I love a good family ride, and this does just that. This needs a refresh, and the Vekoma trains on Vampire at Chessington would be perfect for that. This feels extremely outdated with the hard OTSR and the second I saw those I thought of this ride. Cedar Point, 2026 or 27?

I didn't have too much of a problem with the Premier restraints, just the capacity. It's a good ride, but not worth 80 minutes. The airtime is actually really powerful, and I would ride again once the queue dies down.

Goodbye, Rockit. You gave me some awesome rides, and great music. Sure, there was a rattle, but it just added to the intensity. There was a delightful palate of forces that I will miss forever. This redeems Vekoma. My one complaint was that the restraints came down awkwardly, but there was no headbanging and they would go down well on a younger kid, so I understand. Whatever they did to keep up the launch, it works because that was so amazingly punchy I was legitimately shocked. 11/10 for near-miss theming. Works well with that sweet layout. Bring on the Muppets! Can't wait to hear mama mama mama mama mama (Bohemian Rhapsody Muppets Cover) blaring in my ears.

I'll call it where I see it: this is by far and away the worst hyper I've done. Y'all are talking about underrated and I'm sitting here on the brake run wondering where the rest of the ride is. Heeeelllo, Hershey? Can we get a layout over here? I can't say it's bad, but I'd much rather ride any other hyper I've hated on in the past, seeing as they actually have decently long ride times. Another one for Hershey: Your ride is so short that when you run three trains, two of them stack in the brake run on every cycle. On every other hyper, three minute dispatches is bad, but with Candymonium being where and what it is, it's unacceptable. Just name it Goliath already, that's a fitting term for the B&M hyper that gets destroyed in my rankings by Six Flags America (Superman, Joker, & Firebird all whoop this kid).

When coaster enthusiast meets Disney adult... The queue alone makes it a top 3 ride in EPCOT, the first launch makes it top 3 in all of WDW, and by the time you hit the brakes it's your #1 family coaster of all time. Vekoma, please top this with another Disney project; the industry would be all the better for it. I don't know how this executes its layout flawlessly, but this has to be the best Marvel attraction ever created. Everybody wants to rule the world...

I had an absolutely elite 9 rides, SteVe has the best total package of any coaster I've ridden of my now 140 credits. I'm stereotypical, so obviously my #1. The ride crew was amazingly efficient, and 3 trains... My home park was Six Flags Over Georgia, so that's just epic for me. Mr. Schilke, thank you for this masterpiece.

I just had a life-changing experience in finding an RMC I find worse than Twisted Cyclone, and it made me so happy to no longer see my first RMC on the bottom of the list. This isn't a powerhouse, or particularly long. Even if you catch it later in the day, it just lacks the power that some of the bigger RMCs do. To be fair, it has some very good elements, the second half of the reverse cobra roll was giving death roll vibes, and the wave turn has some nice airtime. This has a powerhouse finale, coming off a graceful roll into some sharp airtime hills before the brakes cut you in half. Also restraints are awesome, better than new gen ones. Thanks for the #2 in my old home park, Alan!

Heck, I'll give it 5 for the Jojo roll. Each half (third?) of the ride starts off beautifully before devolving into whippy turns, but comes back to wow you for the finale. I don't understand why Six Flags hasn't started plopping these down at mid-tier parks, this is absolutely perfect for what it does. If I were Six Flags, I'd be shoving this and small-scale blitzes in every park that turns a profit. STOP HERE if you like your sanity, because I can yap about my home park all day. So, the JoJo roll may be the greatest inversion ever, taking such a slow, gradual roll with a restraint that has 1/4 a centimeter of give to just give you the full shock of what you just got yourself into. The pre-show is a nice break, I believe intended for faster dispatches but sadly made unnecessary in that department, yet still builds up to... the launch. Moving on, you hit that loop with a gut punch, and you can feel yourself falling towards the track in the center if you have enough room. The ejector hill and corkscrew afterwards are violent and awesome, showing off Copperhead's bite. The rest of this section is some filler track, but it heats back up as you plunge over the airtime hill into the second launch. Now this one's worth talking about, with acceleration through a sharp airtime hill that holds its own much better than the first launch. The next 15 seconds are the best part of the ride, flipping between floater hangtime and whip, with that twist-and-shout through the first loop being my favorite part of the ride. After this is filler track much like the first half (outside of one super whippy turn) that probably could have used another inversion instead of one of the many helices/banked turns that bring you to the finale. Three awesome ejector moments to take you into the brakes. And aw shucks, you're free from my glorification of #2 at Carowinds.

I miss the Intrimidator theming. I have seen the second greatest operation team ever on this, and evening groups often perform outstandingly. (Team was 22:00 October 5 2024. Think they got moved to Fury) Not my favorite hyper, but still a good ride. The post-midcourse and Tyler keep this from being 5 stars, but after my rides on Candymonium I can appreciate everything this brings to the park.
