A great coaster for an small park like Slagharen. The ride operations where really terrible today, it took like 4 minutes to fill a car for 20 persons. The launch is really powerful an if you sit backrow you can get great hangtime after the second launch and you will have some airtime as well!

C'est juste un peu court, y'a du temps mort avant le dive loop et les launchs manquent de peps pour du Gerstlau

Très bon coaster, le triple launch est correct mais l'hangtime après le deuxième launch est dantesque (surtout au last même si devant c'est pas mal du tout). Le top hat m'a bien surpris surtout au last row avec un excellent airtime à la clé. Le reste du layout est sympa sans plus mais le dive loop est trop bien surtout à l'exterieur. Le ride est assez fluide en intérieur vers le first mais vibre un peu en last extérieur même si pour l'hangtime et le top hat il est meilleur derrière pour moi

Une fois la magnifique file d'attente de gold rush terminé, nous prenons place dans ces magnifique trains gerstlauer plutôt détaillés et très confortable. Le triple launch est sympa et donne même un petit taquet au début. L'hangtime au Last row dans le dive loop après le trip launch est dantesque, on a juste l'impression de tomber du trains. On arrive ensuite sur le top hâte qui est très punchy au first avant gauche avec un éjector et un effet de basculement sur le côté. Au Last row le top hâte vous aspirera jusqu'en bas, c'est du tout bon. Pour le reste du lay out, il est assez simple, le camelback n'offre pas de gros airtime. Le coaster se finit avec un super effet de basculement dans le dive loop (surtout au first gauche du train qui est pour moi la meilleure place du coaster). C'est un très bon coaster avec des éléments variés. Bien qu'il soit un peu court sa thématique et sa musique sauront vous mettre dans l'ambiance far West du coaster

Gold Rush est une très bonne surprise , mais last a froid vibre pas mal et c'est fort dommage car le hangtime est juste incroyable a cette place . le thématisation est vraiment propre et propose une très bonne soundtrack. La meilleure place est le first a gauche car procure un bon ejector a la fin du layout. Le débit en cas de forte affluence n'est pas top mais a part ça sa reste une excellente machine dans sa catégorie je recommande.

Quite a fun Gerstlauer LSM coaster. Stalling up the dive loop backwards after the second launch while sitting at the back gives some insane airtime and hangtime combined!! A unique experience!! The launches aren’t too tense which makes this ride really family friendly. The lap bars are really comfortable too and are quite cushioning allowing a more graceful ride experience. Unfortunately this ride is very short and is over within seconds, and there is quite a rattle when sitting in the back row, unlike the front where it is glossy smooth!

This my kind of coaster. Lap bars, punchy launches, nice pops of airtime and some very good hangtime on the backwards launch and the dive loop. Nothing too intense but some very nice forces. Perfect family thrill ride. It does have a little bit of a rattle. Row 4 is the place to be for the best airtime and a bit less rattle than in the last row. Operations were terrible. Took minutes to get a new train out. Some of the restraints are sensitive and need to be closed further than others, so beware if you're a bit bigger. You'll be stapled in or asked to switch to a seat with less sensitive restraints.

J'ai découvert le coaster avec un à priori assez négatif car n'étant pas spécialement fan des triple launch. Et bah quelle surprise ! J'ai pu le rider 2 fois en last (dont le soir à la fermeture) cela à dû influer aussi. En last on a un bon air time à la fin du 2e launch suivi d'un très bon hangtime. Le top hat offre aussi un léger air time. Le virage suivant casse un peu le rythme (dommage) mais il est suivi d'un très bon air time sur le camel back et d'un dive loop sympa. C'est excellant à rider !

While the ride is short, it still feels complete and no meter feels wasted, as the ride has pretty much anything you'd wish for in such a short layout: Inversions, airtime, hangtime, whip and positive...

While the ride is short, it still feels complete and no meter feels wasted, as the ride has pretty much anything you'd wish for in such a short layout: Inversions, airtime, hangtime, whip and positive gs. Sadly the airtime is fairly weak and so are the launches, though that should be clear from the get go. Both on the airtime hill in the middle and on the decline of the top hat, which is a shame, because the other named elements worked really well for me. in the valley of the side winder as well as in the helix near the end you get pushed into your seat, which is great as it's never too much. The obvious highlight is the dive loop though. In the backrows you get some amazing hangtime after the second launch and in the end you go through that element again with surprising whip, similar to Karacho at Tripsdrill. Overall a good ride for what it is, though the airtime could be a little bit better in my opinion. The ride does have a slight rattle though, but it didn't bother me all that much.

