Sleeper hit of the park for us and we nearly skipped it! Capacity is poor, but worth a 40-60 min queue. Novel ride mech, incredible theming, really top drawer family ride. Quality up with/better than Disney/universal

Amazed this isn’t rated higher. For me this ride is crafted with the care you normally get at Universal or Disney. Excellent theming, really fun launches, zero rattle compared to the other reviewers’ experiences. In the dark ride section there is one sight light that needs to be addressed. We rode this in the rain at night and it was really special for our first ride. Then the penguin freezer to exit!

Really great intense inverted coaster. The tunnels and intense whipped inversions are fantastic. Worth a slightly slower first drop to be on the front, as the terrain interactions are way better with a clear view.

Left/ right, purple/blue/red, all similar, all flirting with the wrong side of uncomfortable. Retro, nostalgia, creaking, racing, bunny hops. Our first run (left, blue) was smoother than the second (right, purple), and I wouldn’t rush to lap it multiple times. But wonderful that it still exists and still provides the smiles. Maybe a few bruises too, but worth it… just!

Impossible to queue for the front row, or even wait for front row, despite being a platinum pass holder. For me the experience anywhere else on an inverted coaster is at least a star below the front. In the middle seats, middle rows you can’t appreciate any leg choppers or the terrain interactions. It’s just like being whipped around in a tumble dryer, with stuff happening to you. Or happening at you. I believe Nemesis Reborn is the most over-rated coaster in the country, and possibly on the entire planet. And I know how outrageous some people will find that assertion. It’s fine. But it’s not Montu, or Katun, or even Nemesis Inferno.

110 min wait for hippogriff. Express got me straight on row 10/11. Way better than my memory of Orlando. Drop fun, and helix has little bit of force. Still too short to recommend even a walk-on. I mean crazily short. Express here is much more preferential than in Orlando, where we waited 25 mins with Express and were furious at how poor it was.

Jurassic Flyers has a very good ride mechanism: a powered coaster which can spin and provides an excellent family level experience. The aviary is a good palace for it, and the interactions with the mountain are good. However it is totally let down by terrible lack of themeing. The first part is over and very close to a steel walkway. This takes away any possible vertigo. Then you loop an empty animal enclosure, then empty rock tunnels. There are alcoves for animatronics, or even still models, or these days even modern screens. But they are empty. The walkways could be camouflaged or removed (presumably not, due to safety). Massive missed opportunity compared to Athur which was a real surprise at Europapark and a sleeper hit. It was one of our favourite rides even though we had no idea who Arthur or his minimoys were. I had read about the Flyers theming defect and tried to approach this optimistically given our positive view on Arthur. But it was every bit as bad, or worse than I’d read. Could be best family coaster at universal if done properly (Hagrids is too thrilling for a family coaster). Sadly, given its popularity (120 mins standard wait) I see no sign that Universal will have any incentive to fulfil its potential. Disney would do better. Would be a great ride system for monsters inc door themed coaster…

Front row at night was a great first experience of this ride. Really good launch, intense loop very smooth transitions. Not as rattly as hulk and zero headbanging. Lap bars would be even better than the harness for airtimes. But very re-rideable. I don’t think hulk is more intense just more uncomfortable! At the back you get some nice airtime after the MCBR.

Terrible operations really affect this park. Even a walkthrough queue jump lap took me over 20 mins. Also smells bad. Nice coaster though with a brilliant first drop. I was really stapled in which mean I got no airtime from any of the follow-up elements, sadly.
