I remembered it to be more or less like Stampida, with a drop which was even better, and some reviews confirmed that, but when I rode it last time, it turned out to be just a good family coaster, yet not anything better than its neighbour. I guess it's just expectations: if you think you are going to a kiddie, and you ride this right after Stampida, which seemed a thrilling coaster and actually is quite family-friendly, then it will look like if Tomahawk was more exciting than Stampida. However, being unbiased, it's just a family ride. It's really good for what it is, with some strong laterals and a couple of fun drops, but it cannot compare to the other woodie. The new trains, however, are extraordinarily better than the old, yellow ones. I've always loved GCI's millennium flyers, and I was not surprised to find out that mini-llennium flyers are just as good (only a bit smaller and tighter). Moreover, the capacity is great, since, even though it was an empty day, with no queue times over 15 min in the main rides, Tomahawk was running two trains, so there was never any queue!

Yes, it is true that Stampida is a bit shaky at the back rows, which is understantable considering it is a 23-years-old woodie (as of 2020), but in the middle-front seats it's rather smooth, the drop is quite fun and it provides a long and enjoyable experience overall. The trains could be improved, but the coaster itself is really nice, having some weak yet fun airtime moments, hills, turns and that interesting racing element. Moreover, it is a woodie, which is an extra point for me, and hearing the roar of the wood as the train goes by is already part of the experience. Really recommendable, though it could do with some more theming.

It was better than expected. Despite being obviously way too short, leaving me desiring more, it was so intense, and the train hit so hard the final brakes, that it was definitely worth it. It can be a bit rattly at the back, especially at the end of the launch, but that didn't bother me at all. The (Mack copied) restraints were really comfortable, though they seem extremely dangerous (when the ride is over, they let go so fast that I think they could have cut off my head if I hadn't reacted quickly ;) ). The train is nicely themed, but unfortunately that's all the theming it gets. However, it's not something too important in this coaster for me, as it looks really, really, really impressive, and you don't even notice it lacks theming. The launch is great, very sustained and reaches a record speed, and climbing up that huge top hat is as impressive as it seems. At the back rows, the drop is amazing, and you feel that life is going to be over soon. At the very front one, however, despite having some weak floater at the top hat, the drop is not that good, though you get some breath-taking views. Moreover, feeling the speed and the wind on your face is thrilling, and the security glasses are cool. To end with, as the park is a bit stingy, we don't have a nice speed hill like in Stealth or Kingda Ka, but at least we are offered a tiny bunny hop which provides some short floater pop as well. The ride is over before you realise, yet it's so intense that it leaves you breathless.

I didn't think it was rattly or uncomfortable at all, contrary to popular believe, and even though it might not be the smoothest coaster out there, it's quite liveable. Although the OTSR didn't offer much freedom, as typical, the trains were quite comfy, providing plenty of leg room - something I value a lot. However, it doesn't live up to other B&M loopers which are a bit more modern, such as Superman: La atracción de acero. The drop was disappointing (yet I understand it was a good one at it's time) and it was overall worse. Nonetheless, it featured some intense elements, outstanding the insane zero-g-roll with its crazy whip. Perhaps it also lacks some airtime, but considering it is located just under that massive airtime machine, I'll look past it. The color scheme is beautiful, and the location by Shambhala is really impressive. Being able to wander under the structure and hear the deafening sound of the coaster is an invaluable experience. A nice, classic coaster worth riding.

Better than I remembered some years ago. The theming is outstanding, with that catchy soundtrack and the eerie story, which perfectly fits the ride, and those nice trains and awesome preshow help make it more credible. The winged trains are a nice plus, and not having a floor forced intamin to leave some comfortable leg room ;). However, they are not very comfy (my issue wasn't with the harness, but with the seats and their too straight back), and, as expected, if you get an outer sit and/or any row other than the front one, the ride can be quite rattly. I didn't mind it a lot, however, even though it was a bit painful and it wouldn't be adviseable to marathon (might have unpleasant consequences). Unfortunately, there are always long queues on the mornings, due to its location, but on the afternoons it calms down a bit. As for the coaster itself, it is definetely intense, you really feel the speed, it's fast paced, the launch is great (my favourite so far) and you even get some airtime after it. The inversion offers great hangtime, which I'm a massive fan of, but it can be a bit uncomfortable, especially if you ride an outer sit. Perhaps it feels too short, right, but if it were any longer, people on the outer back sits wouldn't survive, would they? On the whole, a great winged launched coaster, highly recommendable if you are willing to look past that little discomfort.

