Fine, I'll give in. This is the worst RMC I've ridden, right behind Lightning Rod and ArieForce. Even if you catch it later in the day, it just lacks the power that some of the bigger RMCs do. To be fair, it has some very good elements, the second half of the reverse cobra roll was giving death roll vibes, and the wave turn has some nice airtime. This has a powerhouse finale, coming off a graceful roll into some sharp airtime hills before the brakes cut you in half. Thanks for the #2 in my old home park, Alan!

I have never and will never care if an amazing ride is short. An elite ride that lasts for 20 seconds ranks the same as an elite ride that lasts for 50 seconds. Twisted Cyclone has an amazing first drop, three great inversions, and very strong airtime. The wave turn in particular is spectacular. It's so impressive to me how amazing this layout is with so little height and length. It's like a little Steel Vengeance.

Petit mais costaud avec de très nombreux ejectors qui ne laissent pas indifférent et qui arrachent bien les jambes. Les inversions sont ultras efficaces avec des gros effets de basculements, c'est très très fluide et le bouzin enchaîne le layout à un rythme effréné. Une petite machine ultra punchy qui envoie de A à Z !

I fully expected Goliath to be my favorite at the park but I was wrong! I expected this to take last place for the RMCs I've ridden but this was surprisingly better than anticipated. The first drop might not be very high but it is such a cool experience (especially in the back row). I completely forgot there would be a lateral kink to the left on the drop and the effect is even better than POVs make it out to be. The inversions were also fantastic. I got my first ride after a 2 hour storm delay so I was expecting this thing to crawl but it's possible the rain sped it up. It wasn't too fast for a dizzying effect on the quick inversions but not too slow because the airtime hit so well. My favorite elements on RMCs are those quick drops you aren't expecting. The tall airtime hills are still fun on the other RMCs but watching a layout develop and then have this quick drop is so underrated and this coaster had multiple occasions. I didn't get this new credit until near closing time but I was completely content lapping this one over Goliath to close the day out. 4.5/5 stars

Ridé une première fois en septembre avec beaucoup trop d'attente, j'avais été très déçu. J'ai eu la chance de le re-ride 3 fois hier en last et en first et c'est une très belle machine. Même si je lui préférerais toujours son collègue Goliath à deux pas de là, Twisted Cyclone offre des airtimes hors du commun, d'une puissance inouïe. C'est également un monstre de fluidité qui vous fera presque oublier que vous êtes sur un coaster !

Overall, it's in the bottom half of 19 RMCs I've ridden, but it's still in the top 10% of all coasters I've ridden. I mean, it's an RMC! My only complaint is that the ride ops were really, really slow.

The only problem that everyone has with the ride is the length. It's too short to be elite but RMC did a good job of transforming the Georgia cyclone. I also don't like the lap bars

I went into this ride with tempered expectations, given that many call it one of the weaker RMC hybrids. While yes, it is the weakest of the ones I've done, it is still a phenomenal ride that I was lucky to have ridden 5 times back-to-back. As with any RMC the ejectors are insane, but the inversions on this one surprised me with how much I enjoyed them. It's not quite as good as the first drop on Twisted Timbers, but the barrel roll drop was one of my favorite moments, and the wave turn immediately following is of course awesome. Additionally, the first drop is one of the best of any RMC I've ridden. It feels like a scaled down version of Iron Gwazi's with its wild feeling of being yanked and several headchoppers near the pull out. While it is on the short side, it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. It keeps great pacing and speed throughout, so I was satisfied with the ride. Maybe that was because it was a walk-on all day, though, so I knew I could get right back in line. 9.5/10 - R.I.P. the hat of the guy in front of us

Twisted Cyclone is a good solid fun RMC hybrid. It’s great and all but it just doesn’t do much for me other than be a solid fun coaster, kind of like an average B&M. I would compare it to Twisted Timbers at KD. For a much more inspired RMC, just drive a few minutes and ride ArieForce One.

It is the worst iBox I've ridden but it is still in my top 25 which is a testament to how amazing these rides are. Also, prepare for some of the slowest dispatches you've ever experienced.

