    Vitesse Fun

I was worried about roughness, but that wasn't a problem. I prefer the back on this one for the airtime pops. The laterals on the drop were phenomenal, and there was great ejector on a few of the early hills, with great pops off of the big turns. The ending is slightly weaker than the rest of the ride, but it still has some airtime and laterals, and maintains its sense of speed. Just pure fun.

First Drop Lap Bar Airtimes Temps mort

This ride’s first drop is amazing! Gave excellent airtime in the back row. Sure this ride didn’t have much airtime, but the airtime it had was more whippy than other hypers. Plus the turns after the mid course are intense too. However, I do find it disappointing that this ride is only good in the back row

    Inversions Bonne suprise ! Intensité

This is a shockingly intense and surprisingly smooth coaster, I do prefer standard boomerangs but this ride is pretty good.

Confort Fun Fluidité Trop court Débit

Probably the smoothest coaster I've ever done, and it feels like it gets faster as it goes! Lots of high-paced spins for like 30 seconds.

    First Drop Chef d'oeuvre Fluidité

The best giga coaster of all time and it's not even close.

I think the reason I rate this coaster is mainly due to sentimental reasons as I rode it at 12 years old with my dad on opening day. That being said, it’s a great coaster with so many positives. Let’s start with the theme, a truly twisted and creepy story that was really amplified by the scare maze attributed to it, The Sanctuary. The downside to the theming is that it’s been neglected in recent years, it looks dirty and needs some TLC. The restraints are OTSRs but they are the comfiest OTSRs I’ve ever experienced, very comfortable. The layout is a twisted mess of steel and for that, it can’t be faulted, from the first inversion (with crazy hangtime) to the ejector airtime hills (which really do give some ridiculous ejector) to the many many inversions in the main bulk of the layout, this coaster is a masterpiece. I have only one more bad thing to say, the last three inversions do give a lot of head banging which can make the ride a little painful. Other than that, it’s an immense coaster that I’m proud to have in my home country!

    Airtimes Fluidité Layout Launch

This ride is fantastic (by far the best in the UK). It currently sits as my number 3 coaster and for a reason. Nothing beats the daunting soundtrack as you walk towards the station, the incredibly comfy Mack mega coaster restraints and the smooth experience. You start on a very weak launch which is in my opinion, the only downside to the ride, however after this, you scale a top hat that if on the front, supplies immense hangtime. The rest of the first section is great with some twisty elements, near misses from other coasters in the park and a great inversion that supplies excellent hangtime as you crawl through. There are two very good ejector airtime moments before you drop into a second launch which is much more powerful. The junior Immelmann once again gives you great hangtime and if you’re on the front, you really are suspended at quite a height. The rest of the ride is full of twists and turns and also a very intense ejector airtime hill. The only downside to the layout in my opinion is that first launch and the surrounding theming is almost non existent. Great coaster

    Airtimes First Drop Fluidité Harnais

This ride is amazing. It currently sits as my number 2 coaster. The first drop and the hang time you get is insane and the rest of the ride is very well paced, floaty and smooth. The theming is nice and fits very well with the rest of the “China” area of PortAventura Park. The airtime is definitely not ejector and very much floater as you kind of ebb and flow in and out of your seat rather than get forced out like in a lot of compact coasters like the Intamin Blitz or Mack Mega Coaster but that definitely isn’t a bad thing, the floater airtime is great. The sheer height of this coaster is rather daunting as a UK based enthusiast as we aren’t as lucky with our coasters in terms of height (unless you count The Big One but… yuck). The only downside to this coaster is the clamshell restraints (despite allowing a very exposed experience) are extremely uncomfortable if you’re on the larger side. I’m familiar with the fact that at PortAventura, they require 3 clicks on this coaster rather than the typical 2 clicks on most other B&M Hyper Coasters so that may just be a park issue but yes it can be very uncomfortable. I just about managed to get on with a push from the ride host (you should be fine though as this wasn’t a one off, I had multiple rides). Just be careful that on that third click, prepare for pain in the legs. Other than that, a world class airtime filled ride

    Théma Débit Fun Vibrations

This was my first proper coaster and still to this day, I can’t skip it when I go to the Efteling. It goes only 64 (not 70) km/h, but it feels a lot faster, due to it being in the dark and it having wind machines. I also really like the onboard music. That together with the indoor aspect makes it a very reridable to me. The lines also move really quick because a train departs about every 30s. The only few things are that it has a rattle to it, which can be quite uncomfortable if you’re in the first train.

    Airtimes Lap Bar Ejectors

This is one of the best coasters around if you are in the front left seat. Any other seat and it’s pretty mediocre. The front left hangs you out so wide on the first banked turn and you can noted see the track at all. If there’s any way you can ask to be sat in this seat, ask, because it makes it an entirely different experience.