Exceeded expectations (which were rather low despite its popularity after Silver Star's huge disappointment). The location is outstanding, with that gorgeous color scheme, mixed up with the Dragon, and they both can be seen from almost every corner of the park. It looks impressive, especially when walking under it through the Himalayan area, and it's highly comfortable: really smooth, and great trains, providing freedom, comfort, nice views from every seat (thanks to the staggered seating). Those B&M clamshells enhance the already awesome experience. The first drop is one of the best I've ever ridden, and the airtime is way better than in Silver Star (actually, all the forces are stronger). Front rows provide more sustained floater, whereas the back ones offer stronger airtime at the drops. The speed hill gives some really strong airtime, great at every row, and, together with the drop, it's my favourite part of the ride. Overall, a magnificent coaster with great airtimes, duration, comfort, look and drop, which didn't get repetitive nor boring as expected after more than ten rerides (11).

It's more a dark ride than a coaster, but it's anyway the most beautiful ride at the park (as of 2018), and probably one of the best dark rides in Europe. Seeing everything from above, with rotations and changing speed, gives the ride an extra point. Also, the coaster part is really nice, and it looks gorgeous from outside, when it leaves the building just before finishing. The indoor area and queue are really well themed, as well, and the part when soaring over the zone's square feels magical. I really loved this ride, and I'd love to see more dark ride-coaster hybrids coming to Europe soon!

First of all, I don't fully consider this to be a roller coaster, but a simple boat ride. This being said, it's my favourite ride of it's kind, having perhaps the greatest drop a water ride can have. Also, I listed "Duration" as a pro, not because I think it is long, but the opposite: it is short and concise, it doesn't wander around for ages until you eventually reach the thrill part, and that's something important for me. In such a short layout, it has the typical backwards tiny drop, the big one and a small airtime moment afterwards. Besides, the dolphins always surprise me and leave me soaked, and the trains are highly comfortable for a water ride, featuring roller coaster restraints. Finally, it has some nice theming, specially in the queue, although not as good as other rides at the park. EDIT: Not my top water ride anymore; I've ridden Chiapas...

The queue and station are gorgeously themed, as is the first part of the ride, before the first lift. All of that has some of the best theming at the park, which is important taking into account that it is easy to spend ages waiting in that queue line (the ride usually has long waiting times). The rest of it, however, doesn't stand out, and the coaster part is pretty bland. The consecutive turning drops after the first lift hill are rather boring, but the second one is quite good. Nonetheless, the ride is a bit uncomfortable and rough, and it has a strong rattle (specially when the trains are almost empty) that can hurt you badly. Not very rerideable, especially with so long waiting times.

This was my first bobsleigh, and it is fun, with that uncommon half-pipe track, as well as a gorgeous theming and area which lives up to the park's standards. However, this kind of coasters can't go really fast, so it takes you quite slowly through a rather bland layout that doesn't do much, and perhaps feels a bit short. Despite this, the ride always manages to have 30 minutes waiting time at least, even though it is not nearly the best coaster at the park, making it not very rerideable.

Being this one of my favourite coasters, it is perhaps the park's best themed one, with a gorgeous queue and station, as well as an immersive soudtrack. It's got perfect pacing, flying swiftly through a nonstop layout, and it gets even better each time you ride it. It's the most intense coaster at the park, and undoubtedly the best one, too. I am a massive fan of woodies, and this is by far the best one I've ridden.

High quality theming, as common at this park, with a nice station and launch area, as well as a pleasant location, flying through rocks and other rides at times. It's butter smooth, and, as usually, Mack's trains are really comfortable. Also, the ops are really good, reducing a lot the queue times, as always happens in this park. The coaster itself is really good, perhaps not the most intense one, but fun anyway. It features some great inversions, standing out the final heartline roll, which provides superb hangtime enhanced by Mack's harness. The launch isn't the strongest out there, that's true, but it does what it aims: it gets speed in a quick and fun way, far better than some drops (like the ones on most inverts). Overall a really nice ride, very rerideable.

Being this my first hypercoaster, it disappointed me. The drop was not nearly as impressive as I had expected, and the airtimes, although fun, weren't that good. Also, the theming is one of the worst in the park, specially for me, as I'm not into cars. Just a dull queue with a couple of automobiles and some pictures. The ride itself isn't decorated whatsoever, it just flies over the parking! I mean, this isn't precisely at a Six Flags. On the contrary, the trains were comfortable, and as typical for B&M, the four-people-per-row disposition offers a high capacity, which, combined with the park's great ops that manage to keep three trains moving without almost any wating, reduces the queue times a great deal. However, the coaster itself is pretty bland, and the layout, unoriginal, just one hill after another. I felt that after a couple of hills, none of them provided any new experience, and as all the air was floater, the pace was quite improvable.

