It's a very fun family coaster. I enjoyed this more than Cheetuh Hunt (is that okay?). I loved the theming and the spinning cars. Each of the three rides I did was different. So fun to be facing the car behind or in front of you and wave while laughing. The first part of the coaster is a little underwhelming, and overall, it's too short, but it's hard to deny the big smile I had after riding each time.

Cobra's Curse is a unique, fun spinning coaster that uses spinning in an out-of-the-box way, completing one section locked forward, one section locked backward, and one section free-spinning. Sadly, I didn't get much spinning during the free-spinning section of my ride though. All of the elements are enjoyable, but no one stands out above the others. The theming is very good. The capacity is quite bad, as with most other short-train coasters. The reliability also seems quite bad, with the ride utilizing all of a transfer table, and moving station (complete with electronic eyes!), an elevator lift, and a drive tire lift all on the same ride. After only having seen the elevator lift initially, I was already suspecting that reliability could be an issue. Sure enough, it broke down for a short period while I was queueing and then was down almost all day on my second day in the park. The track profiling is smooth, but like seemingly so many other Mack coasters, there is a very prevalent rattle that you can both feel and hear. I find it rather annoying, but it doesn't cause any pain or result in a headache.

It was very smooth and overall felt like someone was rocking you to sleep. Very nice, but I could see Busch ripping it out and putting something more reliable and worth the money there

The forward-facing part isn't particularly novel, and the backward-facing part is too short, but the spinning part, that's where it's at. It's genuinely so fun going through those horseshoes spinning....

because this is a "family coaster", there's not much mack rides could do on this one. it does spin and is very smooth, also that hairpin-banked turn is probably one of the best banks i have experience...

I recently took my first rides on Cobra's Curse after having watched several videos of it online and building up my anticipation... The ride is ''ok'' and best described as a family coaster in my opinion. Those with motion sickness may not enjoy this ride, but otherwise it's a nice ride with plenty of cool immersive visuals in the lead-up to the ride.

This was better than I thought except it gave me an upset stomach due to motion sickness when I wasn’t facing the direction of motion. The lift from station to top of the ride was really fun and different and I’m glad it wasn’t a free spin but it would be better with no spinning at all.

This is the ideal family roller coaster. It has plenty of gimmicks that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike, and it combines appealing theming with mild thrills. The elevator lift and free spinning are always a blast, and the main snake king statue is gorgeous. The first and last sections offer fun thrills for the whole family, though the backwards section is admittedly janky. This balance is important for this type of ride, and not many kiddie coasters nail it like this. The ride tends to get a long line and have reliability issues, but the queue can keep you entertained for a long time. This is a well-made ride that nails everything a family ride should and it was a great addition to the park back in 2016.

I don't really like spinning coasters, but this was pretty enjoyable and certainly unique. I'd skipped it the first two times I went to BGT, but Montu was down and there were no lines for CC so my daughter and I gave it a whirl (literally) and had a good time. Probably my least favorite coaster in the park (Air Grover doesn't count), but that speaks more to the quality of other coasters. Cobra's Curse is a good ride...no more, no less.

Joli coaster familial avec une thématisation sympa de la file d'attente. Il possède un parcours assez surprenant et inattendu avec l'élévateur vertical et la partie en arrière. Lors de mon passage la partie en "free spinning" que j'ai lue dans d'autres commentaires n'était pas active. Dommage car ça aurait apporté encore plus de diversité au ride. On regrettera également la courte durée du layout ainsi que la présence non négligeable de vibrations.

This is a really solid family coaster with some great elements and theming. The elevator lift is both a spectacle to watch and a great way to tie into the rides story, and the theming throughout the queue and ride are superb. I think the forwards section of the ride is quite good and surprisingly intense, but the backwards section is pretty lame and the spinning one is hit or miss. I'd say this ride is definitely worth doing at least once, though I don't think I'll rush to reride. 6/10 - apparently the track is supposed to simulate riding along the cobra's tail??? That's awesome actually

This was such a fun coaster and very unique. I knew it was supposed to be a spinner but when I got on I was very confused as to why the train stayed facing forward during the 1st quarter of the duration. The initial elevator up is also very cool and such a fun way to start a ride. Once you hit that mid-course brake run, spin around, and take that lift hill backward it took on a whole new type of ride. The train becomes loose and spins during that last quarter of the ride and I was able to take some turns quickly while I was completely sideways. I did get a bit nauseous after I got off but I attribute that to not pacing myself during the day. I was able to take some Dramamine and got stabilized. Very fun and I recommend checking it out! 3.5/5 stars

Cobra's Curse is a great ride in my opinion, and my 3rd favorite at BGT. This is perhaps one of the most underrated coasters ever created. Its a very unique ride and very fun. It would be number one, but I took a star off because it didn't have any inversions or launches. I think if the ride was a Mack Extreme Spinner it would be a lot better. 4/5

Theming is probably the (only) best in the park for the Coasters. But it always has a long line and goes down intermittently. Of my few visits and rides, operations wouldn't even notify the ride was closed leaving a 45+ min queue just stationary in a closet small room

We hit this after Scorpion. Cheetah Hunt’s line was too long, So was Montu’s. I wanted to ride this, but the line was long, but we decided to just go in. I thought it was just going to be just another wild mouse coaster. It had a horrible capacity, but we finally got on the ride. After the elevator lift, we rode it. And it was awesome. It felt short, but going backwards and spinning around is just great. It was #2 when I went (I only rode 3), just behind Kumba. Don’t underestimate Cobra’s Curse. That thing’s kind of awesome.
