First Drop Smoothness Hangtime Dead spots Intensity Reliability
Like most dive coasters, the drops on Dr. D were the only things that gave me any kind of thrill. The ride was pleasant and smooth, but it feels more like a family coaster than a "thrill ride." It's not a coaster that makes me say, "Wow, I gotta ride this again." One and done. Even with Flash Pass, I had to wait 70 minutes because it broke down three times while I was in line.

Theming Fun Layout Harness Dead spots
Best Dive Coaster, easily. The theming and preshow might be some of the best I've seen this side of Orlando (how they made it happen, I have no idea, but mad respect nevertheless) and it leads you to a layout that has enough Sauce in the execution to be an overall enjoyable ride, not just for that first drop. The inversions work, the airtime works, and the laterals exist. The execution is too lacking to reach the upper tier of coaster experiences, but it's very competently made and feels genuinely meaningful. As for the vest restraints, let's just say Dr. Diabolical should get into selling binders instead of youth potions.

First Drop Theming Duration Too short
Six flags, shockingly, nailed the theming on this one. I hope they keep up with cool pre-shows and such in the future, I was really impressed with the queue theming on Flight of Courage but this eclipses that completely. My mom even loved this one! I wish it was a bit longer though. The first drop is pretty great and that final helix is awesome!

First Drop Layout Dead spots
Was surprised at the dead spot in the new coaster but that first drop is amazing but wish they would let you go through on the second one like Sheikra does

First Drop Capacity Inversions Too short
Excellent addition to SFFT! First drop is excellent, among the best I've done. Pacing is great, decent forces, very re-rideable. Queue theming is the best Six Flags has done.

First Drop Theming Smoothness Too short
The front row for smoothness; the back row (especially the far right seat) for intensity. I like the first drop, but I do wish it was taller. I guess they were trying to make this more family friendly, but the theming hypes you up for the most extreme thrill of your life...which it is not. Still a very solid and fun rollercoaster though.
