Airtimes Launch Vibrations Baffes Déception !

Rita is a pretty poor ride in the Alton Towers ride line-up. Despite featuring a cable launch it is only the second fastest ride in the park and it is also one of the shortest rides in the park at only 25 seconds long. The ride experience isn't the best with a rattly launch, a first turn that smashes you head into the restraint and nothing more than a few airtime hills and turns. Unlike Alton Towers, Rita also lacks in theming. The theming of the ride can be pretty unclear if you don't look at the few posters around pathway near the launch section. Overall, Rita is a pretty poor experience and the other rides are much more worth your time, but if you have some time left at the end of a visit, its always worth a ride to get it done.

Terrible ride. Dinosaur theming is nice though.

Bonne suprise ! Confort Fluidité Trop court Layout

TH13TEEN has a pretty boring first half, but the second half perfectly makes up for it! While the trim brakes on the first drop take away from the first half, it is pretty good and you can get a bit of airtime over some of the hills in the back rows. In the end, it is the surprise in the second half that really makes this ride re-rideable and more interesting. TH13TEEN also got some incredible theming and is perfectly placed in the forest to fit in with the 'Haunted Woods' type theme that created the Dark Forest area of the park. The inside park of the queue line also continues the theme and gives you a good idea of the TH13TEEN theme. Overall, TH13TEEN is a fantastic full experience with 10/10 theming and a solid ride experience.

Absolutely garbage. I don't mind other arrow loopers but this one is a rattly mess

    Fun Layout Longueur Débit

My favorite racer and favorite moderate-thrill coaster. (TC might be my favorite racer if it had actually dueled!) Anyway, the layout is great and allows for cool interactions between the trains. Four fun launches, creative inversions, nice airtimes. Highly re-rideable. Capacity is an issue, though. The park was empty on my two days there (triple-digit temps), so every ride was usually a walk-on -- except for WC Racers with an average 30-minute wait. SLOW loading times. Also, OTSRs are a bit cumbersome. Still, a fun, fun, fun ride!!

Twisted Colossus is a great ride, but unfortunately with the additions of West Coast Racers and Wonder Woman Flight of Courage it now serves no purpose in Magic Mountain's lineup. The now have two other coasters that do exactly what this ride does but better. I also think that this ride didn't live up to the expectations I had, especially because I have never dueled on Twisted Colossus in my life. If you think about it, that's just kind of sad because it's a ride that's meant to duel. I also don't like the gimmick of "two rides in one" because the two laps are very similar and pointless if you don't duel. It also just causes me discomfort and motion sickness. I also absolutely hate the 2nd lift hill, it ruins all the excitement you get from the first lap. Even though I've been talking negatively about the ride, I can still acknowledge that it's a great coaster and has plenty of great moments. The drops on both sides are really good, the step up into the turnaround gives good airtime, the stall is fun, the zero-g roll is whippy, the camelback is strong. On paper this is a great ride and it is a great ride. I just wish it had been executed better so that it would get pushed to that next level of quality that it was supposed to be in.

    Théma Chef d'oeuvre Hangtime

I would die for Yukon Striker. The theming is absolutely adorable, and the baggage transport system? Chef's kiss!! There is absolutely no reason why they had to make it as creative as they did, but they did it. And it's so cute. When you line up to get into a train, you place your bags into these boxes that travel along a track, reminiscent of a mine transport system, and the bags travel along the track, and meet you at the exit on the other side of the station!! It's brilliant and makes it so that guests getting off aren't pushing through guests getting on to grab their bags, and vice versa. And I haven't even talked about the actual coaster yet!! I genuinely appreciate the over-the-shoulder restraints, just don't clench your arms too hard on the first drop, or you WILL push the restraint down into your body too hard and it will hurt when you pull back into the station and have to wait until you're released. Speaking from personal experience. I love how you hang right over the edge of the drop for, not five, not ten, but SEVEN seconds! It makes it so unexpected when you finally drop down! I love how it goes "into" the water and comes out the other side into a loop. The layout is so nice. The tail end of the ride is a little lacking, but I wouldn't want it to be so extremely intense the entire ride, or that would be overwhelming. I also just adore the look of the coaster. It is so worth visiting. She's still a world record holding dive coaster!

    Airtimes First Drop Situation Vibrations

This ride never fails to make my stomach do flips during the first drop. I wish there were more elements than mostly hills, but the turns are fun. I LOVE how the coaster goes so close to the parking lot and over the park entrance. It's awesome to be entering the park and just seeing the coaster fly overhead. I wish there was more theming, it feels a little generic, but theming isn't the end of the world. Gives some good airtime. There's a little bit of a rattle, but not too bad at all. Won't leave you with a headache like Behemoth. Definitely a mandatory ride.

A super cute family coaster. It feels a little intense to be called a family coaster, I've seen kids get off crying but that's probably happening on even tamer coasters. I adore the theming. The ride operators are usually energetic and in very good spirits, which I am always impressed by. Probably because they get to sit in the shade. It goes around the mountain, and there's a corkscrew inside a pitch black hollow in the mountain. It's super cool and I love it. I hope it stays for many many years to come.

Vitesse Layout Inconfort A raser ! Intensité

One word. OW. I don't understand how whis ride is still up. Going forward, it's not bad. It's fairly fun aside from the loop. But then you go backwards, and are treated to the world's most painful torture device. If there was ever a machine built for the express purpose of giving the worst pain a human could take, it would be The Bat. I am a smaller person but I can take a decent beating when it comes to rides. I rode Spine buster three times in a row as a kid, and I can walk around and ride intense rides while already having a headache. Well, The Bat took me out. My friends and I had to go to Planet Snoopy in hopes of riding the relaxing swan boat ride, until we realised we had to go on with a child, so we just sat in the shade for a good ten minutes before moving to the Lazy Bear Lodge for a quieter place to regain our strength. I don't understand why I don't hear more people talking about how painful The Bat is. I would've rated half a star if it wasn't for the initial forward run-through and the way the coaster starts. It's cool and fun how it gets pulled backwards before letting gravity take it through, but the backwards section took me out. I'm still feeling it six hours later.
