces. The day was super hot even in September so this was the perfect coaster and ride to cool off on. I'm glad they delayed it to install the turntable for a second train because this could have been a capacity nightmare. The ops were great all day at SFOT so the line for this one wasn't bad at all. 3.5/5 stars

Aquaman Power Wave is a Mack launched coaster. It’s a pretty good rollercoaster too. This ride has a top speed of 62MPH, a height of 146 feet and has a massive splash. This ride has just lap bars which helps the rides airtime. The 1st launch is pretty weak but the 2nd launch has some kick to it and you get good floater airtime on the bunny hill. The vertical spike has great weightlessness as you float out of your seat and have the scary visual of looking straight up. Then the 3rd launch kicks in and you get great floater airtime on that bunny hill. Then the vertical spike also delivers great weightlessness and float as you are looking straight down. Then that massive splash is really refreshing on a hot day. The good thing is your shoes don’t get wet just your upper body. The cons of this coaster is that this ride is short and has a lot of technical difficulties but otherwise a good ride. I rate this coaster an 8 out of 10.

Everything about the ride is really solid except for the fact it is way too short. But if the ride were any longer, then it would be a capacity nightmare. However, I do want to give props to how the splashdown is engineered because where I was sitting (far right last row), I got wet an amount that was comfortable and refreshing in the Texas heat imo

For most of my visit until New Texas Giant passed it up, this was my favorite ride in the park. Though it may be lacking the intensity, it has the fun factor of the spikes, the backwards floater & the splash to make up for it. SFOT is one of the hottest parks ever so it’s nice to get cooled off & still get some thrills in on this. I wouldn’t mind more parks adding this ride even as a clone, maybe even add more track to it, either way it would be awesome!

Aquaman Power Wave is a great time! It was over 100 degrees out so it felt amazing. I would absolutely love to see more of these come to the USA, it’s a fantastic fit to the park, and for any park lacking water attractions. Only downside is the restraints are easy to get stapled during the ride, but that’s fine. The backwards ejector hill is great! The spikes are fun too, and the splash is always mesmerizing. Great attraction! 78/100

In my opinion, probably one of the best water coasters for a park I've seen in a long time. Not only is the ride experience just a lot of fun with the forwards and backwards airtime, but the splashdown also interacts well with observing non-riders, injecting a lot more fun in that section of the park. This one's a winner.
