I didn’t find this to have much of a rattle at all. It’s definitely smoother than, say, dominator. It kind of has these kinks that create this funky experience of like the rubber pencil illusion of that makes sense haha. Great launch, fun inversions and a nice airtime pop. Initial banked turn around is fun too. It’s a pretty fun ride overall. I like the current themeing in that section of the park, too. I think maybe the area around the Rapterra queue could use more trees. Not sure if there were and planted and waiting to grow didn’t really notice, but it would enhance the jungle feel. I also can’t help but miss the giant volcano that would block Flight of Fear’s massive show building. Overall, great addition. Kudos to Kings Dominion for securing one of the few B&M models Busch Gardens doesn’t have yet hahaha

Had it at 2.5 stars before retrack, giving it 3.5-4 now. Kind of a gamechanger and worth mentioning. Great drop with that warp to the left, some intense laterals if you enjoy those. Still some ricketiness but it’s apart of the wooden coaster experience. It has a much more special place in the Kings Dominion lineup now, especially with location. From a design standpoint the entrance remains to be in a quirky hidden location but it’s endearing to me over the decades now of having returned to this park.

Everything about the ride is really solid except for the fact it is way too short. But if the ride were any longer, then it would be a capacity nightmare. However, I do want to give props to how the splashdown is engineered because where I was sitting (far right last row), I got wet an amount that was comfortable and refreshing in the Texas heat imo