I'm not very fond of Wild Mouses in general, and yet this is the best I have ridden. The theming, specially in the queue and surroundings, is really nice, as typical at the park, and the lift is fun. One of the main pros is the first drop, as, for a Wild Mouse, it`s pretty good. This is mainly because it is placed right after the lift, before losing height in the curves, so it is as high as possible. However, what follows that drop isn't pretty much, just the common turns with strong laterals. One major drawback is the capacity: in spite of the park's superb operatives, this ride mostly has at least 30 min of queue, even on quiet days, making it not very rerideable for what it is. But definetely worth riding once, and not only for the credit.

It truly has a wonderful theming and story, with an awesome soundtrack played at the queue and lift area, and the small spacecraft museum over the queue is a nice extra point. Moreover, the part after the lift, where you zigzag between the towers, provides wonderful views of the park, (even better than the ones that Euro-Tower offers). Nonetheless, the ride itself is pretty bland, and a bit uncomfortable. It feels a bit old, and it dissapointed me, having expected something more intense, more like Maurer's spinnings (the good ones, such as Tarántula). It was even worse when I rode it for the second time, as both the theming and the layout had lost the element of surprise. One good thing, the capacity was better than Maurer's with this bigger trains.

I rode this only once, early in the morning, and perhaps the coaster hadn't warmed up, or it was me that hadn't warmed up, but I found it pretty pointless. I hate those turning drops which ruin the free-fall experience, and I don't know why, but I didn't feel anything special or exciting during all the layout. It seemed pretty forceless. I don't remember having any problem with discomfort or roughness, maybe because it was cold, or due to having ridden it only once when having hardly woken up.

As my first RMC, it exceeded expectations. Everybody knows how good it is. For me, best parts were the first drop (one of the best I have experienced) and the final heartline roll, providing awesome hangtime when there was hardly any speed to do anything else. The lap bars didn't bother me at all, I found them much more comfortable than many other coasters at the park with Vekoma's restraints. Finally, it was packed with the strongest airtimes I have experienced; I can't find any con (EDIT: no longer the stongest ones, RTH's drop beats that by far). It could do with more theming, perhaps, but at least it looks nice with some water, trees and the wooden structure.

Having only ridden by then Silver Star as an airtime-aimed coaster, I thought Goliath would be even worse, as it was considerably smaller. I was positively surprised to see how wrong I was. The awesome drop left me speechless, and the great ejector hill following, as well. The stengel dive was fun, and the three tiny hills by the end provided nice ejector, too. However, the rest of the ride was pointless; no, worse, it was uncomfortable. The two huge helixes were both boring and painful. I like negative Gs, but that day I learnt that I'm not a fan sustained positive Gs. They are great in valleys, transitions and sharp turns, as they provide instensity and pacing, but a whole, never-ending element designed only to give positives is just pointless and not enjoyable. Moreover, the ride has absolutely no theming. In spite of all that, I consider it to be the park's second best (behind Untamed, of course).

I would have listed "First Drop" as a con. Being this my first dive coaster, it didn't live up to my (actually rather low) expectations. Of course, the theming is outstanding, nice pre-shows, pleasant soundtrack and it stands wonderfully from outside. However, the layout itself isn't much, a nice immelman and a zero-G roll, but the helix is too slow and pointless. I understand this kind of coasters are usually short, but duration is not what bothers me. It's just a big family ride, not as intense and breath-taking as I would have liked it to be. And worst of all is the drop. I have experienced many drops which do not even come close to vertical, and yet are far better than this one. Perhaps the problem is height, I don't know, and that the train is stopped facing down too soon, in my opinion. That's what ruins the ride. Unless you are at the front, you will be sitting nearly horizontally until the drop actually beggings, ruining the characteristic "dive factor". In comparison to Vekoma's Giant Inverted Boomerangs, whose hanging experience while climbing up that amazing drop really stands out, Baron 1898 feels like a kiddie coaster.

I must admit, I expected too much from this. From other reviews, I had imagined a whole, long and gorgeous dark-ride section before the coaster part, but there was almost nothing, too short. The area around the ride is really cosy, and a nice, memorable music is played. The queue is quite well themed, and the station is huge and really impressive. The coaster part is not too much, but it's fun, and intense enough for a family coaster.

