Kids coasters should not be this uncomfortable, janky as you like. Genuinely one of the worst rides going, and the trains are ridiculously small, I know it's a kids ride but this is just stupid. Utterly crap even by the lowest of standards

These Intamin SLCs are a rare breed, and the reason for that is clearly because they're rubbish. Tornado is rough, uncomfortable and actually pretty boring, the layout really doesn't do a lot other than shake, the exception being that the loops pull some good force. The trains are poor as well, not comfortable at all and the seat belt off to the side is weird. Its an ugly ride too, the station looks like a disused warehouse. Glad that Intamin stick to what they're good at these days

These Maurer Sky Loops are clearly a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. Abismo, with the extended layout, was much better than I was expecting and really rather enjoyable. The hangtime is obviously crazy, though not very comfortable with the big restraints, and its pretty intense throughout. Though its the airtime in the back that is the star, the whip down the drop is great, the airtime hill is full ejector and the double down into the station is another nice pop. It didn't run too badly either, the back wasn't completely smooth but the front was absolutely fine. Honestly quite underrated I think

What an awesome spinner this is, really good layout with some really intense moments throughout, a huge first drop, and another great drop through a tunnel later in the ride. I got some excellent spin action as well, best to have 2 big people go backwards up the lift with as little weight going forwards as possible. There were a couple jolty moments which were quite uncomfortable but generally it ran well and the brakes weren't too harsh. Awesome ride, probably second only to Dragons Fury in terms of traditional spinners for me

I compare Coaster Express to the Big One, they have a lot in common. Both very large, both very rough and both very boring. Its such a waste of a big coaster when it does literally nothing in terms of force. Bizarrely the roughest moments are actually when the train is high up and moving slower, the valleys aren't too bad but some bits are shocking. A truly terrible ride and not one I'd ever rush to do again

I really enjoy these Youngstar coasters, they're a perfect family coaster. Very smooth, and with enough size to give a bit of airtime and some reasonable force as well. Super enjoyable and very rerideable as well

My first Batman clone, and to be honest I was pretty disappointed. For a cloned layout, it is quite strong, and very intense. But it rode pretty bad, my first ride was terrible and very uncomfortable, but fortunately the second was a bit better. Still a very average ride though

Well this was an awesome surprise, superman is fantastic. A proper old school B&M and on a big scale, loads of intensity and some really great moments throughout. The loop is very powerful and I really enjoyed the cobra roll as well. 2 great floater hills give the ride some good diversity, which i really like rather than endless intensity. Awesome first drop too, really good pull in the back. There is a bit of a rattle but honestly I didn't think it was bad at all, I round it really rerideable. It could maybe do with a facelift, some paint and a bit more in the station would go a long way I think. Really great ride though and one of the top B&Ms in Europe!

I went into GCE with sort of low expectations. Taiga was elite but Toutatis disappointed me, so I wasn't sure how I'd find it. I'm very pleased to say that this is also an elite ride, its all go from start to end and every element hits so well. I love a diverse ride, and GCE has pretty much everything, its intense, the hangtime is insane, and the airtime is fantastic, particularly the hill after the top hat, and the top hat itself. Unlike toutatis, the trim doesn't spoil the top hat, you get pretty wild airtime in the front and the back. The launches were all really punchy, much prefer a ride like this without a multipass launch, you feel them so much more. It also runs super smooth, and those Intamin trains are just great. Had it been just a bit longer, perhaps a helix and a final roll at the end, it may well have been my number 1, as it stands its just below my top tier of Helix/Taiga/Ride to Happiness but theres no doubt that GCE is still one of Europe's top coasters and an awesome ride for Parque Warner

Dear god Rita has gone seriously to the dogs. Even the launch sucked on my last ride, and it's terribly rough and uncomfortable. Combine this latest disappointment with the awful ops and I have now decided that there's literally nothing going for it at all, other than one day they can close it and send all the parts to Thorpe Park to sustain Stealth a bit longer!

New Nemmy has gained 3 things since it's redo. The amazing new theming, even more crazy intensity, and a terribly annoying rattle. Yes, somehow this basically brand new version is more rattly than it's 28 year old predecessor. You can look up and watch the wheel hubs shake throughout the layout, which is not what you want on a fully overhauled attraction. One train is definitely worse than the other, however both have got worse over time so it's certainly not great from B&M. Fortunately the ride is redeemed somewhat by the amazing theming job, everything from the new soundtrack to the station is excellent, and all effects are still working as of the end of September. The layout of course is still excellent as well, the reprofiled zero g roll being the highlight, and it's feet-numbingly intense in numerous places, particularly in the afternoon on the back row. The new queue line is rather irritating, views are great but man it's a trek now even with the extensions closed. Can't take anything away from the awesome layout and forces but unfortunately the ride experience is a shadow on it's former self now, arguably it isn't even the best B&M in forbidden valley!

I'm really not sure why these 2 duelling alpine coasters even exist. The whole point of an alpine coaster is one that uses terrain, whereas this one is 80-odd feet in the air on crazy big supports for a ride of it's tyoe. If the insanely long ramp up to the station (presumably you can't ride up the lift hill because the restraints aren't good enough for that) doesn't tell you that these don't belong in theme parks, the shocking capacity will. Whilst they run very smoothly, the layout is uninspiring and quite sluggish until right at the very end. The views are very nice however, one benefit of an elevated queue line I suppose. A bizarre attraction and not one I hope ends up anywhere else.

