    Launch Velocidad Suavidad

Best launch in the world. I feel people hate on this ride too much for what it lacks or isn’t, and don’t give it enough credit for what it IS. What it isn’t is some random cloned RMC hybrid coaster with 200 seconds of gradual floater airtime. What it IS is the world’s fastest roller coaster, a ride with the best overall pacing in the world, some epic transitions, unrivaled smoothness, and a sense of pure fun and bliss. This is a unique, must-ride experience for anyone. Oh also, the forces and laterals on the turns are genuinely incredible and contribute to the sense of sheer speed.

If the first thing that happens after you come off a roller coaster is that you say “What the hell just happened?” and the second thing is “That was the best thing I’ve ever done,” it means it’s a damn good ride. I don’t have any words to describe what happens. The only ride I’ve been on that still scares me.

    Inversiones Comodidad Fun

The first flying coaster I ever rode, but one hell of an experience. Super intense and it was our first ride of the day, so some insane views. But it’s one of the top rides at the park. It just feels beautiful in those flying restraints, and the views of the park, smoothness, inversions, and speed are so perfect here. And then, there’s the MOST DEMONIC ELEMENT IN THE HISTORY OF ELEMENTS (until X2’s first drop) in the pretzel loop. Exceeded all expectations. Bravo.

    Tematización Velocidad Layout

So. Damn. Forceful. This ride is absolutely insanely paced from the literally electrifying opening launch to the final corkscrews. Before I even begin talking about the layout, the theming and station is the best on any coaster I’ve ever been on (unfortunately haven’t got a ride on Velocicoaster yet). The zero g-roll after the launch is brilliant, and all the inversions after that come so fast and are so visually stunning when over the water. It’s just crazily intense. This is a flawless ride, and easily qualifies for my top 5,

    Tematización Launch Fun Confiabilidad

INSANE launch. I only got to go forward, but this was absolutely breathtaking; and I didn’t have a second clue what was going on when we reached the top of the spike. The only real gripe I have is its reliability in two areas: first, how often it is shut down or not operating at the same time as Lex Luthor; and second, the fact that it doesn’t always launch properly in the red zone. However, the height and the feeling of free fall (looking downward at this point must be incredible), the absolutely amazing station (air conditioned!) with ice theming and a creative line system where you choose your row based on group size (resulted in a 3 minute wait for me), plus two different experiences with insane speeds make this one of the best rides in the park.

First, the wait times are never high for this ride, because for some reason people don’t like riding in parking lots (you get a nice view of the whole park if you turn your head). This was very, very surprisingly good and may be the most underrated ride at Magic Mountain. Inversions are excellent, pacing is perfect, and each inversion has so much force packed into it (I’d recommend riding on the sides), plus the floorless aspect adds intensity and fire. There are too many excellent rides here at Magic Mountain, but this is certainly underrated and a surprise with low wait times on any day.

    Tematización Inversiones Intensidad Tiempo muerto

Absolute classic coaster, one of the OGs and symbols here at CGA. I can't say enough about the pros, because pretty much every factor is going in its favor. First, the layout is absolutely superb, and those 2 vertical loops are extremely forceful and can cause anyone to gray out. The tunnel before the ride and in the loops is fantastic theming. Awesome first drop, and those corkscrews are equally as intense. It's not rough at all, it's more forceful and intense which may be a bit too much for the more faint of heart, which is why some don't like it. The corkscrews are perfectly smooth. The pacing is superb, because it does not slow down during the inversions, and the elements keep flying at the rider. Headbanging is never really an issue on roller coasters, because if you know how to properly ride a roller coaster you will have no issues. Advice for people who have experienced headbanging on this: make sure to keep your head back at all times, and only tilt your head in the direction the ride is moving. Improper riding techniques will result in you not liking this ride, but if you know how to ride a roller coaster, the speed, layout, and of course, the iconic Demon rock corkscrew is LITERALLY THE BEST INVERSION IN THE WORLD. It's got an incredible location (blood pool? Getting eaten by a monster?), is super forceful, and contains probably the best head chopper in California. You feel like God. This is the best ride at the park even though it's almost 50, which is incredible. If it had a bit more to it, particularly right before the EPIC corkscrews, then it could be a top 5 coaster for me.

Primera caída Tematización Intensidad Vibración Arnés Layout

Very intense ride, probably 2nd most intense B&M inverted (Flight Deck). However, the layout is literally a copy of 50 other rides in the world, the harness is way too tight, and overall it's just not a comfortable experience. It tries to get intense in the second half, but really it just ends up being really loud and painful. It's hard to enjoy this, especially when it's just a copy of 100 other rides. Flight Deck at CGA does a much better job with this, and makes a cloned layout creative.

Inversiones Situación Intensidad Demasiado corto Tematización

An excellent B&M invert, much better version of Batman at SFMM. Probably the most intense inverted coaster I’ve ever been on, with an incredibly forceful vertical loop and ensuing zero g-roll. The pacing is immaculate, and that final inversion over the water is absolutely phenomenal. It just needs a bit more speed or height + some more length and strong more strong elements to become an absolutely top coaster, but this is among the best at CGA.

¡Buena sorpresa! Suavidad Layout Vibración Arnés Tiempo muerto

This is an interesting one. First of all, if you lay your head back throughout the ride you will get NO HEADBANGS AND THE RIDE WILL BE PERFECTLY SMOOTH FOR YOU. However, the harness can cause a bit of discomfort. The layout is amazing, it’s a classic coaster, and it goes pretty damn fast. However, the loops don’t really offer any intensity, and there are some dead spots. This shouldn’t be torn down in any respect, those talking about discomfort didn’t ride it properly. This just needs a fresh coat of paint and polish, and it’ll be a must do again.

Inversiones Launch Velocidad Tematización Capacidad Arnés

Literally only 12 can ride at a time, which creates gigantic wait times making this ride not worth it. The station literally is a paint and fabric, the worst themed station I’ve ever seen. Launch is good, inversions are excellent, duration is really good and the racing is more competitive than twisted colossus. However, harness was really uncomfortable and choked me at times. Not really worth the really high wait, but definitely ride once.

    Airtimes Primera caída Fun Layout

Overall, a fantastic must ride. The first drop is the best on any wooden coaster I’ve ridden, and it’s perfectly smooth throughout. Zero G rolls are great and the lap bar helps with the intensity. Only problem is the racing aspect; I think they should have two different stations or a leaderboard systems for more competitiveness. Also, most of the layout besides the eye-catching spots were a bit middling, but overall some key elements make it incredible.
