This ride is Intamin’s take on Gerstlaurer’s eurofighters and infinity coasters, and this is definitely a great and unique ride! The chain lift hill makes you feel like you are going to fall out of your seat, and the first drop offers insane ejector airtime. All of the inversions are fun, forceful and diverse, especially the Norwegian loop, one of only a few in the world. Near the end of the ride there is an unassuming airtime hill offering some of the best ejector in the entire park, rounding out a ride that may be the most well balanced in the park. Overall, this is a great ride in which I have no complaints, and I highly recommend this ride when visiting Hersheypark!

Despite the fact that this ride has many clones around the world, this was still a great ride. The backwards chain lift gives great anticipation for the ride, and then you go through the cobra roll. I was expecting this to ride pretty rough and provide headbanging, but I was pleasantly surprised by a smooth ride. Then you go through a vertical loop before going up a second lift hill and then being dropped backwards. The backwards loop succeeding this is the best part of the ride for sure, offering insane positive G’s, possibly the best in the park to be honest. The backwards cobra roll is great as well, and what makes this ride even better is its theme, giving a jolly rancher smell through a tunnel, making this ride rerideable and unique. Overall, this is t a must-do ride, but it is still a very fun time.

This is a fantastic B&M invert and is a great fit for this park and a very unique ride. The ride starts out with a helix that builds anticipation and then goes into a forceful vertical loop, a forceful Immelmann, and a fun zero-g roll before going above Coal Cracked, proving leg choppers before going through my favorite moment of the ride, a forceful corkscrew that is intense and super fun. The last part of the ride doesn’t really do much, but at least it has a good sense of speed. Overall, this is a great ride and is a must-do at this park, having a #6 placement in Hersheypark for me.

This is a great long, smooth, and whippy family coaster. Airtime is non-existent, but that’s not the point…it’s a fun, terrain-hugging blast! My only complaint really is that they clear cut every tree around it, and it makes it look so barren compared to the lush treecover of most of the park. Dollywood isn’t a “parking lot coaster” park, so I hate BBM feels a little like it was plopped in a barren landscape.

I’ve ridden both launch and non-launch versions, and while the launch was more fun, the chain-lift didn’t take away from how incredible this ride is. It’s a little short, and the capacity is somewhat lacking, but it’s a masterpiece of a coaster. The quad-down at the end is ridiculously intense and fun. Plus, for first-time riders and non-enthusiasts, the majority of the coaster is hidden behind a hill…they have no idea what is waiting for them which adds an element of surprise (shock?) for first-time riders.

This Vekoma Suspended Family Coaster is way more intense than you would assume. The seats are comfy, so that’s nice. However, theming is very weak by Dollywood standards and it has single train ops which makes wait times unexpectedly LONG. It’s a skip unless the line is short.

They took the worst coaster in the park and replaced it with a world class RMC. WCR has a great layout and some great elements, like a zero g stall, to name one, and some great airtime moments.

This may be my favorite coaster. The pre-drop, turn, and first-drop through the mountainside is my favorite drop of all time. The entire first drop gives you sustained airtime into an intense loop. The other 2 inversions are very intense as well. The setting is one of the most naturally beautiful of any coaster. It’s smooth for an Arrow…it has that “heavy” Arrow feel (to me) that makes it seem “old school” vs. the slick, modern feel of B&Ms. Is it too short? Technically, yes. But what makes it a gem is on paper it doesn’t seem like much, but it packs a punch in the short length. It doesn’t have time to have dead spots or disappoint you. You get off TT and think “Wow, that was way better than I assumed!” It’s simply a fun coaster. Plus, the line is typically pretty short.