Wakala is a strange ride. It's not bad by any means, the layout is quite interesting and the sudden speed up on the drive tyre lift hill is quirky, but it's another standard family coaster in a park that already had a family coaster, and one that is superior at that. This made it a peculiar choice and just a bit pointless really, Huracan is by far the better ride. I think Bellewearde would've been better off going for something different, an intamin family launch coaster would've been a better fit. As far as Wakala goes, i like the layout and it's comfortable, though a bit rattly which is quite unusual for a Gerstlauer family coaster. Probably a case of the right ride in the wrong park

Huracan is surely one of Europe's biggest hidden gems, this little family coaster is awesome! Excellently themed station with tonnes of atmosphere, some cool dark ride scenes first thing as well, reminded me a bit of the Dragon coasters at the Legoland parks. The coaster section starts with a few dips outside before going back in to an admittedly short but really fun and super smooth indoor layout with some excellent snappy turns and a great sense of speed, plus some lasers for good measure. The onboard audio is really cool as well and adds a lot to the ride, what is otherwise quite a simple family coaster is elevated massively by all the details they've given it. Really fun ride, best in the park and properly underrated it seems!

This mighty Pinfari wasn't as bad as i was expecting, it actually ran quite smooth on the rails but its still very janky, so not comfortable. Quite intense in places, particularly the loop. Does at least look nice, the repaint and british aesthetic is fun. Could definitely have been a lot worse

My 200th credit! Not the 200 I was expecting however I'm really quite pleased it ended up being this very unique and fun ride. It has quite the history being the former Space Invader from Blackpool before ending up in the westcountry. Theres some nice fun theming and some effects at various points in the layout, and then the rest of it is in almost complete darkness, which makes it feel really fast. Ran very well too, really smooth and very comfortable. Quite short but probably long enough when you can't see where you're going. Great fun and I'd say one of the most underrated coasters in the country!

There is one word for Lisebergbanan, and that word is fun. Seemingly endless fun, as it goes on and on and on, relentlessly, the way it keeps it's speed is just fantastic, and because the transitions on this 38 year old ride are quite rustic, you get thrown around in the best way possible all the way back down the hill. The majority of the coaster is fast paced turns and big helixes, one of which is really big as it drops down the hillside. There's also a couple of nice pops of airtime, which are best on the front row I think, but the ride is awesome in any seat. It's also unbelievably smooth, there is not a hint of rattle, roughness or shake at all anywhere on the layout, just the funky transitions, and that's pretty nuts for such an old ride. And possibly the most crazy thing of all is the capacity, up to 5 trains and upwards of 2000 people per hour means that queue moves pretty much endlessly. Honestly, every park should have a ride like Lisebergbanan, it's so quirky and it might well be the most endearing coaster going. Pure unadulterated fun

I think i've come full circle with Balder. I loved it, I found it a bit dull, and then I loved it again. Don't get me wrong, nothing has changed with the turns, they're still pretty much forceless, but airtime is clearly what they went for and airtime is what you get, every hill is flojector and a couple are a bit more like ejector, but they all hit. The turns would absolutely benefit from being less banked, some good laterals would have been a very easy way to make them a bit more interesting, but I do think over time they will improve as the ride ages, it had a full retrack not long ago so they feel almost too smooth, a bit of shake would actually be a good feature here! I do have to mention the first drop too, it's so steep and the long train really pulls you down in the back row, it's super fun. Focus on the airtime and it is very easy to enjoy Balder, it's just great fun

Helix, in my humble opinion, is just about as close to perfect as a ride can be. This layout is just unbelievable in it's diversity, you experience pretty much every type of force imaginable, crushing positives, lateral whip, floaty hangtime and utterly addictive airtime, Helix has it all, and in perfect proportions as well. The positives are focussed on the mid-ride helix and the crazy intense Norwegian loop, both those moments give me the tingling in your feet sensation in a big way. The first corkscrew and the inverted top hat shine for their hangtime, they are traversed at the perfect speed to float through them. The zero g roll into the hard left turn are really whippy and the left transition really throws you quite aggressively, and the final heartline roll also pulls you through at a great speed. Then there's the airtime, oh man the AIRTIME, there's a few great moments but that final massive ejector hill might just be my favourite element on any coaster, it sends you every single time. I know many complain about the launches, and it's true they aren't very powerful, but i just don't care, they give the ride the speed it needs for that awesome layout to shine, they're simply there for a purpose, just like a lift hill. What a stunning location for a coaster too, the way it winds up and down the hillside, utilising the terrain so well, is awesome, and there's some stunning views to be had on the ride too. To top it off, it runs pretty smooth, just a hint of a Mack rattle but nothing to be bothered by, operations are awesome, and it always seems to have the best staff running it, everyone in Sweden is lovely anyway but the Helix teams always stand out. I adore this ride and I adore the park that made it happen, Helix and Liseberg never fail to wow me

A great example of a powered coaster, the presentation is exquisite Tivoli Gardens all over, looks amazing in it's spot in the park. Runs very smooth and pretty intense too for one of these, gets up to a great speed on the return run to the station. 3 lap special as well. Good fun and a great family coaster for the park

Rutschebanen, on a grey December day in 2019, was the coaster that got me into coasters. 6 years on, I got to return and ride the ride where it all started, 195 coasters richer. So a special day already. But this wonderful attraction, 111 years old, still with the onboard brakeman, is one of the theme park world's diamonds. It's not tall, it's not very long, it is very simple, but it runs so smooth, the brakemen are such showmen, and the airtime is absolutely no joke. A back row on Rutschebanen with those tiny lap bars which come nowhere near you is one of the most fun things you can do anywhere, you're tossed around and up out of your seat, landing back down on those hard wooden benches before going all over again on the next drop. It's clear Tivoli Gardens takes amazing care of the ride, it looks in pristine shape just as it did 6 years ago, and just how it does i'm sure every year. If you've never done it, you should do it, it's one of the great joys and privileges of coaster enthusiasm to experience such a fantastic piece of history
