    Confort Fun

It's aight. Nice and smooth, and a pretty good people-eater for a park that mostly has low-capacity stuff. It's cute and fun, but also pretty short and middling as far as B&Ms go. I'm just happy it's finally open after like 3 years of waiting.

    Théma Fun Longueur

Very fun mine train with some fantastic scenery and theming. Seeing all the prop animals in the beautiful landscaping makes for a very fun ride, with a fair bit of re-rideability to catch anything you might have missed.

    Théma Vitesse Chef d'oeuvre

Probably the best example of how theming can elevate a very mild/middling layout into something as memorable and fun as the most intense gigas or hybrids. While I wish the ride was a bit more on the intense side, it really is something special as it is.

    Théma Situation Fun Vibrations Inconfort

It's fun and well themed, but it was much rougher than I remember it being when I rode the right side 6 years ago. I don't know if they got different cars or something, or if I've just gotten older, but it came as a bit of a surprise to me.

    Situation Temps mort Layout

Really really scenic coaster with some stunning views, but that's kinda the only thing it has going for it. If it wasn't for the views you get, the only bright spot of the ride would be the little bit of airtime you get on the couple of hills.

Pretty good as far as Wild Mouse coasters go, I guess. But it's still a Wild Mouse so it's nothing crazy.

Cute kiddie coaster with nice lego theming. Nothing too crazy, but still really cute.

    First Drop Intensité Ejectors Débit

Still that incredible Raptor clone layout of non-stop, withering elements; but with a bit of historical air-racing theming of local flavor. Pretty much all bits of commentary given to Stunt Pilot's sister Raptors apply here as well, both good and bad (-e.g. layout and capacity respectively)

    Théma Situation Fun Temps mort

Really cute, albeit mild ride that's basically just a delivery system for that trademark Disney theming. If you manage to get a ride during the fireworks display, you'll be treated to some gorgeous, if fleeting, views of the display from angles not normally seen by most Disney patrons.

    Harnais Temps mort

Ride was pretty boring, and had totally unnecessary OTSRs that made the ride experience even more unenjoyable than it already was.

A bit rough, but this CCI woodie delivers mad airtime. Definitely was not expecting to enjoy this one was much as I did, but that airtime was just too good.

  • Evangelion Martini

Chef d'oeuvre Ejectors Baffes Trop court Layout

The ride kinda blows; but it's literally one of the most important coasters ever built, the first Arrow Corkscrew. This ride may be relocated, but it's still the same coaster that blew minds at Knott's in 1975 when it opened as the first modern inverting roller coaster. If you made the drive to this park, you might as well pay your respects and feel the history on the first Corkscrew. Also if you sit in the very back you get some nice ejector on the first drop.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Airtimes First Drop Théma

A much smoother CCI than the other woodie in the park, which is almost certainly due to the RMC topper track that was added in 2010 (RMC's HQ is literally a 10 minute drive away from the park btw, just in case you want to grab a pic or something). The airtime hills are super gnar in the back, and the earthquake theme even comes through in the form of all the tunnels you dive into. Tons of fun, and definitely worth a few re-rides if you can manage it.

Bonne suprise ! Intensité Fluidité Débit

Was honestly floored by this ride. This was my first Giant Inverted Boomerang, and I got off of it wondering how this model didn't take the world by storm with legions of clones like other older Vekoma models (cost probably). The ride is shockingly smooth for a Vekoma from this time period (not sure if other GIBs are this smooth), and everything from the first drop to getting winched back into the station is pure pulse-pounding fun. You'd think the part where you're winched up the other tower before being dropped backwards would be a deadspot like it is on the other Boomerang models, but it's so short on the GIB that you barely have enough time to catch your breath before you're navigating the course backwards. Incredible ride, and probably one of the best shuttle coasters I've ever been on. Also really great for re-rides/marathoning despite its intensity because of how smooth it is, but don't expect to be able to on a busy day with that shuttle coaster capacity.

Neat classic woodie that's fun for a ride or two, but has got a bit of that old woodie rattle.

Standard fare spinning coaster, nothing too special here.

Classic Schwarzkopf double looper that delivers on the trademark intensity as it goes through its intense, high-G loops (especially in the back seat), and fun helices.

Lap Bar Launch Hangtime Trop court Débit

The original Premier Sky Rocket 2, Discovery Kingdom's Superman is fun little ride with a lot to offer. Having fun launches, both backward and forward, and a memorable heartline roll at the apex that gives great hangtime with those lapbars, this compact ride is definitely worth a ride or two. However, this install being at a larger park compared to some of the other Sky Rocket 2s out there really shows how poor the capacity of this model is. Prepare for this ride to probably have the longest wait in the park, often hitting 90-120 minutes on peak days (Which you may not really want to wait for if you've ridden 1 or more of the other Sky Rocket 2s out there, the ride experience is the exact same).