I thought it would be a fun family coaster with a superb theming, but once you leave the "vogel" behind, there is little to no theming. It's just a rough coaster in the dark, where you can't see where you are going, and just every now and then appears some bird decoration. It should have had more, in my opinion. Not very rerideable.

Best themed ride at the park, breath-taking queue and station. The launch is rather good, and having ridden this first thing in the morning, it was quite an impressive shock. The Sea Serpent roll afterwards is fun, but that's all. After that, it's like if the ride was over; just everlasting slow turns over the lake, and a nice corkscrew. Not very rerideable, and the trains are quite uncomfortable. There is no leg room, and the harness is too tight. It's saved by the theming.

I didn't expect much from it, I though it would be just a pointless layout, six inversions forwards and backwards and that's all. However, it was worse than that; it was very uncomfortable, and I felt sick for a short while after riding it. Way worse than the Giant Inverted Boomerang, it has nothing to do with it. I'm not willing to ride its clones (I still have to, though; damned credits!).

However, I expected much more from it, as in the POVs seemed more intense, and I felt it a bit forceless. Perhaps it's because I had just ridden Goliath and Untamed a few minutes before, but this ride disappointed me. I wish I could have enjoyed it more. All in all, a good coaster overall.

My 100th credit, and the best one so far. I already thought this would be my top 1, and yet it exceeded expectations. Wow. My other top coasters are quite leveled, but RTH is way better. One of the most extreme experiences I've lived. It certainly beats Kondaa for me in almost every aspect: ejectors, layout, comfort (raised seats), variety, drop, craziness, aggressivity... (Kondaa's theming is better, though). First and last car are obviously the best. This ride is very unique. Not only does it have great hangtime, quality ejectors, solid launches and perfect pace; it provides forces rarely experienced, mainly frontals (out-of-your-seat ones), which mixed up with hangtime pull you out of your seat. The jo-jo-roll provides excellent hangtime at the back and delightful madness at the front. The spinning launch is awesome, loved it every time. The top hat... Well, that's just the best airtime moment I've experienced. I personally prefer riding at the back, and have the luck of doing that drop facing bwd. Absolutely insane. Then the banana roll was better than expected. Although it doesn't look like much, it gives a quite enjoyable and weird feeling... I cannot describe it, it's sort of disorienting upside-down spinning-weightlessness. One of the ride's “worst” elements, but still pretty unique. The loop, however, is a huge dead spot. Straight track that gives no spin and provides no hangtime. Fortunately, the roll that follows is another top-tier inversion with insane frontals and decent hangtime, and then, after a mediocre turn, the second launch. The hill on it is fun, but I prefer the first launch due to the induced spinning. Afterwards, that awesome inversion, providing disorienting and sustained hangtime and floater and frontals and craziness. And the final hills are just too powerful (in a good way). I doubt there are (right now) many coasters in Europe that can top this for me (yeah, probably Zadra…).

Such an underrated ride, it exceeded expectations. I already knew the launch was powerful, but wow, what a punch. I may even dare to say this is the best magnetic launch I've experienced (i.e., it's better than Taron's). And then the top hat, providing a strong and sustaind ejector. The dive loop has some decent whip and it's fun. The other top hat and immelman don't provide much, though, and neither do the turns after the MCBR. However, it's all enjoyable and has some great pace. Besides, there's one final element yet: the wonderful heartline roll, which gives fantastic hangtime. Unfortunately, the ride feels quite short, but it is very complete, even with some good theming in the queue and station building. Many complain about the harness and discomfort, but I disagree: these are some of the best OTSR out there, providing some room for hands-up and airtime, with decent trains, which have enough leg-room. I personally didn't experience any serious rattle or headbanging. Overall, Anubis was certainly Belgium's best until the epic year of 2021; it definetely beats Fury at Bobbejaanland.

GCI never disappoints. I love woodies, and this one was a lot of fun. The swiss area looks quite nice, although the ride itself isn't very themed. Specially the queue is horrendous: a huge, slowly moving cattle-pen (ops are a disaster, as usual in this park, and the trains are shorter than those of other GCIs) inside a plain wooden building, without any windows to have a look at the coaster. On sunny days, it gets unbearably hot in there. And this ride usually gets the longest line at the park, as it is family-friendly enough for many kids to ride, and thrilling enough for adults to enjoy. The drop surprised me, I expected less due to it being twisted rather than straight. At the back it's a lot of fun. And the rest of the coaster is a relentless sucession of quality floater pops, keeping an awesome pace all the way through.
