Great layout and very fun but because the restraints are so close to your head a tiny rough piece of track can make you bang your head easily. Love the music and the dispatch voice, great forces and a wonderful layout maybe a tad on the shorter side though.

Disappointing one for me. I had often seen that Kumali was the best SLC in the country as it is considerably smoother. And it is, by no means a smooth ride but certainly is for an SLC. However, it is dreadfully unreliable with a massive amount of downtime (almost did not get the credit). And it is running incredibly slow, so slow infact I was certain it would valley at some point. Totally took away from the intensity that I actually love about the SLC model. Maybe on a good day when warmed up it is better, but for now it has seen better days.

Une excellente surprise! La first drop, le loop, le Cobra Roll et le 0G ressemblent à du B&M! Le coaster est puissant, intense, avec une bonne vitesse et ne donne pas de baffe. En revanche, des grosses vibrations sont à signaler. Plus fluide, et avec plus d'éléments dans le layout, il aurait sans soucis été au niveau d'un vrai B&M

Un slc custom, pourquoi pas. Malheuresement le ride est beaucoup trop court et manque cruellement de débit. Effectivement avec la moitié d’un train de condamné pour surchauffe (il n’a pas fait plus de 20 degré durant la journée) ça ne facilite pas.

very good rollercoaster at flamingo land. its intense but not overly so and has a lot of speed which i love, especially coming off that first drop. its harness feels loose and there isn't really anywhere comfortable to hold onto. there is some headbanging but it lasts for literally 2 seconds and isn't as bad as the reputation vekoma slc's have.

It's good that it has a different lay out to the rest of the SLC's

Easily the best SLC i have been on (out of 7 at this point). The turn After the drop is very intense (much like other SLCs tbh but waaay longer) and the Inversions all deliver. I like how you zoom through the bushes very close to the ground After the vertical loop. This is what makes Inverts cool. Because Sik was down the day i visisted i kinda Marathoned it and hat a nice time. Good coaster!!

This was surprisingly good. Vekoma SLCs are rarely good, but this was fun. Not too rattly, a possibly the best themed coaster at the park (not that there's much competition!) The lift hill is soooo sloooow...bit then the first drop is excellent, and it has a really nice lot of inversions. I'm a sucker for a good vertical loop, and the vertical loop on Kumali is excellent. The cobra roll is absolutely beautiful to watch, and fun to ride. Overall, much better than I had expected. Highly recommended.

This ride is absolutely phenomenal for a SLC and even inverted coasters in general! It has a great first drop and bottom turn of it is so intense! I rank this ride over nemesis inferno and nemesis for the sheer exhileration of the ride! The only con is the restraint but because of how smooth this ride is, it doesn’t even matter because your head isn’t going into it every 2 seconds. Overall this ride is brilliant in the UK and it is very underrated. This is one of the most intense coasters in the UK!

Besides some minor rattle, this coaster runs much smoother than your standard SLC. Pacing is great, in the high-speed turn right after the first drop I even had a slight greyout. Inversions and the large helix are all good fun, unfortunately the ride is pretty short. With vest restraints and some more elements, this coaster could be better, although I quite liked it anyway. In my opinion, the second best coaster at Flamingo Land!

'Smoothness' and 'Vekoma SLC' aren't usually phrases you would find in the same sentence and are often considered a juxtaposition, but Kumali was smooth, intense and has a fun layout with only one slightly janky spot near the end in the finale helix. It really surprised me, as my expectations were extremely low for this ride based on the reputation that other SLC's had in my books; Infusion and Odyssey were shite, and were the only two SLC's I had ridden prior to Kumali (however my opinion of Infusion has since changed). I was extremely apprehensive about whether Vekoma could achieve a smooth zero-g roll, but they pulled it off perfectly and it's the best element of the ride! The only downside was single train operation, which I could see being quite a pain in the ass in busier months as there was no sign of a second train. In short, Kumali was a pleasant surprise and is potentially the most re-rideable coaster at Flamingoland.
