    Fun

The ride is super short and cheesy but so much fun I was smiling in spite of myself. I was also craving gravy after this and the place nearby had delicious country food with mashed potatoes and gravy that perfectly hit the spot. This might be my favorite ride in the park just for the silliness and the theme.

    Intensidad Incomodidad

It has good speed and intensity and pacing overall but just needs regular maintenance replacing its lumber to keep it smooth. That last turn before the brakes gave me a violent jerk so it’s a one-and-done unfortunately until they work on it more. Maybe the front row is your best bet on this since I was in the back.

    Incomodidad

I was hoping for an experience similar to White Lightning at Fun Spot America in Orlando with tons of speed and fun but smooth and exciting for a small wood coaster. Instead, it’s sort of boring and rough. This park needs to take better care of its wood coasters and replace boards more often.

    Primera caída Velocidad

This was the best coaster in the park. That drop really surprised me in the back row and then the pacing was really good. It’s got that old school looking track but is super smooth and fun.

    Airtimes Fun

It’s a solid and fun smaller RMC that still rides very smooth and fast. I didn’t absolutely love it but it was good for a re-ride.

  • David Parrett

It wasn’t rough or anything but just felt like a ride for little children.

  • David Parrett

It’s a tiny wood coaster, basically a kiddie coaster.

  • David Parrett

It’s easily the best boomerang I’ve ridden since it didn’t leave me in pain like usual. It was really enjoyable with a smooth ride in the back row. Moving backwards is always my least favorite part of riding a boomerang but here it was tolerable.

    Tematización Incomodidad

This was hands down the best Arrow mine train I’ve been on because the theming was really great and the ride wasn’t as spectacularly painful as usual. It was still much too rough but it might deserve a re-ride.

    Comodidad

I loved this classic wood racer. It doesn’t have much intensity compared to the other two wood coasters at Kings Island but it was lots of fun and even a little airtime here and there.

    Intensidad Incomodidad

This launched ride and its variants all leave me with a headache at the end. The theming is cool though.

  • David Parrett

    Tematización

The stunts were all working and it made a huge difference compared to my home park’s version at Kings Dominion. It’s a great ride that I could actually want to re-ride, though not with a long wait.

    Situación Velocidad Suavidad

Wow, after riding the other Arrow swinging coasters I wasn’t prepared for the amazing layout and location at Kings Island. Plus it was super smooth and just a lot of fun in the last row.

  • David Parrett

    Intensidad Duración

This ride deserves every accolade a coaster can get. The intensity is there but so is the super long duration and weird custom layout. It’s the wood terrain coaster to end all terrain coasters. Ride it at night in the back.

  • David Parrett

    Comodidad

It’s your run-of-the-mill B&M looper with way too much force. It didn’t do anything for me.

  • David Parrett

    Airtimes Suavidad

It’s a bit more fun than Orion and the night rides I got in the back were so much fun looking at the moon going up the second hill. There’s lots of airtime but Goliath at SFoG is still my favorite B&M hyper.

  • David Parrett

    Primera caída

It’s a lot of fun and that first drop has me graying out every time, but it doesn’t have much personality or uniqueness. I like it better than Fury 325 but neither hold a candle to the two Intamin’s Millenium Force and Intimidator 305.

  • David Parrett

    Velocidad

It’s just pure adrenalin with nonstop pacing and elements. It’s a little too short, especially when compared to its neighbor The Beast, but it’s an excellent coaster at being super intense. It reminds me of the intensity of El Toro a little bit.

  • David Parrett

    Capacidad Incomodidad

The capacity is very poor so if there's any line then just skip this one. You'll be waiting a long time for a carnival ride.

  • David Parrett

    Capacidad

Firebird is just a small (90 ft first drop) B&M floorless looper. It doesn't really do anything amazing. It's probably one of the most comfortable B&Ms I've ridden. After reading about it, I guess this coaster was B&M's very first coaster built in 1990 at Six Flags Great American near Chicago so it's historic. Others talked about head banging but I didn't experience that.

  • David Parrett

    Fun Intensidad

The launch is forceful and fun. After the launch, the layout is compact but given that limitation is works really well how the ride seems to have this increasing speed at the end. It fits well with the Joker insanity theme so it's a good but not great ride. Compare this launched coaster to the amazing 'Storm Runner' at Hershey Park.

  • David Parrett

The launched motorbike coaster has a decently strong launch but the track is so short it’s really a waste of time with few redeeming qualities.

  • David Parrett

    Vibración

It’s a rough family coaster, like an Arrow mine train where you have to ride defensively. The wait inside the building hallways I felt like I was going to suffocate.

  • David Parrett

It’s a spinning family coaster with a compact layout. Unfortunately I was stuck facing in reverse for most of it.

  • David Parrett

Kraken is another solid B&M looper with a ton of intensity and as usual it gives me a headache so its re-ride value is low.

  • David Parrett

These flying coasters are trying to replicate Tatsu and the terrain is flat so it just doesn’t work very well. On top of that I always get sick to my stomach on these.

  • David Parrett

    Incomodidad

This ride is your normal spinning mouse in a dark building with some theming. There is a long outdoor queue and an even longer indoor queue. If there’s any line outdoors then skip it. They really should do a better job with the tunnel entrance and indoor queue area theming and tell a story throughout to help add interest. The ride is a wild spinning mouse so that’s also a negative. I would much prefer a smooth smaller indoor ride with well integrated story elements.

  • David Parrett

This ride is very smooth and comfortable, unlike a similar B&M flyer at Great Adventure that I did not enjoy at all. This is like a mini Tatsu of sorts, and it’s a bit short but it is fun for a flying coaster.

  • David Parrett

I’m an Arrow fan but ouch, this thing sucks. I love these old school mine train coasters in theory but the rough transitions make it unfit for kids to ride, defeating the purpose of a family coaster. It probably needs to go at this point and get replaced with something smooth like Big Bear Mountain, or maybe an RMC mine train.

  • David Parrett

It’s not my favorite giga. I’ve ridden Millenium Force which is all about huge hills taken at high speed which I love, and I305 which is about one drop and then insane high speed whipping turns along the ground for the most part. Fury seems like B&M wasn’t going for airtime so they mostly stay near the ground at high speed but then the elements just don’t seem very interesting (I don’t even remember the ride other than the tunnel, it’s not memorable). I like the tunnel under the pathway and overall it’s a rush but Fury just doesn’t seem up to the level that Intamin set with its gigas.
