This is a top tier coaster that should not be disappointing if you love quick transitions, plenty of ejector and positive g's. The first drop is decent and is pretty forceful if you sit in the back car. Going into the first turn has very high positive G's and there is a high chance of gray-out if you don't anticipate it. Then the ride proceds to try to throw you out of your seat over and over in every single airtime hill throughout the layout. The middle section is definitely the highlight where the track stays close to the ground but keeps twisting while going over bunny hills. The final turn is not much but acceptable since it leads into a last quick airtime moment before hitting the brakes. This coaster is a surprising beast of a thrill ride and sadly the only thing keeping it at a lower score is the length since from start to finish is roughly 50 seconds.

The first turn is pretty intense but not as much as this ride's red and yellow lookalike. The ride is very well paced and there are no dead spots or weakening airtimes. But the track needs to be warmed up in order to fully enjoy this ride.

One of the most fun coasters i have ever been on. Apart from the first drop and the first airtime hill, the whole ride is pure violence in the best possible way. An almost greyout right at the bottom ...

One of the most fun coasters i have ever been on. Apart from the first drop and the first airtime hill, the whole ride is pure violence in the best possible way. An almost greyout right at the bottom of the first drop, transcendentally powerful ejector on the large 2nd airtime hill, and crazy whip and airtime all at once over the 3 twisting airtime hills. And to tie it all together, the pacing of these elements is absolutely relentless with no breathers to be had between them, save for the first airtime hill. If there is argument for short coasters being better than tall ones, this ride is it. The first drop and first airtime hill are a bit weak airtime wise though, especially when contrasted with the rest of the ride. This is why i strongly recommend the front row over the back row. This coaster is better than any RMC in europe.

A really nice but small Intamin mega(lite) coaster. Airtime really gets stronger throughout the day and the turn right after the first drop pulls some really intense positives. I can only complain about the theming, which is a bit basic and the ride is on the shorter side. Capacity with this ride isn't really great either.

Vraiment différent D'alpina Blitz ? Absolument ! La différence pour moi est que la première partie d'Alpina est très fun, puis la seconde devient intense avec de bons ejectors. Piraten c'est de l'intensité du début à la fin, avec moins de perte de vitesse, et des ejectors sur chaque élément. Une bonne petite théma, des opérateurs au top, un très bon débit à deux trains, il a tout bon ce petit coaster !

Piraten is an outstanding ride that does a ton especially considering its small size. Despite barely exceeding 100 feet, its airtime is powerful, especially the camelback and back-to-back-to-back twisted airtime hills. The first drop is very good, and the subsequent first turn consistently makes me gray out. It’s a bit on the shorter side in both ride time and height, but Piraten is a powerful airtime machine that’s able to hold its own against rides much larger.

I went in with high expectations for this very hyped up Intamin Mega-, but got off very disappointed with the ride. The first drop and the first turn are the only forceful elements on the ride. The rest of the layout is nicely paced, but I didn't get any airtime. I did only ride it once in the morning though, and it probably hadn't warmed up yet, so that could be the reason why.

Ces foutus lapbar intamin qui m'arrache les jambes à chaques airtimes, c'est très chiant... Pour le reste : déçu de la first drop qui aurait pu être beaucoup mieux, le reste est cependant très bon : enchaînement d'airtime (voir ejector), de S-turn bien punchy et de virage bien intense. Une belle petite machine à faire sans modération.

Piraten prouve que les stats ne font pas les bons coasters, malgré une first drop qui pourrait être meilleure. Excellents airtimes tout du long, en particulier sur le second camel back, mais le meille...

Excellents airtimes tout du long, en particulier sur le second camel back, mais le meilleur passage du circuit est clairement l'enchainement de trois EGF turns. Pour couronner le tout, Djurs Sommerland a réussi à faire une belle théma simple mais efficace autour du grand huit.
