I beleave that this ride gets a lot of unfair criticism and I enjoy this ride for what it is. It's not perfect and it would benefit if this coaster after the 1st drop had some profiling. It is though a 1994 classic that received the right amount of attention. After the main drop I see this as an oversized family ride which isn't a bad thing necessary. It creates good views as it rides and looks epic on the Blackpool skyline, very hard to miss

Could of spent more money on the theme to it I see this is a family business though and won't have the same backing as the likes of the bigger company's. I do generally love most of the themes to Alton Towers and the park really does suit its dark theme in my opinion. This ride is no exception and will love Alton Towers to go more down this road on its new attractions even though they have done a great job on some of its past themes such as Nemesis. It's a credit to the designer how he can make a ride with a good speed and pacing for a family coaster using just little hight, like most of the attractions at the park