Really nice coaster! Operations were pretty bad (lots of empty seats on each ride, sometimes even completely empty rows), they only allowed people into the station after the train left. First opening day of the season though, so they might need to get a little more experienced. Not too big a crowd so the queue never was more than 20 minutes, even with these operations. I like the triple launch with some pretty nice hangtime in the backrow, and the final corkscrew has a really nice whip to it if you're on the outside seats in the frontrow, so make sure to ride back and front!

A fun ride that fits Slagharen well, but it is pretty short and it lacks theming in my opinion. It rattles quite a bit, but this is quite common for Gerstlauer coasters. It's a good replacement for the old Looping Star, and for such a small park it's still a well rounded coaster. The hangtime at the backrow is incredible, but in my opinion the airtime and the launches are quite weak.

Gold Rush est un très bon coaster ! J'ai été agréablement surpris par cette création de chez Gerstlauer de part son layout vraiment bien pensé, son top hat est super sympa, son triple launch qui malgré les apparences vaut le coup, et c'est toujours avec plaisir que l'on remonte sur ce coaster. Attention, tout de meme quelques vibrations ressentit, mais pas vraiment derangeante.

I could write a 10-page essay on why Gold Rush is my number 1 favorite coaster. The layout I think is perfect. People complain about this ride being short, but with the small plot of land, I don't think Gerstlauer could have done a better job. Gold Rush provides an excellent variety of forces. Strong laterals, incredible ejector airtime going over the tophat, positives, and the best hangtime moment I've ever experienced. Launches are really good. Gold Rush is not too intense, but not too tame either, which makes for a very reridable coaster. The front and backrows also provide very different forces, so definitely try out both of them. My only complaint would be the noticeable rattle when you're on backrow coming out of the dive loop, which is annoying. Next to the (almost) perfect ride experience, Gold Rush holds a very special place in my heart. This ride changed my life and started my career as a coaster enthusiast, for which I will always be grateful. Thank you Slagharen and Gerstlauer for creating this masterpiece of a ride!

Le circuit est bien dosé en G+ et G- pour un thrill, le dive-loop est assez brutale (mais pas inconfortable). Un bon coaster pour le parc.

Slagharen is a small park, mostly intended for younger kids. This coaster is quite extreme for the audience. It is a shame to had to see thunder loop go, but the park got a neat coaster in return for it. Luckily the park is cheap, because beside this coaster it doesn't have much to offer. I highly recommend the back seat, left wing seat. In the left of the car there's some nice whip at the end of the layout. The backseat has a good few seconds of hangtime at the second launch. This is overall a nice coaster. The ride operators were very friendly! Shamefully that day there were three schoolS visiting the park. The kids kept cutting in line and shouting very loudly. Personally i would have liked there to be better queue management, it's really frustrating to have people cutting in line because the lines are difficult to spot. Also +1 for being my 50th coaster credit!

What an excelent coaster. After Karacho and Karnan this was my next bucket list coaster. I disagree with people saying this coaster is short. It's not. First you are launched forward, than you go backward and you are launched again, you receive the best hangtime on any roller coaster I have ridden and than you go forward, you are launched for the third time and this is the moment when the distance starts to count. And also there is no breakrun. The train breaks through the station so this is also extension to the ride. Incredible dive loop in the end. No cons. The best place to sit is the left seat in the back row.

The rest of the layout is crisp and snappy, especually the dive loop is quite whippy and great fun. There might be a slight rattle, but it doesn't mind me, I still really like Gold Rush!

Gold Rush is a rollercoaster that comes with the whole package. It is nicely themed and the ride experience contains a forceful launch, some INSANE hangtime and a short but sweet layout. It also has a really snappy dive loop at the end of the ride which contain great laterals. Only problem is the very noticeable rattle that accompanys you during the ride. Gold Rush is a fun ride and packs a punch in a small footprint. The hangtime right after the backwards launch is blissful, and the layout delivers a couple more exciting moments. Particularly the super snappy Dive Loop! Unfortunately, the experience is marred by several shortcomings: - The track is shaky enough to detract me from fully enjoying the ride, especially towards the back. - Some employees tend to push real hard on your lap-bars, stapling you. - The park has a very strict no-glasses policy, enforcing it even when riders wear a secured athletic strap. Being short-sighted that also affected my appreciation of what is still nonetheless a good fit for the ride

Une excellente suprise que ce Gold Rush ; qui propose un panel de sensations assez variés malgrès le layout très court . Le Dive Loop pris en arrière offre un Hangtime dantesque . Et le parcours est très bien conçu pour maximiser la diversité entre moment assez intense et de bon airtimes malgrès encore une fois que ce soit court . Une excellente addition pour Slagharen qui manquait d'une attraction phare .
