Bonne suprise ! Situation Fun Déception !
Okay. So maybe Th13teen didn't live up to it's expectations. The marketing was a huge flop, and thats why it left people dissappointed. Personally, I didn't find it disappointing. I thought I was a nice fun experience, really like the location and the surprise still gets me. Even if it didn't live up to how it was marketed as, it's still a nice fun family coaster. It's very well themed too.

First Drop Bonne suprise ! Fun Trop court
Come on guys, what do you expect? It's the worlds first dive coaster. The drop is by far the best drop in the park. It really is fantastic. Okay, so it is very short, but it's short but sweet. Its no nonsense, and gets straight to the point. And thats what makes Oblivion for me.

Théma Chef d'oeuvre Ejectors Temps mort
This is a perfect fit for the Towers. The theming is world class, best theming in the UK for sure, it's suprisingly intense for a wooden family coaster, the way it whips you around some of those elements, and you get some incredible ejector. And that centrepiece, Big Bob, is an absoloute masterpiece. Wickerman is really more of an experience that just a coaster. You have that pre-show, fab pre-show by the way, then you board your train and start the ride, everything about Wickerman is really immersive. There are a couple of dead spots, for example that long flat turnaround, but even I didnt really mind that. Overall, Wickerman is an unmissable experience and is a true Alton Towers masterpiece.

Launch Fun Ejectors Vibrations Trop court Harnais
Definitely the most underrated ride at Towers. Sure it doesn't match up to all the other rides there but to me I think its quite overhated. That hydraulic launch is nice and intense, which is obviously expected from a hydraulic launch, and those hills actually gave me some ejector airtime. It is very short, and I'm not a huge fan of the restraints, and it isn't the smoothest ride, but I do think it is overhated. Rita always gives me a nice fun experience and thats what I mainly look for in a coaster.

Airtimes Théma Inversions Vibrations
I have never smiled so much in my life while on a ride. The Smiler is relentless. Every element is just bam, bam bam, with only a short break in the middle. Those two air time hills are magic. And the theme is absoloutely fantastic. Towers have done wonders once more. I could listen to that soundtrack on end. Simply Amazing. Also the thing just looks intimidating, and thats what I love about it. It is a little rough towards the end but I'm willing to look past that. There are so much more pros than cons. I have truly been corrected. Smile Always.
