Even with the music, animation, and fire all down, and only one train being used, it was still incredible from beginning to end. It isnt perfect, especially with the crazy headbanging at the end basically making you lean forward and the obvious unreliability of the effects, but that is not enough to make it anything less than 5 stars because it is just so dang good. The first drop made me feel like I would die, the backflips were great, and it was just chaotic fun from start to end.

I'm conflicted. On one hand, this ride (back row, hot day) was about 5 million times as intense as I remember the Thunder side being when I rode it last year. On the other hand, it is Rough with a capital R, and the speed combined with that roughness led to me actually having a pretty bad headache by the time the ride ended. Granted, there could be other factors that contributed to that, but either way this is a really rough ride.

It’s really fun, but it definitely shows it’s age in how rough and jerky it can be at times. It’s a weird comparison, but it kinda reminds me of Steel...

It’s really fun, but it definitely shows it’s age in how rough and jerky it can be at times. It’s a weird comparison, but it kinda reminds me of Steel Dragon 2000 at Nagashima Spaland in how it’s greatest strengeth is also it’s worst weakness: it legitimately feels like it wants to kill you.

It’s genuinely one of the most fun and reridable coasters I’ve ever been on, and I actually feel like making it more intense would make it less addicting. The only real con that I can think of is that it could use a tad more airtime.

This is a surprisingly forceful and fun woodie. It sucks that they removed the buzz bars, but I am small enough that the lap bar still acted a lot like a buzz bar. It's unsurprisingly a bit rough and typically has surprisingly long lines, but if the line isn't too long it's worth the ride.

This ride is super fun. The first launch is very punchy, you get WHIPPED over that top hat in the back, the cobra roll made me gray out, and that flying snake dive is about as fun as it sounds, especially with how high up it is. There are even some head-choppers as you zip back to the station. The capacity is also surprisingly good with the duel station. As for cons, the harness isn't ideal, it has a slight rattle, and, even though it is relatively long for an Intamin Xcelerator, it is still a bit too short. It's an elite ride though. Also, the logo is insanely cool.

Hersheypark Rip Ride Rockit! is a very unique and fun ride. It is relentless with the inversions and has some strong positive Gs (I grayed-out multiple times), but there was a noticeable rattle and the harness isn't ideal. All-in-all, it's a solid ride but not an absolute must-do.

I went into Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Fuji Adventure with pretty low expectations, but I was quite impressed. It’s only a family coaster, and I’d expect better theming for it, but the ride itself was surprisingly fun and forceful. It’s not going to fight with the other giants of Fuji-Q, but it absolutely deserves to be a part of the park. Also the first launch was shockingly punchy for some reason. Best hold onto those handlebars tight.

This ride is evil. It starts in the dark with a drop, barrel roll, and launch, and from there it is a bunch of inversions broken up by the steepest operating drop in the world. It’s fun, and undeniably very forceful. The only real con that I can think of is that the restraints aren’t great.

It absolutely tears through it’s layout and leaves you breathless and wondering what the heck happened when you hit the brake run. It was running one train ops for some reason and I did bang my head on the headrest when I sat on the outside seat, but that does very little to hurt this amazing ride.

It has great theming and fits in perfectly, but let’s be real it is basically a wild mouse with a vertical loop. It is a tad rattley but not unbearable. The restraints also prevent tall people from riding it. All-in-all, it’s fun but far from perfect, but it makes the already great park better with it’s theming and by scratching the thrill itch in a park that focuses far more on theming. Also Disney works with Intamin what?!

This ride is just plain scary. A giga monster, and the longest coaster in the world. It is very fast from beginning to end, and keeps hamming you with airtime (floater to start, but ejector and headchoppers later on). It also feels pretty sketchy, largely due to the rattle. The rattle is kind of a double edged blade; it makes it feel dangerous and thrilling but also pretty uncomfortable. Either way, the world’s longest coaster (until Falcon’s Flight I guess) is a great time. Also, it technically has a maximum height limit of 6-1, but but my brother is 6-4 and was allowed on with no issues so they seem pretty lenient about that.

Another mad underrated ride. To be clear, I am rating this as a ride, as in the whole package, not just as a coaster. The theming is cool, the pacing is phenomenal, and it is generally just a really chaotic and great time. Best wildmouse that I’ve been on in a landslide.

For a 100 year old coaster this thing is fairly smooth and seriously powerful (in the back row at least). I genuinely got some of the craziest airtime all day on this, which the buzzbar helped with. The only cons are its repitition and short length (it seems that Kennywood in general struggles with length).

This one is intresting because it isnt the tallest coaster in the park, it doesnt have any inversions, and even watching a POV had me like, “… that’s it?” Riding it is another story. First off, I love the trains. They look cool, they are glass smooth, and the restraints probably couldnt staple you if you tried. The lifthill is long and gives a good view of the park. One it actually drops (which gave a solid whip in the back) you notice how insanely fast it is. It literthad tears streaming out of my eyes from the sheer speed. After the straight track. There is a solid airtime hill, and an even taller drop. Then it slams you with positive Gs and drops a few times, and then it goes full ejector mode for the rest of the ride. All in all, it rides way better then you’d expect.

This is a really fun and aggressive ride from beginning to end, and if it were dueling it would be an easy 5/5, but it didnt for me. That really sucks because it feels like a very easily fixable issue that would make the ride 10x better (just look to West Coast Racers in the same park), but for some reason they didnt do it. I guess the cool colors of the wood and tracks bump it up a bit, but it loses that when you realize that it is a parking lot coaster. Still a fun ride, and that stall on green was probably the best stall I’ve been on.