By far the worst RMC I’ve ridden but still a great ride. At first it really disappointed me but then it warmed up and I came to appreciate the ride more. The restraints are harder to get room with compared to other RMC’s do to the staple happy ops but they still let you feel all of the airtime. Overall however I would say the airtime wasn’t quite as strong as I expected. The first drop is twisted slightly and gives great ejector, it is one of the best moments on the ride. The inversions are fun but don’t really do too much. The wave turn barely gave airtime the first day I was at the park, but then I tried eyes closed the second day I was there and it started giving decent good ejector. The 2 strongest airtime moments on the ride though are definitely the drop off the turnaround and the final hill. The pacing is nothing that will blow you away but there isn’t any big dead spots and the ride feels pretty out of control. Twisted Cyclone definitely feels short which hurts the ride but there is still enough great elements to put it in my top 25.

There have been very few coasters that have blown my mind on a first ride, this is one of the few. This was my first RMC and it’s a good one. It’s definitely on the smaller side, but it packs such a punch. So smooth, but soooo intense. The inversions are insane, the first drop picks up speed so fast, the ejector from some of those little hills is good, it’s just great. 10/10 coaster, can’t wait to ride more RMCs.

This ride may be short, but it's still an absolutely amazing coaster and for sure the best coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia.

Twisted Cyclone is the definition of small but mighty. This packs some super strong typical RMC ejector and three great hangtime filled inversions. The wave turn is definitely the highlight with some crazy strong sustained sideways ejector as well as the drop is great with some awesome airtime and a twist in the middle that provides an unexpected lateral moment. This is definitely very short but that makes for some excellent pacing and for what it packs in it isn;t a huge issue for me.

As this ride is short, it really packs a punch. The first drop is awesome and flings you out of your seat. The reverse cobra roll is fun and whippy and gives good hangtime at the same time. The wave turn is my favorite part of the ride and gives good sideways airtime. The step up to the overbank is extremely strong and the overbank is whippy and fun. The zero-g roll gives good whip in the front and good hangtime in the back. The next 2 hills are strong pops of ejector and are very fun. You then go into an overbank that feels like the first one and then you twist into the break run.

Twisted Cyclone packs a punch into its short but sweet layout. The most notable moments are the first drop (nice ejector with a little twist to the side), reverse cobra roll that gives some satisfyingly long hangtime, sideways airtime hill that has a crazy headchopper on the way back down, and zero-g roll. My favorite moment, however, is the ejector dive off the overbank going into the 3rd inversion. It has an absolutely INSANE moment of intense airtime coupled with a great headchopper.

Definitely a lower tier RMC just because of the length but for what it does do it's great. The first drop has ejector and a near miss. The turnaround has some good whip through the inversions. The wave turn and airtime hill following both are filled with airtime. The second half has good airtime and a great zero-g roll. But then that's it. I love the ride and think it's super rerideable. Just wish it was slightly longer.

Twisted Cyclone may be a short ride, but it's better than being too long with bad pacing, and it's also way better than an un-maintained and un-themed Cyclone recreation. The first drop is like mini-Iron Rattler, the reverse cobra roll is smooth and creative, the wave turn is the best part of the ride, the zero-g roll is the best inversion on the coaster, and all of the ejector airtime and overbanks are as amazing as ever for a great RMC. My favorite part of this one is the color scheme, which is one of the prettiest roller coasters I've ever seen. Paired with the repainted Scorcher, this ride makes SFOG's promenade absolutely gorgeous.

This ride has some of the strongest airtime out there, with the whole 2nd half pretty much being back to back insane airtime moments with an inversion thrown in there. The ride is perfectly paced except maybe the first two inversions however every element after that is amazing. The only problem with the ride is duration, and if it did a third lap I could see this ride being one of the best in the world

Wow! This may have looked like one of the weaker RMCs when the layout was first released, but in real-life that is absolutely not true! It may be short, but the ride works that to its advantage. It hauls through the layout at an increasingly ridiculous amount of speed for such a small coaster; the airtime becoming increasingly more extreme. Every element is taken to the max; no slightly underwhelming parts or elements that don't fit. The flow of the layout may actually be unparalleled by any RMC I've ridden so far. Phenomenal ride! The RMC you'd never expect to be so incredible. It's not quite my favourite one because of the layout and length, but it's a lot further up my list than I expected!