Lap Bar Launch Ejectors Vibrations Inconfort

The launch, and resulting ejector airtime over the top hat at the start are stellar; but Wicked has a wicked rattle, unfortunately. The ride and layout is still tons of fun, but there is a bit of discomfort that's always there as you shake, rattle and roll your way through the course. However, the ride is more than fun enough to make up for it. Be sure to ride if you can, unless you're particularly sensitive or something.

First Drop Lap Bar Hangtime Vibrations

I was expecting the beyond vertical drop to be my favorite part of the ride going in, but the hangtime this thing delivers totally stole the show for me. The layout also delivers good forces; but most of the elements, especially that funky "Lagoon roll", seem to be tailored to make sure you're dangling by that lap bar. There's a little bit of a rattle, but it's not enough to detract from the ride experience in any meaningful way. Totally worth making the drive to SLC for, in my opinion.

    Fun Fluidité Longueur Débit Harnais

The ride is a cute, fun multilaunch dueling coaster that's got some intensity, but isn't too intense for the whole family. It's definitely worth the wait, but the capacity seems to be very low at the moment (300ish per hour as of the December 21st soft opening); Six Flags seems to be aware of this though, and have opted to go with the comfort collars, which suck, to speed up dispatch times. Whether capacity improves as the ride ops become more experienced with the ride remains to be seen, but it's likely.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Déception ! Temps mort

Supremely boring Wild Mouse that almost seems like it's trying due to the pre-show and theming, but ends up just being a low-effort joke on the actual ride itself where very few elements of the theming come through at all. It's literally just another Wild Mouse, but inside of an almost dark room that plays gunshot and train noises.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Théma Inversions Intensité

Your typical B&M Floorless coaster but with some dope theming on top. The course has you navigate the layout while being sprayed by mist and encountering some pyrotechnics along the way. You can also visit Scream! at Magic Mountain for the same exact layout albeit mirrored, a bizzaro Bizzaro of sorts.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Fun Débit Fiabilité

While S&S Free Spins can be fun, this one has issues. The queue set-up they have for this ride takes ages, and the park procedure has the ops be sticklers about literally anything in your pocket; it's not even just phones, myself as well as some other people I saw were kicked out of line for having stuff like chap stick and candy in their pockets. If that wasn't annoying enough, the ride literally broke down 8 times while I was in queue/on the ride, often stranding people on the ride for like 20 minutes while maintenance crews attempted to get the ride moving again. From my conversations with the ride-ops it would seem that such unreliability is the normal operations of this ride, with all of them saying that Joker is the shittiest ride to work and maintain in the park due to how often it goes down. Unless you're that dedicated for the credit, I'd probably avoid this one.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Inversions Intensité

It's another Batman clone. While they're absolutely everywhere, they're still really fun rides; as pretty much all inverts are from my experience. It really does just kinda feel like the B&M Inverted coaster can do no wrong. Worth a ride even if you've ridden the others.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Trop court Lap Bar

Kinda lame, and definitely and the lower end of the dark rides I've been on. Got stapled pretty hard by the lapbar which probably sucked any of the fun that might have been in the ride out for me.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Airtimes First Drop Layout

Incredible B&M Hyper that's probably the best out of all the hypers I've been on, even managing to come close to some of the gigas that I've ridden. The layout on this thing is just so cool which, combined with the trademark insane floater that all the B&M Hypers have, makes this one of the most memorable rides I've ridden. The hammerhead turn, the helix, and all the airtime hills are just an absolute blast. This one is worth re-ride after re-ride, which you'll probably be able to get with how lightning quick the ops are on this thing.

  • Evangelion Martini

    Inversions Bonne suprise ! Layout

Was surprised by how much I liked this one. While it's not as smooth as Riddler's Revenge at Magic Mountain (probably the best stand-up coaster in the world), I would definitely not call Green Lantern uncomfortable or painful at all. The layout is among the best out of the all the B&M Stand-Up coasters and their Floorless conversions, plus the unique forces that you sustain while standing are always fun. Kinda funny how a ride I expected to hate ended up being my #4 at the entire park.

  • Evangelion Martini

Inversions Confort Intensité Temps mort Layout

A really fun and smooth B&M Flying Coaster that has just about all you would expect from a coaster of this model, including the notorious pretzel loop. However compared to other B&M flyers like Tatsu, which builds up to the pretzel loop as a sort of grand finale kind of thing, Superman basically blows its load and does the loop almost immediately after the drop. It's not like the pretzel loop is bad on this ride, but it's more that it's like the rest of the ride after almost feels like an afterthought when the best/most intense part of the ride is right at the beginning. Ride in the back for the most intensity through the pretzel loop.
