Deceptively mild although the climb is pretty freaky! Pretty smooth with mild head banging but worth it for awesome inversions. It looks way more intimidating than it is. I can ride this one plenty of times in a row although will admit that it stokes mild nausea. Definite 7/10.

This was my first serious coaster. Before Wicked Cyclone, I had ridden some mild wooden coasters (and Pandemonium), but nothing like WC, and I could not be happier that WC was my first. Made me love inversions, smoothest ride in the park, and a terrifying (but epic) drop. My friend lied to me and said this ride was “less scary than Batman” in order to get me to go on. It is NOT less scary than Batman, but in retrospect I am so glad this was my starting point. WC set my expectations high. They definitely staple you into this ride, but tbh that makes it feel safer to me- the lap bar is secure and needed for such a steep drop.
